This Cute 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo Sleeps 6. (BR1-Queen; BR2-2 Twins); Sleeper Sofa; Conveniently located close to town and is 1/2 Mile to the Beach. This Townhome is economically priced with open floor plan and a large patio that overlooks the shared pool. The garage is big enough for your boat and has parking for 2 cars. It can be rented with 221B Las Palmas for a bigger group. No parking on the road.

Las Palmas condo is 2 story with the garage on the ground floor and all living upstairs above. The open floor plan has plenty of seating in the living room with TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The dining table has seating for 4 and 2 barstools at the adjacent bar. The kitchen has all of the appliances needed to meet your cooking needs. The laundry closet is tucked away in the hall with a washer and dryer and shelves for your detergents. The first bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, chest and closet for your beach and fishing attire, TV and ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combination unit. The second bedroom (BR2) has two Twin beds, nightstand, chest and wall mounted TV. Freshen up in the hall bath with tub/shower unit. Enjoy the view of the shared pool off of the back balcony which has outdoor seating. There is also a picnic on the bottom covered level underneath. Bring your boat and the family and come enjoy Port A.

Not bad - landlord not big on details

Last second 4th of July vacay for the family. Great location. Nice pool. Loved the garage. Largest complaint is that the landlord isn't big on details and some details are important. Garage was a nice feature, but filthy. The property was advertised as having a grill - there was no grill. We planned to grill all weekend, but were unable to do so. VERY disappointing. Warning - the refrigerator is broken in that it only gets so cold (what I would call semi-cold). They tell you that in writing upon arrival. If you like your fridge to be cold, you won't like this one. No sheets or linens for the sleeper sofa. V-shaped coffee maker, but they provided only mini basket style coffee filters (making coffee a mess every time). Ice cube trays provided, but no ice bin to put the cubes in. Trash - They ask you to remove the trash and put it in the dumpster, but they don't tell you where it is and I couldn't find it. Ended up walking the trash down the street to a dumpster next to the bank.

Our trip was just two nights, but because of the convenient location we were able to do everything we wanted; beach, shopping, great food and drink and pool time.

Port A Vacay 2022

Very accurate to the listing. The pool was nicer than advertised. Very centrally located in Port A. No garage door opener. Overall one of the best places we've stayed in Port A in over 10 years (we go at least twice a year, so a lot of places).

Property was within walking distance to restaurants and retail shops. Pool was nice as well as patio area! Lots of memories! Will be back.

Great Family Place

Property as described. Outside gate was broken, management had it fixed immediately. They answered all calls and text messages. Place was clean and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Garage was a huge plus. Nice to have a place for beach items. Pool was basic, but nice for the kids. Only Frustrations was with check in and garbage. Was informed I would receive a text upon place ready with door code. I called 15 mins after check in and they sent my text with message saying it was ready 2 hrs earlier. Would've been nice for them to let me know we could've been there early. Also, we still have no idea if we used the correct dumpsters! Called and was given very vague instructions on where to find the dumpsters. These issues would not detour us from staying here again, but communication in these areas could be improved.

Our stay was pleasurable-...there was light sand thru out the rooms...Queen size beds seem small, but comfy....everything you need was there...Rate- 8 out of 10 Response to management, very prompt -9.5 out of 10...no problem coming back

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Nice Little Townhome

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at this home. It’s pretty close to the beach, although too far to walk, and near lots of shops and restaurants. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom place. The pool is directly under the unit which also very convienent. We would certainly recommend to other small families.

The location was quiet and out of the way from crowds but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. A little far to walk to the beach but the nice pool made up for it.

Quick trip to Port A.

This unit looked just as advertised, it was very clean had a fresh smell and appearance about it. We were pleased with our overall booking. My only “mention”would be that they were not enough bath towels so if you rent this unit just make sure you bring your own. Overall the stay was perfect great communication with the office staff you were right around the corner from downtown Port a so it’s a perfect location.
