Welcome to Ranch Cabin #31. Located in the Ranch Cabin Complex on the Southern Part of Sunriver.

This quaint cabin-like condo is the basecamp for all your adventures while in Sunriver. Whether taking a bike ride along Sunriver’s 30+ miles of paved bike paths or heading up to Mt. Bachelor for a momentous day of skiing, you won’t be disappointed.

This 1282 sq. ft. condo has a well-stocked kitchen perfect for making those easy, away from home dinners. Enjoy a movie or stream your favorite show while cuddling up in front of the wood burning fireplace.

Downstairs, there is a master bedroom with a queen bed with a smart TV with cable. The master bath has a tub shower combo. Upstairs, are two bedrooms and the loft for added sleeping. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed. The loft is equipped with a Twin Bed with a twin bundle. This is a great place for kids to watch TV or a movie on the Roku Smart TV with cable and a Blue Ray player.

Ranch Cabin Condo is Dog Friendly. So, bring fido along for the trip!

Everyone can enjoy sitting outside while BBQing or watching people stroll by on the nearby bike path.

This condo comes with 8 SHARC passes for your enjoyment. You have access to the SHARC, free tennis, free pickleball, free disc golf and free access to the Sunriver SROA marina.

The beds were very uncomfortable definitely needs updating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds were very uncomfortable definitely needs updating. There was also quite a few spiders in the upper far bedroom. Location was great and the private pool was nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: have been visiting Sunriver for over 30 years. The location is great. The cabin could use some updates. Washing machine did not work consistently. The house is rated to host 8 people yet there is very little silverware. Plenty of plates and cups. We supplemented with plasticware.

The mattresses need to be replaced - except for the down stairs mattress, all others have gone past their life span - exceeding uncomfortable. The drapes downstairs could not be closed, especially the bedroom one. Had to put a blanket over the window for privacy. The kitchen was well stocked and good supply of dishes and utensils. The unit was clean but needed a touch-up on paint. But all in all we had a wonderful time.

I was actually embarrassed to take my family to this home despite making light out of the situation. There were cob webs and dead bugs everywhere. You could see many of them under the end table before walking in the door. Curtains were actually falling off the window. Under the dining room table was very hairy. Also, washer wouldn't spin clothes. I got a blanket out of the closet that was filthy. Very, very outdated home and felt dirty. Also, no A/C and they provide only 1 fan Location was nice, the outdoor pool was great and nice they had sharc passes for us.

Nice little cabin for family fun

We had a great time on our short trip. The house was perfect for our family to have as a home base to enjoy all that Sunriver and Central Oregon have to offer

Nice quiet stay

We had a great stay. Nice quiet area. The SHARC passes were very nice and we had an amazing time there. The house had everything we needed.

Family Getaway

This was a perfect location for our recent family getaway to beautiful Sunriver. The location was ideal, with easy access to bike paths, the village and the river. We will definitely be back!

Nice location, cabin was cozy. We would have appreciated enough silverware to accommodate the amount of people that can stay here. The beds and pillows could also use a major upgrade. Felt like we were sleeping straight on coils.

Perfect house for a weekend getaway.

We love Sunriver! Being able to bring our dog was a bonus. The house is dated but it’s was very cozy. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Thank you!

good location, the living area was a little dark. inside reminded me of the early 80's which isn't necessarily a bad thing. overall it was nice.

Nice Place but Dated

This little cabin has everything you need for a great Sunriver stay. Comfortable beds. Very clean. It does seem very dark inside even with all the curtains open. We were able to check in early so that was nice. Good location. We enjoyed our half hour walk to the village.

It was difficult to find the right cabin at first because the cabin number wasn't clearly listed and GPS took us to the wrong one based on the address. The property isn't as nice as others I've stayed in for the same price, I'm guessing because it's summer. There were alot of families with kids around us and it could get noisy. The place was clean and is in a good, central location, so we did enjoy our visit.

Great location, quiet

This cabin has a great location, quiet. Could use a little TLC and the deck really needs replaced but still clean and had everything we needed. Even without Air conditioning we were able to keep it cool with just the house fan. The bedrooms were good sized and plenty of room for grandsons and us. I was so pleasantly surprised with Sharc passes and a small neighborhood pool. I would stay there again. Thank you.
