Beautiful surroundings. The home was quiet and peaceful. The pool was heated and close by. The beds were a little uncomfortable, otherwise, everything else was great.

Thank you for your candid review. We do our very best to ensure that our guests have an inviting and comfortable environment. We have just replaced two of our mattresses last spring and have frequently changed them out due to damage from kids jumping on them. We aren’t sure if they were just too hard/soft but will certainly check them out to see what might need to be addressed. We are glad you enjoyed your time in River Meadows. Thank you.

We had such an amazing long weekend with our usual supects. The house was so nice for 4 couples. A bathroom for upstairs couples and one for downstairs couples. We enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen with a view, just a few steps to the river. We floated the river and swam everyday. So relaxing, 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time. The house was big enough for our entire family and close to Mt. Bachelor, Sun River, and Bend. It sits on a nice location on the river with a great view and is comfortable for a family.

Wonderful getaway

We had a fantastic stay! Our family truly appreciated the accommodations, which were clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. Waking up in the morning by the river, with easy access for floating, was such a treat. The host was excellent in communication and very prompt. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Everything was great expect the heating. It was so cold on the bottom floor and turning on the heat only brought in cool air no matter how hot it was changed to. We were really cold inside the house the entire stay. Everything else was pretty accurate and the location was great! Had we had a comfortable temperature inside, we would have been able to enjoy the home more.

The heating/cooling system was serviced very recently and has been working properly as per our remote monitoring system. Regardless, we appreciate that you let us know. Amazing house!

This property was perfect for our trip to Bend! It was right in the river, was so clean and comfortable and Connie was an asking communicator. We would highly recommend staying here and will most definitely book again.

Great quiet vacation spot!

Love this place! Quiet, peaceful area. Right next to the river for our lazy float. House was well equipped and very comfortable! Communication was super! Oh and pickleball courts a 1-2 minute walk away if you need to fill that fix lol.

Thanksgiving

We needed a place to meet between our family in southern Oregon and Idaho. This was a great choice and we enjoyed our stay. The property is in a nice area not to far from the village with a nice walking path. The house has some nice finishes and works for a family.

Relaxing

Due to the fires in Oregon we opted to stay in and this home was perfect for doing just that. We felt right at home. The view of the river just out the backyard was very awesome. Would recommend this home and hope to be back again.

Yearly get away

This house had every to offer. It was very clean and close to the river. We were able to bring our own kayaks and take a trip down river for about four hours. Relax on yhe deck overlooking the river.

Great location

The property was very clean and had a great location. It definitely was quiet during our stay. Deer, rabbits, and a Heron were always nearby. It was nice that the weather was perfect during our stay. Recommend the property for your vacation. Just don't book it the week I want to stay.😄
