Our Chalet offers a large loft Bedroom with a queen bed. Beautiful views of the Mogollon Rim from the bed, and of the National Forest to the back. Downstairs bedroom has full bed. In the living room you will find a wonderful wood burning stove. The living room has incredible views from the cathedral like windows. Kitchen has everything except your food. Outdoor deck is very private with tall pine trees providing lovely shade. Our cabin is located at the very back of the lot right up to the National Forest. It is in a very private setting. If you are looking for a cozy couples retreat, we think you've found it!

Birthday Get Away

My daughter requested to stay at the "Green Cabin" again for her birthday. We all love it there! Great location, plenty of room for us, and nice and quiet. We had a great time.

Dreamy, beautiful, and perfect

This cabin was better than we could have hoped for! The snacks upon arrival, the heater set for us, the incredible amount of firewood, and even the little mini Christmas tree were added touches. The binder of activity suggestions was very helpful! It was a picturesque property and the owners were very responsive. We can't wait to go back!

Peaceful rest in the woods

This a great place for some peace and quite in the woods. The cabin is roomy and very clean. The extra plus is it close to hiking. The Washington Park TH is just up the road, which provides miles of great trails.

We Loved Our Stay in the Chalet

Gabriel was a terrific host and made our arrival easy with great directions down a winding dirt road. The Chalet is lovely from the moment you drive in. Set in the midst of tall evergreen trees, it feels very private and is a great place to enjoy a quiet retreat. The home is well equipped with everything you might need for comfort as well as some lovely extra touches. We highly recommend Gabriel and his beautiful property for your next holiday.

Peaceful weekend

Another fun weekend, relaxing in this cozy cabin. Highly recommend. We’ve stayed Twice and both times have been wonderful. It’s clean, picturesque, charming and the perfect place to rest.

Paradise in the Pines!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at the chalet and would absolutely come to stay again! The host was so thoughtful and even left dog treats for our pups. Everything was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed from pasta to baking cookies, the beds were so comfortable, lovely shaded deck for yoga and morning coffee.. I could go on and on! Thank you for having us! :)

Restful time in nature

This Chalet is in a beautiful setting bordering the Tonto National Forest. House was clean and comfortable with many welcoming touches, even treats for our dog.! The property is well maintained and the deck is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the wildlife. We were surprised and entertained by a herd of cows that came plowing through the National Forest (on the other's side.of the barbed wire fence.). There are no trails in this part of the National Forest, but plenty of open land and forest to explore. Washington Park is just a little over a mile away with beautiful trails and the Upper East Verde River. If you need reliable Internet, this may not be the place for you, as it would go off periodically, but if you want a place to unwind and relax.without outside distractions this is the perfect place. Our dog loved it too! Bring your own ice or ice cube trays, other than that all the basic supplies are provided plus several extras! Definitely recommend this beautiful getaway.

Great cabin

We enjoyed the cabin. It was very quiet and private. Lots of hiking around. The window in cabin is very beautiful you csn see all stars in night. Definitely worth it

Getaway

Location was amazing and private. Perfect for a weekend getaway from the heat brought my dog who enjoyed the area. Lots of hiking and biking around but also a great place to relax. Definitely would recommend and return

First Time Using VRBO

I booked this vacation for my birthday and it was the best decision ever! My host was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I was traveling with my dog and was happily surprised to find dog treats left for us. Upon arrival there was also a guidebook with recommendations of nearby trails/areas to check out. The property was as described and I enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning while listening to a nearby creek. I also thoroughly enjoyed star gazing nightly and some bird watching. Can't wait to go back.
