This is a very nice, spacious home in a quiet, residential neighborhood where you feel safe moving about. It is very well maintained and the hosts gave GREAT recommendations on local places to eat and visit. We were only here one night, but could have easily enjoyed much longer in this home.

Our son was retiring from the Air Force and we needed a 3 bedroom so my 2 other sons could stay with us. The house provided the space we needed. The bathrooms were nice. Great Rain shower in the master. Back patio was great for enjoying our morning tea.

This was a great house. It was nice and spacious and has a great fenced in back yard. The hosts were very nice and accommodating and answered questions quickly. My wife and dogs loved staying here and had plenty of room in the back yard.

It is a comfortable cozy house. Lots of little extras that made us feel special, like decoratively folded towels on the beds, little paper flowers on paper towels and board games that have all the pieces. The showers are nice amd although it rained during our stay the backyard looked amazing. We felt safe, warm and dry.

Great little house perfect for a small family. My kids really enjoyed the theater room and the backyard. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The property needed a few minor maintenance issues fixed but was great other than the minor things. We were the first guests to stay in this property, I’m confident the hosts were able to address the issues we shared with them before receiving more guests.

Host was great, I notified the host that there was no hair dryer and a new hair dryer delivered within 20 minutes along with some treats for our dogs! Our dogs loved the back yard and so did we! We picked up some wood and had a firepit night. The beds and pillows were comfy as well.Just a few criticisms The neighborhood is not the best, although it was quiet and we had no issues with the neighbors. Also the furniture in the bedrooms were cheap and flimsy.Overall good value!!

The house was clean and spacious. However, the AC unit does not cool the home. The inside temperature of the home stayed at 73 regardless of what the thermostat was set on. The host offered “box fans” & said they sent a technician out to inspect the AC unit. The technician supposedly came to the house and “uploaded a video” of the thermostat showing the thermostat set to 70 & the inside temperature was also 70. That NEVER happened during our stay. I submitted multiple messages with pictures to prove the temperature inside the home and I was basically told that they had the technician’s video that conflicted with my pictures. When I asked for a copy of the video from the host, I received no more messages.Lastly, the door code had been changed from what was sent in my email and that was a whole, long process that meant speaking with multiple people to get the correct code.

Overall, this property met our basic need as a group of six. Unfortunately, the sleeping arrangements were a bit uncomfortable/inconvenient. The movie room was cute but the couch came apart while guests were sleeping on it. The listing says that it sleeps eight but it really could only sleep five comfortably - two in the queen bed and three in the full bed with trundle. The movie room shouldn’t be considered a bedroom due to the couch arrangement. There was an air mattress but there wasn’t really a good place to put it in the house - so we had to put it in the small area between the kitchen/dining area/living room.The kitchen was pretty well-equipped. It was nice that they had a coffee maker and filters. The back yard was spacious with some seating and fire pit. The children liked the hammock.The bathrooms were nice - felt luxurious. Plenty of hot water for the group. Overall, the place was good enough for a couple nights but I don’t know that we would stay here again. There are some issues in the home - like the vent fan in the hall bath doesn’t work, peeling paint, some of the fixtures aren’t secured right. Not anything major but it made the place feel cheap and made me worry we would be held responsible for the issues we found when we arrived. It’s obvious pets (likely cats) have been in the home - damage to the furniture was noted on our arrival.

It has a very family-friendly atmosphere, with kind and respectful neighbors, and a calm, safe environment overall. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax and feel at home while still being close to everything.

One of the standout features of our home is the backyard — it’s a space designed to be enjoyed. With artificial grass, a cozy firepit, and thoughtfully arranged seating areas, it’s the perfect place to relax and spend time with family and friends.

Another highlight is the movie theater room, which offers a true cinema-style experience with a full-size projection screen, a popcorn machine, and fun movie-themed decor with illuminated signs — making it a unique and memorable part of the stay.

Additionally, the entire home has been recently remodeled, with carefully selected decor in each space to create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.
