Excellent Stay

Perfect for our little family of 4. The view of the beach was beautiful and the short walk there was amazing. Exactly what we needed with two littles. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

The condo was really nice and roomy. Great location to the beach. Restaurant was very close within 200 feet. Would definitely book again.

Amelia Island

This was our first time at Amelia Island and we are in love !!! The condo was clean and up to date! The decor was beachy but very classy. Loved the balcony and ocean views!

Great 2 bedroom condo on beach

Very nice condo with boardwalk to beach. Beach is lightly populated. Condo in conveniently located near beach park, restaurants and a short drive to quaint downtown area.

Even with Idalia…it was wonderful!

5 perfect beach daays…1hurricane prep day and 1 hunker down day but even a hurricane at the beach is awesome! Christie is a wonderful host and we will be back!

Great Location

This was a 1st floor unit so you can't see the beach from this location. Overall the Condo was great and very nice. Did make some recommendations of changing the hardware in the larger bathroom because they were in bad shape from hard water damage. Other than that the place was very nice. The property manager was terrific!

Festival of 8 Shrimp Festival Weekend

Beautiful location right on the beach. Sandbar and Salt Life restaurant within easy walking distance from condo. Easy access to festival by using WYRD app which is locally owned and knows area well. We also used Uber. Both were great and reasonable. Make getting to festival and back to condo super easy. Fun festival with friendly people and delicious food. Hope to return to area when less crowded.

Nice property

I loved being this close to the beach. Such an easy walk. I really wish the internet had been better. But the closet in the garage is nice. Being on the first floor was nice although having people park just on the other side of one of the bedrooms’ windows was weird. And don’t take for granted that there will be streaming devices or smart TVs. There are not. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Anniversary Trip

This property was amazing. It was stocked with everything our family needed for the week. The owner had wonderful communication as well. Great location and awesome layout! We will be back!

Review

I noticed as soon as we went into the condo for the first time that the floor was absolutely nasty. I relayed that to the manager and her cleaning crew came and swept like 2 rooms and only mopped one. I ended up doing it myself. The bathrooms were also very dirty and nasty..showers as well. I would suggest a much better company to do your cleans. Looks a lot better on VRBO than it did when we arrived. Also the sofa was so stained and dirty and well as the chair. Like I said the room was disgusting. I hate to say that but it’s the truth. Thank you

Thanksgiving at Fernandina Beach

The condo was very very nice, inside. I was a little disappointed that there was a restaurant on the left side blocking the view form the master bedroom and the balcony. There was also, what I assume was the restaurant's refrigeration unit running all night and day.

Labor Day Weekend

We had a great visit. The condo was recently updated, spacious, clean, had reserved parking, was right on the beach and was close to restaurants and downtown. It was in great shape and had everything our family needed for a long weekend at the beach.

Beautiful property; our 2nd visit.

Overall good. However multiple items were broken and the pool was very dirty; so much so that the kids couldn’t swim and that was a big take away for a family vacation

Location, Location, Location!!

My husband and I have stayed at Terraces at Beachside several times. This was our first time in unit 104. It was a great experience! The check-in process couldn't have been easier! Keys are on site so no need to go anywhere else to pick them up. The condo was super clean and updated. We appreciated the supply of housekeeping items that were made available to us (laundry pods, dish soap, toilet tissue, etc). The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was spacious and comfortable. We absolutely love the location of Terraces! It's directly on the beach! There's a convenient supply closet full of nice beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. The Sandbar and Grill and is literally right outside the door and has great food and drinks! If you're considering renting this place, just do it! It's awesome!

Sister trip!

Great location right on the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. Comfy beds, well stocked, modern and immaculate. Highly recommend!
