Welcome to "Chasing Seagulls" our newest home in Seagrove. Seagulls has just gone thru a $350000 extensive remodel inside and out. Be the first to stay in this luxury home! Located oh so close to the beach on the south side of 30A, no streets to cross to go to the beach.
House layout wise, the first level has 2 bedrooms. One has a king bed, the other is a very large one, with 2 king beds, and a queen over queen bunk. Also on the first level is a living room, dining area, and additional kitchen that all lead directly out to the pool. One the second level you have the main living room, dining, and main kitchen. There is also a bedroom with king bed on this level, as well as the laundry area.
On the third level 3 more bedrooms, all with king beds, private baths, and balconies. One of these also has an additional twin over twin bunk in it for young guests.

NO WORRIES ON BEACH ACCESS! WALK THRU THE BACK YARD DIRECTLY TO THE SANTA CLARA ST BEACH!!!!

We also have a excellent private pool to relax in after a day on the beach. Discover the best Old Seagrove has to offer, so many shops, restuarants within walking distance. Take a bike ride to Seaside.

The furniture or lack of furniture on the outside decks were super uncomfortable!! Beds were super comfortable but could use a chair in them when getting dressed. T.v. reception was non existent!! Wasn’t able to get wi-fi connection until last 2 days of our stay!! Was disappointed no view of the ocean.

Perfect location! Steps to the beach. One mile to Seaside restaurants and shops an easy bike ride. Private pool was a game changer. Spacious rooms. Loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing to the sound of the ocean.

This place was perfect for our family Thanksgiving on 30A! Such a quick pop over to the beach with the kiddos - heated pool was fun for them to play in as well. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

The house was great for an extended family week. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchens were well equipped with pots and pans and kitchen tools and everything worked, including the icemaker, although there were no basics like salt and pepper, oil, etc., so bring your own. Access to the beach was super easy. Our only problem was the slow wifi—it struggled to run any of the tv apps—but otherwise fantastic.

Stay was great, very close to the beach - less than a 3 minute walk. Great set up for large group of kids on the bottom floor, with their own kitchen and living room area. Was a great place!

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our big family with kids—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The easy beach access and low crowds this time of year made it extra peaceful. Highly recommend and would gladly return.

Amazing house plenty of beds for everyone, two full kitchens. Lots of room to sit and visit.

We had a great stay every bedroom was beautiful and very comfortable. We used the pool and loved that the beach is so close.

Lovely property and so convenient to beach

We had a wonderful time in this property. 2 large living areas with 2 full kitchens. Lots of king beds and right at Santa Clara beach access. We would definitely stay again!!

Great Vacation Home!

House is beautifully decorated with a short walk to the beach. Property was clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for the entire family to spread out. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you very much for your inquiry into our home, "Chasing Seagulls". The entire home has been recently remodeled, it shows like a brand new home. All new furnishings as well.
Bedrooms wise, the first floor has 2 bedrooms. One very large one, which has 2 king beds, and a set of queen over queen bunks. Then the second bedroom has a king bed. Those 2 bedrooms do share a bath. Also on this level is a nice living, dining, and kitchen, that all lead out to the pool and beach access.
On the second level is the main living area of the house. The main living, dining, and kitchen area. Also another bedroom with king bed and private bath. The laundry is also on this level.
On the third level, you'll find 3 additional bedrooms. 2 of those face towards the gulf with outstanding views. They both have a king bed and private bath. The third bedroom also has a king bed, as well as twin over twin bunks, and private bath.
