Surf Court is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Surf Court 32 is a three-story townhouse with a street level entry and first floor. Forest Beach townhouse sleeps up to 6 people. King bed in master bedroom, queen bed in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3. This property is within 1 to 1.5 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van der Meer Tennis Center. Vacationers seeking a good value don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean and like parking at the front door of their condo. Living room sliders to a first floor patio provide easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza and the Beach Park & Market. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Vacation to Hilton Head

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. The pool is great for kids and minutes away from the beach. The house was clean. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The only we ran into was that they must have been replacing the microwave. There was an open hole above the stove. There was no fan for the stove. Luckily we didn’t use it much. They did provide a microwave but no one told us that there was an issue. It would have been nice to know if someone was coming to replace the part or give us a heads up before we checked in to the condo. With all that said our family really enjoys staying here and we will be coming back again!

This is our 4th stay in Surf Court. 32 could use some updates on appliances and cookware but besides that is a great space. Over the stove microwave quit working mid week. Seashore staff as always were courteous and solved the issue quickly which was greatly appreciated.

Great location!

We had a wonderful week and this property worked out beautifully for our family of 6. It is clean, nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. We loved the location. Easy 10 min walk or bike ride (3-5 min) to Coligny Plaza for coffee, ice cream and shopping and to Coligny Beach or the Alden Lane beach access. We rented bikes for the week and biking on the beach in the morning and evening was a highlight of our trip. We hope to come back!

Comfortable, Convenient lodging

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse suited our needs perfectly. We were 7 adults and their was plenty of room and flexibility for all of us. My spouse and I had the third floor ensuite and we let our adult children, one boyfriend and another adult sort out their beds. The sofa bed was deemed very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (just be aware that there are no staples like salt, pepper, sugar in the age of Covid) and we very much enjoyed the outdoor seating. It's adjacent to the pool and other patios so I can imagine it might be noisy in the middle of summer but perfect end of March. On the map the beach is across the street, but in the way of Hilton Head it is an easy half mile walk and very beautiful. Don't miss Kenny B's for Beignets a short walk away. Communication with the management company was easy and uncomplicated.

Relaxing

Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Property managers were extremely helpful with all issues (all were minor), response time was excellent.

Great Location

Very comfortable for my family. We walked to the beach and Coligny plaza. Never tried out the pool because it was a bit cool.

It was okay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was what I’d consider adequate. The location was great, but it is definitely a much older unit in somewhat disrepair. Nothing that ruined the stay, as we really were only there to sleep, but I would not rent it again or recommend. Although the master bath was updated with a nice walk in shower with nice tile... there was black mold on much of it. I bought cleaner and cleaned the majority of it off myself. It came off fine. Just an issue of poor cleaning. The master bedroom in particular had a musty smell that would not go away and carpet over very uneven floors you could feel. There were holes in some walls and blinds that wouldn’t work. Again just an overall feeling of disrepair and not properly maintained.
