Cosy pied a terre in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés

This charming studio is located in the old part of Saint Germain Des Pres, in the 6th Arrondissement, rue Mazarine. It is located on the 2nd floor of a building dating 1680 . It is fully furnished and made by an interior designer ,mixing the old french culture and modernity . This 258 square feet apartment (24 square meters) has one main room with a comfortable queen size bed . The open kitchen (Bultaup) is fully equipped with a coffee maker , grill, microwave, washer and dryer and fridge,. The bathroom includes one toilet ( Starck), and a shower. The stone floor and exposed beams are very charming. You will also find a small desk and a coffee table .Cable TV and Wi-Fi are included and free.

The apartment is very calm since it is on the court side. The residence is safe with an entry system. All commodities are located within a few meters on rue de Buci. From the apartment you can walk to the famous Café de Flore and Café des Deux Magots. In a 5 minutes’ walk, by crossing the Seine on the romantic Pont des Arts, you can visit the Louvre. By walking along the Quais de Seine, you can discover Notre Dame de Paris, Ile de la Cité, and Ile St Louis. You can also walk to the beautiful Saint Sulpice Church, Pantheon, and the Luxembourg Gardens. Enjoy the refined shopping on Boulevard Saint Germain, Rue de Rennes, Rue de Sèvres, and the most luxury department store: Le Bon Marché.
You will find art galleries and lots of good restaurants rue Mazarine .
The apartment is ideally located in Saint Germain des Prés and is perfect for a romantic stay.

What a gem!

My husband and I spent 5 nights in June at Caroline's lovely studio. The location was perfect, right in the the heart of St. Germain, close to many restaurants and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The studio itself was exactly as advertised and pictured on VRBO/Homeaway. Caroline was the prefect hostess, greeting us upon arrival and communicating several times by email to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay in Paris. We would definitely stay here again. Merci Caroline !

So close to Le Louvre !

We had a wonderful time in Caroline's studio . Everything was perfect and being so close to Orsay and Le Louvre was very convenient to us . Taxi stand at corner of the street on boulevard saint germain , as well as buses and metros. The neighborhood itself was charming with lovely cafes and shops around . Caroline was very informative with us . She gave us confidential adresses . She was quick with her initial response and remained so throughout our stay . Everything in the studio was as described . We will definitely stay there again ! Thank you so much Caroline ...

This place is a GEM

We have rented numerous times before on VRBO and this by far has been the best. The description of the studio is completely accurate, even better.The studio is well designed, beautifully decorated, clean and organized, and in fabulous location, and the owner Caroline is easy to deal with. I would recommend it to all and I hope to return again.

Charming studio in the heart of Saint Germain

Beautiful, clean, lovely studio apartment in the heart of Saint Germain, perfectly located on a charming street connecting the Boulevard Saint Germain to the Seine. I was able to walk almost everywhere from this location--to all the major Parisian sites. The apartment is very clean, fully equipped, and in perfect condition. I was very comfortable staying in this apartment and the decor is chic and modern, yet classic Parisian, with original wood beams. I would highly recommend this apartment to one or two people looking to stay in a charming studio in Paris's most charming and central neighborhood. I had a terrific experience here and hope to stay in Caroline's lovely studio again!

Great Saint Germain Odeon Suite !

Super clean, very elegant and very reasonable for a luxury Apartment It was big enough for the 2 of us to spread out, which was important to us, and in great location close to everything . Odeon metro station was just a minute walk away. Bed was comfortable and pillows very soft. Many lovely restaurants, pastries and little shops in tiny streets. The apartment was wonderful to come back to after a full day out in Paris. Caroline met us at her place and showed us how to work everything . We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation or business apartment in Saint Germain des Pres.

The perfect pied a terre in Paris .

I just spent 15 days at Caroline's beautiful studio and I had a wonderful experience. It is exactly as depicted in the description and photographs, the location is perfect and extremely convenient for getting all around Paris, and Caroline is a generous, friendly and attentive host. She personally met me upon my arrival, helped me up the stairs with my luggage, kept in touch during my stay to ensure everything was fine, met me at my departure. She could not have been better! Do not hesitate to book this apartment. I certainly will stay here again on my next visit to Paris should it be available. Thank you, Caroline!

Fantastic position , great studio !

This is a lovely studio with a lovely host. Having stayed at numerous holiday rentals in Paris over the years, Caroline's studio was one that really did not have much missing. It is located in a quiet building in a popular arrondissement. Easy access to the metro and Velib systems. Walking distance to most of the popular sites in Paris. The apartment was neat and clean and is well equipped for longer stays and for those who actually do cook or need to cook when away from home. The apartment is stocked with extra supplies (e.g. towels, detergent), basics for cooking (oil, spices, coffee, tea) and some smaller details that are helpful (e.g. pens, notepads, adapter). The host has obviously put much thought into what a guest would need when staying here. Caroline was prompt with communication and getting in touch with her was never difficult. She met us upon arrival to give us an overview of the apartment and the neighbourhood. She also provided a small list of the necessary information about the studio and a few of her suggestions for places to visit when in Paris. Overall, a wonderful experience. Hope to be back. A bientot!

Best location in St. Germaine!

We had an amazing 9 day vacation in Paris! The apartment was exactly as the pictures show. Very cute apartment, nicely upgraded, and in the best part of St. Germaine! We could walk to everything! It was just my husband and I so the size was perfect. The owner Caroline was very responsive to our emails. She met us at the apartment when we arrived and was very nice and helpful. The only thing I would have liked changed were the bath towels. New towles would be a plus. We would stay here again for sure!

Fantastic

The studio is very good,calm and well situated.It is situated in a touristic region even though I went to Paris for professional motive.The owner was very attentive in letting my son,who sudies in Paris,know the place before I had rented it. I highly recommend it!

Feels like home in Paris!

The studio is in a lovely building of old Paris, close to everything you want. By walking, you can get many facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, coffes, stores ...) and several touristic attractions (Notre Dame cathedral, Saint Germain de Pres Church, boulevard Saint Germain, Pantheon and Luxembourg Garden - nice place to take a rest and to practice sports). It is very quiet and perfect to feel and live the Parisian atmosphere and its way of life. No better address for visiting Paris. The apartment was also in conformity to the description, clean and neat. It has all you can need and if anything is missing, Caroline is prompt to attend you. She is a really welcoming host, easy to work with and flexible. Small attentions, such as a welcome drink, will leave us a good memory of the place. The feeling was having our own place in Paris ! We highly recommend it !

Great location in St Germain Des Pres

This is a small, cozy and very quiet location that served well my wife and I during the last winter in Paris. we were quite surprised by its very tasteful decor, completely connected to the Parisian spirit (eventually we came to know that the owner is a well-known specialist in this area). On the other hand, the neighborhood will sell by itself -- one of the most charming places in Paris, near the mythological Les Deux Magots, a place with reputation as the rendezvous of the literary and intellectual elite of Paris.

It 's a cute little house , you quickly feel home . Walls are thick , the building has been constructed under Louis XIV .It is such a central address for shopping , visiting museums and going to the best restaurants .Also very lively area for those who want to stay around .
Bakeries ,pastries ,cheese shop, delis , caterer... little coffee shop or well known ones such as Le Flore , Les Deux Magots .The area is full with restaurants with all over the world food .
In the same building is the shop of the very well known chef Guy Savoy , meaning we have good providers around !
