Chateau Roaring Fork is one of the best locations in Aspen located along the Roaring Fork River. This gorgeous top floor residence has been recently renovated with attention paid to every detail. Stroll through Aspen core for some shopping, dining and convenient gondola access. At Chateau Roaring Fork you can enjoy one of Aspen's best year-round outdoor swimming pools, a kiddie pool and TWO steaming hot tubs for all to relax after a long day in the mountains. On-site fitness room can be used to ready your body and spirit for a Colorado adventure.
Upon entering this tastefully decorated, top floor residence, you are welcomed by an updated kitchen that includes granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Cozy and beautifully furnished dining and living room area has a wood fireplace that adds additional grace and comfort. Wood floors with open floor plan add to the charm of this wonderful property. A romantic Master Bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite master bath. Two additional guest bedrooms - one king size bed and flat-screen TV and another with bunk beds (full on lower and twin on top) also with flat-screen TV. Guest bedrooms enjoy shared bath. Additional amenities include full-size, stackable washer/dryer plus ski locker for convenience. Wonderful spot for the whole family, retreat for friends or a romantic escape. Walk 4 blocks to the center of Aspen and Gondola or catch the free shuttle bus for all 4 mountain access.

Great condo in Downtown Aspen

This condo was very conveniently located just a few blocks for the heart of downtown Aspen. Everything is very walkable. Beds were comfy and the space was clean. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Great location for a girls weekend

Had a wonderful stay for a girls weekend at JAS. Walking distance to everything and fit 6 adults perfectly. Would love to come back and stay again!

Great Location!

We were in town for a wedding and had a great time exploring the town of Aspen. Everything was in walking distance, which was super convenient. The condo was clean and had exactly what we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and convenient

This property was clean, no frill, close to town. Beautiful pool on property. Check in process was arduous and difficult after 5 pm.

Wedding weekend in Aspen

Condo is lovely! Just as pictured. Easy walk to town . Just be prepared for lots of stairs! We were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay

The condo was very nice, clean, spacious & perfect for our family. I loved the location being so close to all things happening in Aspen. We loved having the pool & spa there! Perfect for summer. There was a strange noise coming from the air & when I told the manager, she apologized and said it was a newly installed unit and she’d get right on it. We loved this place & would definitely book again.

Great Location!

Condo complex was in a great location. We could walk to the gondola, downtown Aspen, and the John Denver Sanctuary. Beds and layout were comfortable and the kids loved the pool and hot tub!

Perfect stay in Aspen

Our stay here was fantastic! Condo is perfect location to Rubey Park with easy access to all four mountains. Condo was a great size for our family of 5. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. City Market just a quick 4 minute walk away. Amenities at the complex were a nice added bonus. Ivonne was fantastic and very responsive. Will definitely come back!

Perfect spot close to Ajax

Great place!

The place is in an amazing location and is very nice and spacious. We had 6 people and it was great. The pool was also very nice to have! The place has no A/C, which wasn’t mentioned, so it got a little warm. Fortunately there were plenty of fans in the closets and Aspen weather doesn’t get too hot! Overall would stay again.

Great Aspen Condo!

My family and I (husband and two teenage kids) stayed at this condo for 5 nights. Overall, we had a great stay! Check-in was easy. The layout allowed us to spread out. And, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make several meals at home. We enjoyed having the pool to relax at after a morning of hiking or biking and we all enjoyed having the small gym. The location was also perfect - just a few blocks into town (and the grocery store!). This condo is on the 3rd floor (with no elevator) so it wouldn't be great for anyone who has difficulty with steps. And, there is no air conditioning which we knew in advance. The fans in each room were helpful. Overall, this is a great condo and it was more reasonably priced than many of the other condos we looked at for our week. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice place, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay. The days we were there were on hot side for Summertime in Aspen, so lack of AC made it a tad uncomfortable in the secondary rooms, but I would stay there again. Easily walkable to all that Aspen has to offer.

Great location. Amazing property management support.

Just finished spending a week here in Aspen with my wife and young kids. The property manager Claudia is super kind and responsive. I texted her on the Vrbo app several times, including sometimes later in the evening, and she always replied within minutes. Exceeded my expectations. The unit was as advertised. Perfect location, clean. When we come back, we will definitely check to see if this unit is available first. As an athlete training for endurance competitions, the small weight room was a big plus for me because it had a peloton and a small treadmill that got the job done by helping me keep up with my training. To be clear, it’s tiny, but sufficient.

Best location in East Downtown

The Chateau Roaring Forking is the perfect location for winter or summer visits to Aspen. This time was for a ladies long ski weekend and Claudia’s 3 bedroom penthouse condo was the perfect spot for our group of 6. Everything you need and an easy walk to shops, dining, and skiing. Would definitely stay again!

I just love getting away to visit Aspen! The beauty is breath taking in the Summer, Fall and Winter alike. I purchased this residence primarily for the location. Being able to walk to the gondola, shopping or some of my favorite restaurants makes my penthouse a favorite.

My property has all of the conveniences I was looking for in a second home. Swimming pool, hot tubs and a work out area located on property gave it an extra bonus. Walking distance to the supermarket, shops, restaurants and coffee shops... not to mention the beautiful Aspen Mountain. You can also walk to the bus station that for free, will take you to all the local mountains and Maroon Bells!
