BEACHFRONT COTTAGE ON THE WATER TWO BEDROOM ONE BATH UPPER UNIT
This upper unit oceanfront two-bedroom one bathroom property comes complete with a full kitchen and ocean view living room. There is shared parking for one vehicle and street parking as well. You will enjoy a King-sized bed in bedroom one, a Queen size bed in bedroom two, and a couch in the living room which has a full ocean view complete with dolphins playing in the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Fresh towels and linens will be provided. The beautiful living room opens up to a deck patio that looks out to the ocean. There is also a private gated courtyard located in the back of the upper unit, great for a smoke break or pets. The downstairs outdoor seating area is shared with the lower unit, it comes with an ocean front outdoor heated spa that is shared with the lower unit. The newly constructed bonfire area with outdoor bar and seating area is right on the Strand and is shared with the lower unit. This area sits right on the Strand. A shared BBQ also comes with the property. This home is steps away from the ocean on the Strand in Oceanside. The Strand is the boardwalk of Oceanside Beach and is the most popular location in coastal San Diego. You will find yourself within walking distance to many great restaurants. Great eats like Bagby and LTH (Local Tap House) on Coast Highway are great options for amazing food and happy hour. If you need snacks or drinks, the locally known Wisconsin Market is only blocks from this vacation home. You can also find a great coffee shop next door to Wisconsin Market. It is only a short walk to the bustling nightlife of downtown Oceanside and fishing right off the Oceanside Pier. If you are feeling adventurous, check out Oceanside Harbor to rent a boat, wave runner, or paddle boat for the day. ASK OWNER FOR INFO ON OUR PRIVATE AIRPORT VALET. Dogs are allowed but they cannot be over 40 lbs or the guests will be asked to leave. Breed restrictions apply, please clear pets with owner before booking. The pet fee is a non-refundable $100 per dog.

Our host was gracious and responsive- the location was awesome. Our only suggestion was it needs a few aesthetic improvements- decorative basics that women notice regarding some things that were not as shown in the photos.

The property is amazing! It’s right on the water, two spas, Cool Palapa on the boardwalk and plenty of place for your adult teens to hang out! Front property is huge, and its location is walking distance to everything!
The owner Ray is very communicative and check-in was a breeze. We will definitely be back.

Cons: -cleanliness (hair in dresser drawers, aunts around property) -lower unit had ten people at one point in common areas even though rules specify no parties. Kitchen is limited (no knifes for cooking) Pros: beautiful view, two hot tubs, convenient location, host was friendly

Amazing property! Wonderful host! Host thought of everything even toothbrushes and sunscreen. Even though we brought everything we needed if we had forgotten anything it was provided. Best nights sleep I've had. Definitely worth the money. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know headed that way and will rent again if I ever get out that way again!!!!

Our second summer here and loved it just as much!
Ray is great and check in is so easy. Ray is quick to respond and we just love this place. The front area with the hot tubs and the beach right across the street is our favorite! Grilling out front and enjoying the view is the best. We love Oceanside and will book here again next summer!

Great location right on the Strand. Ocean front.
Right on the Strand with plenty of private space for activities. Huge gated area.

Great Central Location
The property is nicely located for quick trips to Carlsbad, San Diego and Cornado Island. The ocean view from the balcony was enjoyable and far enough away from The Strand that it was relatively quiet.

Another awesome stay!
Can’t beat the location or the views. Responsiveness of host is amazing. This was our second stay here and We’re looking forward to our next one!

Beautiful View, Quiet Area
Had a lovely stay overnight in the area to enjoy the local cuisine with friends and relax. We had a few small hiccups upon arrival, but it was easily overcome. We were able to relax and enjoy the view. Check-in and check-out was easy and fit our time schedule nicely.

This cottage is very charming. We enjoyed our stay, and felt right at home.
Ray was very accommodating and responded very quickly to our questions.
The views of sunsets are awesome! We would definitely stay there again!

Wave surround sound the best!
It was the perfect location to let the sound of the ocean drown out the stress. The establishment has a significant amount of its original architectural charm which is refreshing for this area.

Paradise! People watch off the front patio! Soaked in the hot tub! Had the best birthday trip with my sister!

Excellent location!
Great home, great location! No washer and dryer which would be a nice addition, but this cute home is definitely great for families who want to enjoy the beach! The property manager was responsive and very cool. Highly recommend.

Love the location. The unit is a sweet little apartment with beach vibes. It is clean and Ray responded to any needs I had promptly. Have stayed her before and will definitely stay again during my next trip to Oceanside.

Cake by the ocean
Had a great time. Had an emergency and had to leave a day early but we will be back. Perfect local getaway for us. Ray and his crew fixed us up 😁
