Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad our team was able to promptly address the hot water issue in the lower bathroom, but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the dishwasher and the lack of extra trash bags and paper towels. We understand how frustrating it must have been to make an extra trip to the store. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, and we have worked with our maintenance and housekeeping team, & ensured that these items have been fully addressed for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
