The home is at the edge of Sunriver on the East boundary. There are train tracks behind the house and the train comes by a few times a day typically, and may at night as well.
Nice great room area and outdoor seating. A variety of bicycles are in the garage. Hot tub is maintained regularly. New Central heat and AC installed 12/24.

Whole house except locked owners closets.
Other things to note
You will also be responsible for applicable taxes added on which total 9.8% which covers Deschutes County Transient Room Tax (8%) account #001528, and 1.8% State of Oregon Lodging Tax (1.8%). Cleaning fee is $300.
It will be itemized and added onto your bill as well as the cleaning charge (which is $300).
We do not have SHARC guest passes. They are available to purchase at SHARC. Rather than add to the cost of the nightly house rental fee we have left this up to the renters.
