Welcome to "Chasing Seagulls" our newest home in Seagrove. Seagulls has just gone thru a $350000 extensive remodel inside and out. Be the first to stay in this luxury home! Located oh so close to the beach on the south side of 30A, no streets to cross to go to the beach.
House layout wise, the first level has 2 bedrooms. One has a king bed, the other is a very large one, with 2 king beds, and a queen over queen bunk. Also on the first level is a living room, dining area, and additional kitchen that all lead directly out to the pool. One the second level you have the main living room, dining, and main kitchen. There is also a bedroom with king bed on this level, as well as the laundry area.
On the third level 3 more bedrooms, all with king beds, private baths, and balconies. One of these also has an additional twin over twin bunk in it for young guests.

NO WORRIES ON BEACH ACCESS! WALK THRU THE BACK YARD DIRECTLY TO THE SANTA CLARA ST BEACH!!!!

We also have a excellent private pool to relax in after a day on the beach. Discover the best Old Seagrove has to offer, so many shops, restuarants within walking distance. Take a bike ride to Seaside.

Great Beach House for large family

It was great to be in walking distance of the beach. The heated pool was great and much enjoyed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would have liked to have had a heads up about needing more towels and paper goods before arrival.

Great spot in Seagrove

Great property for large group. Our teens loved having the first floor as their home base and the parents occuppied the 2nd and 3rd floors. The beach access may be the best part. Walk right out the back door to access the public beach access at the Santa Clara Beach Access. No need for a car, golf cart, etc to get to the beach. Far enough away to get relief from crowds on Seaside square but close enough for kids to ride bikes to the square. Great place!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful trip to this beautiful home. The house really makes use of their space and there is ample bedrooms and just room in general. The lower level was great and our teens loved having a kitchen to themselves. The beach is literally right behind the house and the location overall was perfect. The home details and decor were amazing as well. Communication was quick and easy. The only thing to note just so you know when you come- not much is included in terms of extras especially in the kitchen (no salt and pepper), so just make a note of this. We have been coming to this area numerous times a year for over 30 years and this was a top place for us! Can’t wait to visit again.

30A family trip

This was a wonderful home with a great utilization of space. The location is perfect and so close to the beach access. The owners were easy to communicate with and the house was stocked with many household items. The kids had their own area on the lower level with a full kitchen and living room.

Great Property

Everything as advertised and amazing location. Easy short walk to/from the beach allows you to easily run home for lunch and be back at the beautiful beach in no time. Three levels allowed plenty of room for our multigenerational family to stretch out and enjoy the time on 30a.

Chasing Seagulls

Fantastic house and location. Our teens were able to ride bikes to Seaside and the opposite direction to their favorite Shaved Ice place. Would definitely stay again. We were 4 families and had more than enough space for privacy when needed. Lower level is perfect for the kids!

Great Home Away from Home

Took my family to Santa Rosa for a vacation and our beach wedding. The house was perfect for our group of 12. Everyone felt comfortable and enough space to spread out. The pool was a hit for everyone in the family. The location was amazing within walking distance to the beach. Great for a sunrise or sunset walk. It was nice to not have to worry about parking every time we wanted to go to the beach. The only suggestion I can give to those renting the house is to back in if you can in the driveway to pull out easier. This is due to the fact that the driveway is directly on 30A and with normal traffic and pedestrians walking and riding their bikes it is the safest thing to do. You will not be disappointed at all with this beautiful home. I would definitely rent again and the owner was great with communication and very friendly.

Great house, busy beach

Had a good time at our summer 2023 stay. This house is adjacent to a large parking lot with public beach access. You should book chairs further down the beach if you want a quieter beach experience. If you like to people watch or feel safer with a lifeguard, the access next to the house works fine.

Chasing Seagulls

Easy walk to the beach. It only takes a couple of minutes to the ramp. The house was very nice and the beds were comfortable. It was large enough for 15. There is a small pool that the younger kids enjoyed when we weren’t at the beach. We did love our stay but didn’t love the crowds on 30A. Golf carts helped. Kevin, the owner, is easy to communicate with and was very helpful with all of our questions.

Vacation Bliss

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location was perfect with easy beach access, ocean view from the top floor, & close proximity to all of the fun happenings in Seaside. Our older kids loved the bottom floor living room area & bed set up & we loved them having their own space where they could enjoy each other's company without disturbing the older adults. The property manager was extremely attentive to what needed to be done if anything even before we were aware of it. Nice decor, loved having a pool to dip into when we needed a refreshing cool off, & enjoyed 4 parking spots with room to park our golf cart rental. It was a joy to get to stay here & I would definitely recommend.

Awesome week at this great beach house

We loved this house and its location. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all updated as well as having two full kitchens. The proximity to the beach is great and the private pool is a really nice addition. The only complaint was the grill needs replaced. We stay here again for sure.

Summer Family Vacay

Our whole family group was impressed with this house! It was large and spacious, plenty of room for all adults! The location is excellent, as it is steps from the beach and a short walk or bike ride to Seaside. A big plus is the full kitchen and den on the first floor with a 2nd full kitchen and den on the 2nd floor, so the adult children had a place to go when they chose to! We know this area and its houses very well, and we recommend it 100%. The host, Kevin, is readily available to answer any questions, but we had zero issues while vacationing in his beautiful beach house. Our entire group highly recommends Chasing Seagulls for your next family/freinds beach vacation!

Amazing property!

Great property with vast amounts of square footage, wonderful location just steps from the beach and a heated pool. Nice to find a pet friendly location that was high end so that we could include our beloved pets while on vacation, but not feel like we had to sacrifice quality of stay for the humans. Owner was quickly responsive and very helpful when we thought we had the correct entry code (but ended up being at the wrong door). Close to town, close to the beach, plenty of room to spread out. Already thinking about when we can go back! Have also sent this listing to several friends and recommended it highly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Thank you very much for your inquiry into our home, "Chasing Seagulls". The entire home has been recently remodeled, it shows like a brand new home. All new furnishings as well.
Bedrooms wise, the first floor has 2 bedrooms. One very large one, which has 2 king beds, and a set of queen over queen bunks. Then the second bedroom has a king bed. Those 2 bedrooms do share a bath. Also on this level is a nice living, dining, and kitchen, that all lead out to the pool and beach access.
On the second level is the main living area of the house. The main living, dining, and kitchen area. Also another bedroom with king bed and private bath. The laundry is also on this level.
On the third level, you'll find 3 additional bedrooms. 2 of those face towards the gulf with outstanding views. They both have a king bed and private bath. The third bedroom also has a king bed, as well as twin over twin bunks, and private bath.
