This single level, 3 bedroom vacation home is in a great central Sunriver location, on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by large, beautiful trees. Your group of up to 8 will fit comfortably with 1900 square feet of indoor living space and a large, private back deck.

Step inside the front door onto the hardwood floors which run throughout the open-concept layout. The living room opens in front of you with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and big windows overlooking the treed-privacy of the back deck, plus comfortable furnishings, a large flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The dining area seats 8 guests and sits adjacent to the wood burning fireplace making for a cozy setting. Cook for the whole family in the upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances a glass cooktop and granite counters.

The ensuite bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, and vaulted ceilings with attached private bathroom with jetted tub, and separate walk-in shower.

On the opposite side of the home are the other 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable Queen bed, TV and a sliding glass door leading onto the back deck. Bedroom 3 is a great spot for the kids to hide-out with 2 sets of Pyramid Bunkbeds (Twin bed above a Full bed) and a TV. The shared bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway near both bedrooms.

Step onto the deck to lounge in the sun and watch the wildlife, grill on the gas BBQ and dine outdoors or enjoy a soak under the stars in the private hot tub. 

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply
