Welcome to 5 Goldfinch Lane, a comfortable and beautifully appointed Sunriver vacation rental near the Deschutes River, designed for up to 7 guests. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, air conditioning, a private hot tub, ping pong, and 5 adult bikes, this inviting retreat offers the ease, comfort, and flexibility guests look for in a year-round Sunriver getaway.

Inside, upgraded finishes lend the home a refined yet relaxed character. Tile, travertine, and bamboo laminate flooring create a polished foundation, while the updated kitchen features granite countertops and the thoughtful essentials needed for everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed family dinners. The living area is warm and welcoming, with a gas fireplace for cozy evenings, multiple TVs, Blu-ray, and free WiFi for entertainment and connection throughout your stay.

The bedroom layout is especially well suited for families, couples traveling together, and mixed-age groups. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, dedicated work area, and private en suite bathroom, creating a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Downstairs, a second king bedroom with TV provides additional adult comfort, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed, twin bed, and TV, making it an excellent setup for children, grandparents, or a second family.

Outdoors, 5 Goldfinch Lane offers multiple places to relax, gather, and take in the beauty of Central Oregon. The upper deck is ideal for grilling, outdoor dining, and lingering over morning coffee, while the lower deck invites guests to unwind in the private hot tub and enjoy peaceful river views. When it is time to explore, set out on one of the 5 adult bikes and ride to the Sunriver Nature Center, the Deschutes River, or along Sunriver’s scenic paved pathways. Back at the home, a game of ping pong adds easy, built-in fun for guests of all ages.

Whether your plans include biking Sunriver’s trails, soaking beneath the stars, skiing at Mt. Bachelor, walking along the Deschutes River, or simply slowing down for a few days in Central Oregon, 5 Goldfinch Lane offers the comfort and location, to bring everyone together.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Wonderful stay at Sunriver

We stayed here for new years and it was perfect for a family of 5 with 3 teens. The house was wonderful, the beds comfy and the hot tub overlooking the river was gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Can’t beat being right on the river. Only thing we needed were smaller kid bikes and SHARC passes!

Riverside Relaxation

My wife and I stayed here for some much needed R&R away from the city. It was a fantastic place! So peaceful. Right on the river. Easy access to the bike paths too! Very private and serene. We would def stay again! They had everything we needed.

Beautiful view!

It was hard to tell from website pictures how much of the river you can see. It was a gorgeous view from living room and deck! Location couldn't be better. Furniture was comfortable & house roomy. Kitchen well stocked - tons of dishes, silverware, and cooking pans & baking dishes. Would love to stay again!

Loved it

The house was more than we needed as there were just two of us but we loved it! We chose it for the view of the forest and river, which is even better than the photos. Waking up in the morning and walking out to that deck was fabulous! The house was very clean, well stocked, and met all our needs. Thank you.

Great location and great communication

The location on the river can’t be beat! Amazing hot tub. And the Property Management place cannot be beat. They were so accommodating and wonderful. House was nice and kitchen was very well stocked! My only slight downside was all the stairs, it’s multi level so if you have a problem with that this may be a downside. But overall amazing property and would stay again.

Excellent location!!

We loved the location of this house! We always try to stay close to the river and this was exactly that. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and was the perfect size for our family. Really great amenities and can’t beat the AC!!

Highly recommend this rental home!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. This was our first visit to this area and it checked all the boxes. This rental was outstanding and Bennington Properties took care of us answering all questions immediately. This property was a great location with the river view and bike path outside our door. The house had bikes as well as ping pong and corn hole for the kids. It was quiet location and the house was clean and well stocked. Our family will be back in the future and I would rent this house again.

First time in Sunriver - great house and location!

Great house for a family vacation. We made heavy use of the 4 bikes to bike around the area including rides into the village. Nice view of the river out back. The house interior was very comfortable and in great shape. We hadn't been to Sunriver before and had no idea how nice the entire area is!

Wonderful house with a view of the river

The house was super clean and nice. Everything worked, and we loved being right next to the river. The hot tub was awesome. We would definitely book this house again.

Clean and comfortable

This home was perfect, were celebrating our parents 60th wedding anniversary. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for all the showers! The deck is perfect for spending the morning, afternoon and evening with the river for a view. Can't say enough about how perfect this home was. Thank you for sharing it with us!

A wonderful home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 7 nights in the warm and cozy home. We found the furniture and beds to be very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with all essentials. We enjoyed the updated finishes and appreciated the owner's obvious pride in the property. The wood burning fireplace was a highlight, especially with the very handy gas igniter. We plan on returning to this home and will gladly recommend it to others.

Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice place to pets are allowed, so that helped the cleanliness. Home is a bit dated ... oak, oak, everywhere oak. Ugh. Cabinet without knobs .. so the cabinet doors needed a thorough cleaning.
