This flat has an amazing location, with easy access to mass transit and easy walking distance to Notre Dame and other key sites. It has a great shower and a large refrigerator. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are many restaurants and markets near by. Be aware that the flat does not have AC and overlooks a touristy street. You can expect noise until 5-6 am. We were here during the World Cup so we were treated songs and national anthems from around the world. We travel with ear plugs so this was not an issue for us. I am a Cuban from Miami and the best Cuban restaurant I have been to is near by. It is called Bonito y Sabroso. There is also excellent Chinese food at Lagrange X and Korean food at Daejang. I recommend the Marché Monge open Wed/Fri/Sun for fresh vegetables, meat, cheese and fish. The Normal Store is around the corner and has good prices on makeup, toiletries and household supplies. The InterMarche is a good all around grocery store. Paris Baguette is the closest Boulangerie, however there are many higher quality boulangeries a short distance away.
