Surf Court is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor apartments, two-story and three-story townhouses. Surf Court 32 is a three-story townhouse with a street level entry and first floor. Forest Beach townhouse sleeps up to 6 people. King bed in master bedroom, queen bed in bedroom 2, 1 Queen & 1 Twin in bedroom 3. This property is within 1 to 1.5 blocks of the Atlantic Ocean beach and Van der Meer Tennis Center. Vacationers seeking a good value don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean and like parking at the front door of their condo. Living room sliders to a first floor patio provide easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza and the Beach Park & Market. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Relaxing

Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Property managers were extremely helpful with all issues (all were minor), response time was excellent.

The hot water heater did struggle with hot water, but besides that everything was wonderful.

Great location!

We had a wonderful week and this property worked out beautifully for our family of 6. It is clean, nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. We loved the location. Easy 10 min walk or bike ride (3-5 min) to Coligny Plaza for coffee, ice cream and shopping and to Coligny Beach or the Alden Lane beach access. We rented bikes for the week and biking on the beach in the morning and evening was a highlight of our trip. We hope to come back!

Great Place

Reviewer Comments: We come here every year and this year we had a problem with the toaster. every time we used it the smoke detectors would go off. i tried to clean out whatever was in there but we found it to be unusable. Also for a 2 week stay we should have had more kitchen towels, one doesn't cut it. Other than that it was wonderful

This was a great location for beach access. We have stayed in that area before but first time at Surf Court. The pool was great as well. The condo was extremely clean and matched the description and had what we needed. The only things that could have made it better would be some upgrades in kitchen items (toaster, new utensils) and some additional bath towels as our family of 6 had to do laundry everyday. These are very minor and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great stay in HHI.

Vacation to Hilton Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. The pool is great for kids and minutes away from the beach. The house was clean. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The only we ran into was that they must have been replacing the microwave. There was an open hole above the stove. There was no fan for the stove. Luckily we didn’t use it much. They did provide a microwave but no one told us that there was an issue. It would have been nice to know if someone was coming to replace the part or give us a heads up before we checked in to the condo. With all that said our family really enjoys staying here and we will be coming back again!

Surf Court 32

This is our 4th stay in Surf Court. 32 could use some updates on appliances and cookware but besides that is a great space. Over the stove microwave quit working mid week. Seashore staff as always were courteous and solved the issue quickly which was greatly appreciated.

Comfortable, Convenient lodging

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse suited our needs perfectly. We were 7 adults and their was plenty of room and flexibility for all of us. My spouse and I had the third floor ensuite and we let our adult children, one boyfriend and another adult sort out their beds. The sofa bed was deemed very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (just be aware that there are no staples like salt, pepper, sugar in the age of Covid) and we very much enjoyed the outdoor seating. It's adjacent to the pool and other patios so I can imagine it might be noisy in the middle of summer but perfect end of March. On the map the beach is across the street, but in the way of Hilton Head it is an easy half mile walk and very beautiful. Don't miss Kenny B's for Beignets a short walk away. Communication with the management company was easy and uncomplicated.

The place did have an odor...maybe dog since this place does allow dogs if you stay longer than 30 days..which I Love..but you could definitely smell.
