Welcome to 29 Tan Oak, a beautiful, air-conditioned home that offers the perfect retreat in Sunriver! This spacious property is designed for comfort and entertainment, making it ideal for two or three families to enjoy together.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and top-of-the-line Thermador appliances. The downstairs area boasts lovely hardwood floors and an open layout, perfect for gathering. The dining table seats 8+, ensuring there’s plenty of room for everyone to share a meal. The cozy living room, with its ample seating, is the perfect spot to enjoy a fire and watch a movie.
The main bedroom, located on the ground floor, offers a King bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower—your private sanctuary after a day of adventure. Bedroom 2, also downstairs, has a Full bed and is ideal for guests who prefer easy access to the main living areas.
Upstairs, you’ll find Bedrooms 3 and 4, each featuring a cozy Queen bed - perfect for accommodating extra guests in comfort. The bonus loft room offers even more flexibility, complete with a TV, a Twin Bunk bed, and a Twin Trundle bed. It’s an ideal space for kids, teens, or anyone young at heart.
For added entertainment, the garage comes equipped with a ping pong table, perfect for friendly competitions.
