We include 4 kayaks, paddles and life vests for guest use. Whether you’re going fishing or looking for a day of fun in the sun, this home offers easy access on and off the water so you can start taking advantage of all that Lake Moultrie has to offer. This lakefront home was designed to make lasting vacation memories. Unwind and experience the kind of relaxation only a lake house can provide. The Cove offers three bedrooms, two full baths, and sleeps up to 8 guests. Modern décor, fresh linens, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. During the cooler months, curl up with a cup of hot tea and enjoy the wood burning fireplace. Whether you’re looking to get away, wind down, and relax or a fun packed weekend of water activities, The Cove truly has it all.

Wonderful repeat visit

We stayed here two years ago and have always wanted to return. We are so happy we got to visit again. The house has everything you need and we really enjoyed sitting in the covered garage area during the summer storms. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfortable. Wish we had more time there!

This lakehouse has brought us so many wonderful memories and we want to share that experience with others. Like most Charlestonians, we love the water! We stumbled upon this home in 2009 in our search for a lakefront property. The house was very outdated, but we saw its potential and over the years have turned it into the modern oasis it is today.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Moncks Corner is about 30 miles from downtown Charleston. We wanted a home that was far enough away that it felt like a vacation, but close enough that we didn't have to travel far to take advantage. The name you ask? “The Cove” was the name for the spot our friends and family would meet while boating. It just so happens this spot is just outside of our canal. It’s a great place to anchor and pull out the floats. The water is shallow and the bottom is sandy.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The Cove sits on a canal just feet away from the open lake. Centrally located, you can travel to the upper lake or go down through the locks, which allows you to travel from the lake into the Cooper River (very cool experience). The boat launch is private and right outside your back door. Both the front and back offer a full covered porch, which makes for a great place to sip on a cocktail and watch the sunset. The interior has been updated and offers a spacious kitchen, dining, and family room for larger gatherings. The other thing we love about The Cove, is it’s far enough away that it’s relaxing and feels like a vacation, but also close enough that you can go into Charleston to enjoy all that the Holy City has to offer.
