We provide a starter supply of all the household 'staple sundries' you will need for your stay: coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, tissues, etc. In addition, we supply various beach items: chairs, beach towels and toys. Just show up with your suitcase and we'll provide the rest!

This fantastic vacation rental located at the desirable, 'Oceans of Amelia' complex on Fletcher Avenue currently offers a great deal and value for your money. All the comforts of home await you in this 'Ocean Oasis' so close to the beach on Amelia Island!

Great location. Cute place with lots of amenities. Wonderful view. The place is a little bit outdated, but right on the beach, the condo definitely needs a deep cleaning. You may want to bring your own sheets because otherwise you’ll have to wash yours before leaving or get charged.

This condo was a lovely spot for a relaxing long weekend with friends. It is only steps from the beach and the view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. Perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks! We appreciated that beach towels and chairs were provided. The living room is comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The welcome basket of snacks was a very nice touch. The two bedrooms are a little on the small side, but we were still comfortable even with four adults staying there. The condo building was very quiet and it is only a short walk or 2 minute drive to two restaurants down the road near the public beach area and a 5-10 min drive to the downtown area with shops and restaurants. The island is an easy 35 min drive from the Jacksonville airport. We did not use the pool since the weather wasn't great when we were there, but it looked well maintained. Overall, a great option if you want to be right on the beach in a quiet location and a short drive from town. Highly recommend!

The place was okay, didn’t feel super clean. There was a big stain on one of the bed sheets like it hadn’t been washed, and we washed the sheet because of this and that stain.. came out. So that was gross… nice big brown stain on the fitted sheet. The window in the other bedroom was left opened, when I went to shut it it wouldn’t lock shut. That felt safe…not. The sinks had black stuff coming out, that’s all been cleaned now as I wiped off all the sink heads that hadn’t probably ever been cleaned. And the giant roach in the kitchen I left under the Lysol wipes container. I just set the container on top of it. That was kind of the icing on the cake for us… We left the next day and went else where for the remainder of our vacation. I wanted to like it. But…

Ideal Location!

Such a bright, clean place -- and the best location from which to watch the sunrise! It's our third year here and we keep coming back because the beds are comfortable, there's plenty of space in the kitchen, and the beach is only steps away.

Perfect getaway!

We’ve stayed at this condo building in the past,but first time in this unit. It was perfect for us and our nieces. Plenty of room and conveniently located. Beautifully decorated and a beautiful view. Will definitely stay here again!!!

My family stayed at this condo in May 2023 and it was absolutely amazing! The unit was just as described; it was very clean and the views were incredible. Everything we needed was provided and communication was great. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again!

We’d do it all again!

We enjoyed almost two weeks at this wonderful place! We loved everything about this cute condo, especially the view! The owner Lisa was super responsive and very helpful! We would definitely stay here again, we had so much fun! Also, if you’d like a fun day trip off the island, the Jacksonville Zoo is wonderful!

Heaven on earth

This place is amazing. There were plenty of beach towels as well as bathroom towels. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were available almost instantly. A wonderful place to sit enjoy the view and relax.

Beautiful Location~Beautiful Condo

This condo is as pictured, very clean, well maintained and complete with everything we needed. Beautiful sunrises everyday right our the front windows over the ocean. Front row seat in your PJ's!

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was a great location and close to everything. Just steps from the beach and beautiful view of the ocean from the condo. Unit was equipped with everything you will need. Several nice touches including power strips in the bedrooms and towels for the beach. Be aware that there is only one parking space for the unit and no spaces for guests. Owner did explain this upfront before accepting the booking. I would recommend this unit.

Wonderful getaway!

The condo is amazing! The view is great and even can watch dolphins swim by in the morning! Beautiful sunrises! Close to all restaurants and Fort Clinch Pool is great ! Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything.. a Keurig would be great! The chairs are great to sit in and enjoy the view! Love it!

Relaxing week

Great location on the beach. Perfect ocean view and beautiful sunrises. Saw dolphins many mornings. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Kitchen adequately stocked - although we didn’t cook any meals. Communication was excellent. Enjoyed our stay and would return to this rental!

Short break

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay in this condo. The view was amazing! Even though it was terribly hot outside, the AC unit kept the inside nice and cool. The condo was well equipped for a beach visit with lots of beach towels, chairs, and coolers. Beds were comfortable and so was the living room furniture. I would definitely stay here again! It’s a great walking beach.

Magical Amelia Island

We enjoyed viiting Amelia Island for the first time. This condo is a great location. Walk out to the long white beach or pool. Quick trip to town for multiple restaurants. The condo has attention to detail. We look to cook and found everything we needed from sharp knives and great pots and pans. All well organized.

Another great stay

This was our second time staying in this condo. We love the location… beach front and a close drive to all the great restaurants in downtown Fernandina. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo and it was so easy to get out to the beach with our three children. We appreciated the chairs and boogie board provided in the unit. Will probably be back in the future!

Beautiful spot at Amelia Island

We had the best time at this condo! The BEST sunrise over the ocean I have ever seen- right from our balcony. Thankful for the beach towels and chairs they provided. My only suggestion would be to get a Keurig instead of a regular coffee maker (but that’s just my preference!) 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone!

Great Florida getaway place.

Everything was as promised. The views from the dining area and living room were wonderful. We watched the sunrise over the water every morning while having our morning coffee. The rooms were very clean and all the amenities worked. It was an easy, quick walk to get to the beach, and the stores and restaurants in the area were good and close by. All in all we enjoyed our first ever visit to Florida in the winter and would definitely rent this condo again if given the chance.

relaxing stay

Quiet, nice, great views, had everything we needed except keurig coffe maker but I read that on reviews and brought my own single cup keurig. parking is very tight. you have to wash bed sheets and towels that are used so that was a little time consuming since you have to be out by 10:00 am. but overall a great, comfortable stay. The sunrise in the morning was amazing.
