This spacious, reverse-living home is your perfect getaway home in Sunriver. Cozy leather sofas, gas fireplace and tons of light welcome you in the open-concept living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials and the adjacent dining room offers seating for 8 plus 2 at the breakfast bar. Curl up with your favorite book in the sitting room and when you are ready to retire, a huge king ensuite with private bath round out this level.

Head downstairs to the super fun bunk room with twin over twin bunk bed, daybed w/ twin trundle, and a futon. The third bedroom features a queen bed with TV. The second full bathroom and the laundry room are also located on this level.

Enjoy the trees from the upper-level deck and then soak under the stars in the open-air hot tub.

Head out to the garage for some friendly competition, with ping pong and foosball, this home has something for everyone. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

Great family layout and everything we needed!

Kitchen was stocked with every type of pan you can imagine, comfortable beds and couches and ample space for a family of 5. We all enjoyed the hot tub and games in the garage. Beautiful space with large windows to enjoy the sunshine.

Memorial weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The location was perfect. We walked to Fort Rock Park daily with our dog. Short drive to the Lodge and Village. The house was spotless. Beds were comfortable and the house was very cozy. Well stocked home and had everything we needed for preparing and cooking meals. We come to Sunriver and spend a week yearly and would love to rent this home again next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fun and comfortable stay!

Property was well described and had many fun activities for a variety of interests -- ping pong, bikes, board games, hot tub, etc. Highly recommend!

Graduation party

My family owned a vacation cabin near Sunriver for the last 60+ years so we are very familiar with Sunriver. Our daughter graduated fro SOU on Saturday and we drove from Ashland to Sunriver with my wife, 2 daughters and 5 of their college friends. This house was perfect for our needs. Beautiful weather, great quiet location, and never get tired of the Pine trees and the beautiful Deschutes river. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved every minute of it. The check in and check out was so easy. Pros-everything, cons-nothing.

Spring break vacation

This house was the perfect size for our family of four, plus our little pup. It was cozy, comfortable and close to everything our family enjoys doing. Would definitely love to stay here again.

More lovely in person

This home was the most clean and lovely place we have stayed in Sunriver. Huge open rooms, impeccably clean, and the sunroom was even better than we anticipated from pictures alone. Lots of lovely sturdy windows, most to the floor, so our dog will enjoyed his views immensely, and so did we.

Perfect home for family and friends.

House was great. I booked this property for the hot tub so kids can relax and spend time. Hot tub was not working. Or we don't have any manual to get it started. We tried watching videos in YouTube to get it started but was not successful. Disappointed in that way.

Great Family House

Great house, very comfortable and well equipped. The property manager answered our questions quickly and resolved our issues promptly (needed batteries for remote, and hot tub needed repair). Would not hesitate to book again.

Awesome vacation spot! Especially for a pet friendly place!

This vacation home was awesome for 3 adults and 4 children! So clean and well laid out! We’ve stayed at other pet friendly places before and there’s often more wear and tear…. this place was great! Well situated and super comfy. Kids loved the ping pong in the garage. Management company is great but at times a bit too many auto texts sent, but all in the spirit of being available. Would stay here again!

Great House for Families

Property was very clean and had lots of amenities in the kitchen. Enough bikes for the whole family, although we did not use them. Kids liked to play ping pong and Foosball in the garage. Hot tub was clean and pre-heated. We enjoyed our stay, the weather just didn't cooperate with any fresh snow for the kids to play in this time.

Great spot to relax!

We really enjoyed the ping pong/pool table, foosball, and hot tub. The house is pretty dated, but everything worked and was very clean.

Great Sunriver house

House is in a great location with easy access to everything - much of it within walking distance. Easy access from both sides of Sunriver to avoid all of the round about / circles. Check in and out process was a breeze with excellent, prompt communication from Bennington Properties. Extremely well equipped home with high end kitchen equipment/appliances, furniture, TV's. Beds, towels, sheets, blankets, etcc were high quality. Everything very, very clean and up to date. Hot tub, foosball table, pool table, ping pong gave us hours of entertainment. I highly recommend Bennington Properties and this home. We did have one issue with the garage lights but I texted Christie at Bennington and we had Phillip the maintenance guy there in 10 minutes for a quick fix. Excellent all the way around. We will be back !!

We had a great time despite the covid restrictions & the thunder storms both not in your control.

We did find the BBQ hard to light but eventually it did. You might want to have it checked.

Little Paradise

We had a great time. We had everything we needed. Could have a little bit more instruction with TV. We brougth out own toys too (skateboards, hover board etc) and the location was perfect for it. Very comfortable house. A little earlier check in would have been great. Thank you for sharing your home.
