1 year minimal rental.. Swim in your private pool while enjoying the sights and sounds of the serene private lake. Enjoy a sense of privacy, seclusion and security from this well situated home in the Lost Lake Resort Community. This gated community has its own golf course, tennis courts and tree lined sidewalks for leisurely strolling. Hear the call of wild birds and feel the balmy breezes as you sit on the screened patio or swim in the heated pool. This area offers many festivals and specialty shows for weekend entertainment. The beach is only a 15 minute drive and the town of Stuart is just a 10 minute drive offering many restaurants and shops so there's always something to do.... The gated entry to the community offers a sense of security and peace. If you enjoy city life on occasion, City Place is just 30 minutes away and has many restaurants, night clubs, shops plus theaters and waterfront sidewalks. The Lost Lake golf course is said to be one of the best in the area.
Though the home is a duplex and part of a planned community, the 8 foot tall privacy walls that separate the homes and the lakeside setting offer a unique sense of seclusion and privacy, yet, the comfort and security of being part of close knit community. Please note: 1 year minimal rental.

We love privacy, but, also convenience. This home, though part of a planned community, offers the best of everything. The concrete privacy walls between the homes and no visible houses from the lanai will give you the feeling that the lake belongs to you!!! Out on the street, there is a friendly, inviting neighborhood that encourages walking ang bicycling...
