Nice clean house with large fenced yard which was appreciated by our dogs. Close to some very nice restaurants (Page's Okra Grill and Taco Boy were both very good.) Also close to Main Street Summerville shops. Nice quiet neighborhood. Responsive host. Would recommend.

The hot tub was really nice. The beds were comfortable. Host were responsive. The back sliding glass door was really hard to open and shut. The floors did leave our feet really dirty so not sure who cleans the floors. And I thought this was in Nexton but it was not. Overall my experience was great with a few minor things I didn’t like. I would stay again. Just fix back door and the cleaner needs to clean floors better. Other than that great stay!

Hosts were great. Great communication and easy to get in touch with. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was very cozy. The houes just needs a little maintenance and TLC. The baseboards need to be cleaned and the AC filters need to be replaced ASAP. Paint was peeling in a lot of places, there are some holes in the walls that have been patched but not repainted. The light cover on the master bedroom fan was missing and there were no pillows on the bunkbeds or extra pillows for the roll out bed that we could find. Overall it worked for what we needed it for, a place to sleep, but the above reasons kept me from giving it 5 stars.
