Villa Magnolia - South Side of 30A - steps to the beach - private heated pool

Villa Magnolia is on the South side of 30A in beautiful Seagrove Beach, Florida. We are one house off the beach and we share a private walkway to the beach with four other homes. It takes about 90 seconds to walk to the beach, and when you stay with us, you do not have to cross busy 30A!

Our house is located just 1/2 mile from the blinking red light at Seaside and 1 1/2 miles from Publix grocery store. We are only a mile from Seaside and minutes away from the HUB at Water Sound and Rosemary Beach.

This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is perfect for your vacation needs.

Enter into a welcoming ground floor that leads to two private bedrooms, both with king size beds, a shared full bathroom, and large flat screen TV's.

On the second floor, you will find the living/dining area and adjoining kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances to make meal preparation a delight. We stock the kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at the house. The openness of the living area and kitchen allows everyone to be together when you are cooking, eating, or watching TV. There is also a 4 bed bunkroom with a full bath - behind a closed door on this floor.

The top floor features two more bedroom suites. The Master Suite features a private deck, a king size bed, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed as well as its own private bathroom. We also have a twin roll-away bed at the house as well as two pack-n-plays for small children.

There are TV's in all rooms except the bunk room. All TVs stream Netflix, Amazon, etc. We offer DIRECT TV Now cable service and we have upgraded internet speed at the house.

Enjoy the limited views of the Gulf from the second and third floor balconies.

As a great perk, there is a garage to store all your beach gear safely. Most houses in the area do not have a garage. We keep beach chairs, an umbrella, beach and pool toys for the kids, a charcoal grill, and 4 bikes in the garage. These items are all available to you and your guests.

Another perk is our fantastic pool and pool deck. It is a medium sized pool that can be heated for an additional cost. It's great for kids and a great place to transition after a long day at the beach.
