Great location but the street noise was pretty bad. Laundry and closeness to groceries and restaurants was wonderful. Monceau Park was a beautiful spot only 10 minutes walk away.

Great location

Beautiful flat within short metro ride of all main sites. Awesome bakery within 2 blocks and small grocery store too. great stay.

Régis was such a welcoming host and the flat was just perfect! It was very spacious, had lovely decor, great views, and all the amenities we needed (including a lift). With a boulangerie right across the street, amazing food markets along Place Levis, and metro stops within a 5-minute walk, we had everything we needed. We received detailed communication well in advance & Régis was very responsive throughout our stay and so hospitable.

Lovely Stay

Great experience, charming apartment and close to the metro. Had a lovely stay, check in was very easy, cute neighborhood with nice restaurants nearby. The park that's near the flat was really pretty to stroll around in too, thank you for the lovely stay! Would love to come back :)

Excellent experience

Had a wonderful experience and the place was beautiful and in the best part of Paris. Host was excellent to communicate with very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Quintessential Paris

This lovely apartment is in the 17th- away from the tourists and in easy distance from all trains and amenities. We loved the vibe and appreciated the authentic Paris feel. Would stay here again!!

Paris Comfort

Perfectly happy with our stay. Great location easy to get around. Very secure. Close to a grocery store & wine/sandwich shop etc. metro line 3 was easy to manoeuvre to connect to the other lines both Metro & RER.

Perfect for family of four

We enjoyed staying here and the location was perfect for us. The apartment is beautiful and large enough for family of four to be very comfortable. I especially appreciated the washer and dryer. The only drawbacks were street noise, which cannot be helped, and the shower mechanism had an issue. But really a beautiful place and a very responsive host. I would love to stay there again.

Great Parisian Experience

The apartment was lovely and spacious. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and grocery store. Getting about was easy by walking, taking the metro or taxis. Check in was simple. It was overall a fabulous experience!

Charming Apartment in Great Neighborhood

We loved our stay in Paris! The apartment has classic Parisian charm and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We are 4 adults and had plenty of room. The metro is a quick walk away, as are restaurants, cafes and a boulangerie. Our host was very helpful and kind, too. Merci, Regis!

A true experience of living in Paris

We spent two weeks here with our granddaughters aged 21and23. We all loved it! Great hosts Régis and Christiane and lovely decorated Parisian apartment. The neighborhood is fantastic! Many good restaurants in short walking distance nearby. And a Patisserie around the corner for morning croissants and baguettes! And fruit tartes!! This is a "find" on VRBO!

Comfortable and sophisticated

My husband, my 12 year old daughter and I had a nice week is this lovely apartment. Was nice to come home to every day after a busy day in and around Paris. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and flat. Enjoyed nearby restaurants, cafes and shopping. Bus stops on the block, several metro stops 6-10 min walk. Thank you for sharing your Paris apartment with us.

Beautiful apartment in great location

We had everything we needed at Régis’s lovely apartment for two adults and a teenager. Loved the neighborhood! Close to several metro stations so we were able to get around the city pretty easily. We were there during a heatwave, so some of the trains and buses were sweltering — bring a handheld fan if you can. The apartment is on a busy street so we had to keep windows closed at night, which was hot but doable. Unorthodox Bakery, right around the corner, has great pastries and coffee. Régis was very responsive to any questions we had. We loved our first time in Paris — thank you for the use of your gorgeous place!

Nice stay in the 17th

We had a nice stay at this property. We were a short walk (5-8 minutes) from the metro, so easy access to Paris. Several nice restaurants in the area. Nearby a bakery with wonderful croissants. Hardwood floors throughout that were a bit squeaky. One bathroom had only a shower/sink. The other bathroom was only a toilet. Those were our only complaints with the apartment Bedrooms overlook the boulevard and it was a bit noisy. For the most part we were able to block that out. Would stay again.

Excellent accommodations & location

The apartment was very bright and welcoming. Very well stocked for cooking utensils, linens, etc. Felt like a home. Spent 2 weeks by myself and had each adult child come for one week; all enjoyed the property. Location was excellent; two metro lines within 12 minutes of walking distance from apartment. Bus line literally across the street. Had some questions about appliances and received text responses quickly. Felt very safe in this location due to lock on building exterior door, lock on interior lobby door and lock on apartment door. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and comfortable flat near centre of Paris

We had a great week in this flat with our two teenage daughters. It is very pretty and has spacious living area and comfortable beds. It is in a pleasant area a bit out of town but close enough to walk to the Arc de Triomphe. We used the 94 bus loads which leaves just opposite the flat. Overall a good base in a safe area with some nice local restaurants and shops. The flat is on a very busy road which was a problem for us because it was so hot when we were there but we couldn't have the windows open at night because of the noise. At a different time of year this wouldn't have been a problem. We would definitely stay here again. Regis was lovely and the flat was so well equipped.

This is a comfortable, well equipped apartment in a quiet area. Overall, we had a very pleasant 9 day stay. A few things were less than ideal. First, if you are expecting a warm, friendly welcome you may be a little surprised. Christiane, Regis’s wife who greeted me at the apartment seemed uncomfortable and reserved and she was a big hurry to get away. She quickly went over a few things and left. She neglected to show me how to connect to the internet, which turned into a mess because it was not working, Regis could not figure out why, and I had to spend half an hour on the phone with the provider’s tech support to get it fixed. The apartment could have been cleaned better. There was hair on the side of the bathtub and I removed three dust bunnies from different rooms in the apartment. So overall, we enjoyed our stay but it was less than 10 out of 10.

DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT

Regis the host never showed his face .. phone calls yes . No one ever did a walk thru with us .. to see if everything was in good condition .. it wasn’t Oven didn’t work , tv didn’t work (Regis asked if I would hook a new TV .. took 1+ hr. so we missed a dinner Resv. Bathroom sink is about to collapse house book in French only , toilet seat was broken . Told us to fix it or get a plumber .the linens were very old and didn’t smell good . DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT STAYING THERE !!! You”ll be VERY sorry

Sehr ansprechende Fewo

Die Ferienwohnung lag gut, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit der Metro oder zu Fuß gut zu erreichen waren. Es gab Suoermärkte in der Nähe und einen guten Bäcker. Einen schönen Park.Leider lag die Fewo an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße.

Formidable expérience!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'élégant appartement de Régis. Le quartier est formidable, tranquille et proche des services. La ligne de métro est excellente. L'acceuil était facile et l'appartement offre toutes les commodités pour faire de votre séjour un moment agréable.
