Coquina Beach Club 110 is a 550 square foot studio, with a heated salt-water pool, it has a spacious, open concept appearance, and it is attractively priced. We have a direct beach view from our sun deck, and the beach is steps from our door. CBC 110 is the largest of the studio units, and the only one with a direct beach view from the sundeck. CBC 110 sleeps 2 guests in a new Queen Murphy Bed, with a brand-new Serta Perfect Sleeper Queen Mattress. We also have a new full size sleeper sofa with a Sealy memory foam mattress, for an overnight guest. You can walk to bars, shops, restaurants and the historic pier. Two Adults, No Smoking, No Pets. We have an excellent cleaning company. Everything in our studio is NEW. I am a Realtor/Owner. This spacious studio has 2 covered parking spaces and extra guest parking with permits. Our sundeck has a new 5-piece patio set, so you can dine in comfort on our deck overlooking the beach and the pool. We have a charging station for golf carts. We provide quality items for our guests, Sealy & Serta Mattresses and Pillows, Coastal Cotton Sheets, Blue Ridge Comforters and Blankets, and Tommy Bahama and Carribean Joe Beach Chairs and Beach Umbrellas. My Air conditioner is self-adjusting to your own comfort level; I do not lock the temperature setting. All of my appliances are new including my new Whirlpool washer/dryer. We also include a large number of start-up products for you to use.

Perfect location!

Great little place for two with heated pool and short walk to beach. Close to Bridge Street and tons of places to eat and drink. We hope to return next year.

Bradenton Beach is beautiful!

Great Location

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Coquina 110. Janet provides everything you need and the location is the best. You are on walking distance to several restaurants and a heated pool !

Great Getaway

This was the perfect getaway. Easy access to restaurants, trolley stop and of course the beautiful beach! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Dr. Janet and her partner gave us great recommendations on things to do and where to eat. It was great to meet them. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Relaxing

The property I located on the most beautiful beach and everything you need is there. The property poolis very low key and private. The host was more that accommodating! We arrived very late and the host made sure we had everything we needed to start the week.

Clean and comfortable

We were very comfortable. The beach is beautiful. A great sunset every night. We enjoyed the balcony for breakfast. There are more dishes and pots than we needed. We would have preferred less stuff and more cabinet and storage space

Perfect for a couple

Dr. JC met us at the condo with the keys and some great island insider info. “Very gracious host” whom we now consider a friend.... everything was as advertised..... The beach and island was more than we could have ever expected, and now consider it our home away from home. To sum all this up, AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Perfect beach experience

Such an amazing experience!! The property was super clean and our owners were amazing!! The best communication from any VRBO we have used. I can't recommend this place enough! My wife and I flew down for the week, no need for a car, as the island has so many options for travel. Restaurants are just a short walk from the room. The room was in perfect condition, with all the amenities you will need. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable. We hope to visit again soon.

Excellent Couples Getaway

First, the owner was great to work with. Met us at the property to personally check us in and give us a tour of the property and all it's amenities. Everything you could possibly need is already there. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with a brand new comfortable sofa. I was concerned about the comfort of a Murphy bed, but it was very comfortable. Located in a great spot right on the beach, it is close to Everything and right on the free trolley line. Great property for a couples getaway, and the sunsets are incredibly beautiful!

Perfect Location Getaway

The property was literally steps away from the ocean with a balcony that offered not only a view of the ocean but a private area for dining in the evening. Upon arrival, Janet met us to ensure that her condo was in perfect shape which was not expected. In addition, she spent additional time telling us of some of her favorite spots and areas of attraction on the island! That was priceless! We cannot thank her enough for sharing her lovely place with us, we enjoyed it thoroughly and will definitely plan a trip next year! See you then!

Amazing place!

This is my multiple booking with Coquina Beach condos, this stay was by far the best! Accommodations were perfect! Clean, new sheets & comforter was waiting, umbrellas, chairs, etc! Highly recommend! Perfect last trip before my daughter leaves for college! Location is great, beach steps from doorstep! Safe, clean, & amazing host!

This studio is perfect for easy beach access, jumping on the free island trolley and relaxing on the patio. The kitchen is set up for making your own meals. The Murphy bed was super comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a couple more pillows for the bed. We will definitely be back.

Location and Host top notch

Great location, this place in on the beach, a nice beach too. The place was clean, and well appointed. The host thought of a lot of things you may need and provided them (towels, umbrella, chairs, noodles, books, etc.). Pool is real nice too. Host is available anytime via phone, text or email and provided good suggestions. Location is great too. The island and beaches are top notch. One of our best trips ever. The host and the condo were a large part of that!!! Thanks Dr. Janet!!!

Great location- poor bed

This is a budget property, located well and all was as stated except for the bed. We could barely walk upon rising each morning and took several days after leaving for our bodies to straighten out.. Suggest you bring bath soap. No dishwasher.

Very nice efficiency room

This room was very clean and nicely decorated. Room was very bright and inviting. It came with anything you would need for kitchen and beach, so perfect for a couples week vacation, which is what we were on. Water pressure in shower was EXCELLENT! Our only inconvenience was there was no couch to sit/relax. Manager informed us a few weeks before our stay, disclosing her recent purchase was damaged upon shipment and had to be sent back but no replacement had arrived yet. There were two sitting chairs (not recliners), so sitting was ok for short term, but not as relaxing as a couch or recliner. Beautiful Beach was just steps away and no road to cross. Pool was refreshing and warm. Overall our stay in CBC 110 was wonderful. We would definitely rent again!

We have every amenity including a washer/dryer, furnished sundeck, and a 42' HD TV. Our pool is heated, our beach is 7 miles long. We DO NOT HAVE A DISHWASHER DUE TO A LACK OF SPACE.
