Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit schönem Blick

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider waren die ersten Tage und Nächte sehr heiß, so dass es ohne Klimaanlage sehr unangenehm war. Der Strand ist schön, allerdings ist der freie Stranabschnitt doch sehr begrenzt, größtenteils gibt es Liegen gegen Gebühr ( 2 Liegen plus Schirm für 50€ am Tag). Der Ort ist richtig schön zum Essengehen, flanieren, shoppen, …

Wunderbarer Urlaub in toller Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Castiglioncello sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Mariella und Giorgio war auch schon vor der Anreise sehr gut, auf alle Fragen gab es zügige Antworten. Vor Ort stand uns Giorgio jederzeit zur Verfügung und war sehr nett. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht, inklusive Waschmaschine! Vor allem die Dachterrasse ist natürlich ein Highlight, auch wenn der Aufstieg über die schmale, steile Treppe anfangs etwas abenteuerlich ist. Der Ausblick ist phänomenal! Durch die Bauweise des Wohnareals (und natürlich die offenen Fenster nachts) ist es etwas hellhörig. Das sollte man auf jeden Fall bedenken. Man ist halt nicht allein dort. Im Ort findet man neben Supermarkt, Gelateria und Restaurants alles, was das Herz begehrt. Badestellen erreicht man fußläufig, allerdings haben wir dann einen Strand ca. 5km entfernt entdeckt, der uns noch besser gefallen hatte. Alles in allem können wir die Ferienwohnung und einen Urlaub in Castiglioncello sehr empfehlen. Und wir überlegen schon jetzt, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen 😉

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir haben nach Pfingsten 2022 fast 2 Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie liegt in einer kleinen, modernen Wohnanlage, die vor allem von Einheimischen als Wochenenddomizil genutzt wird. Daher wird es am Wochenende auch etwas lauter. Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt und ist ideal für 2-4 Personen. Die Garage reicht auf jeden Fall für ein Fahrzeug der Mittelklasse. Ansonsten gibt es auch vor der Anlage Pakrkmöglichkeiten. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Sonnenterrasse. Die Treppe hinauf ist etwas steil und es lohnt sich. Immer etwas windig hat man dort oben viel Platz und einen phantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Ein paar Pflanzen könnten dort oben nicht schaden. Der Strand und das Zentrum von Castiglioncello sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Hier findet man jede Menge an kleinen und teilweise sehr guten und bezahlbaren Restaurants, die auch Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme anbieten (diese allerdings zu horrenden Preisen). Florenz und Sienna sind in knapp zwei Stunden, Pisa und Lucca in unter einer Stunde und Livorno in ca 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Unser ganz besonderer Dank geht an die Gastgeber Mariella und Giorgio. Die zwei sind supper, immer da und wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt 100% Empfehlungsrate We spent almost 2 weeks in this apartment after Pentecost 2022. It is located in a small, very modern residential complex, which is mainly used by locals as a weekend home. That's why it gets a little louder on the weekends. The apartment itself offers everything your heart desires and is ideal for 2-4 people. The garage is definitely enough for a mid-range vehicle. Otherwise there are parking facilities in front of the complex. The sun terrace is particularly worth mentioning. The stairs up are a bit steep and worth it. Always a bit windy, you have a lot of space up there and a fantastic view of the sea. A few plants couldn't hurt up there. The beach and the center of Castiglioncello are easily reachable in 5 minutes. Here you will find a lot of small and sometimes very good and affordable restaurants, which also offer sun loungers and parasols (but at horrendous prices). Florence and Sienna can be reached in just under two hours, Pisa and Lucca in under an hour and Livorno in around 30 minutes. Our very special thanks go to the hosts Maria and Giorgio. The two are super, always there and incredibly nice and helpful. Overall 100% recommendation rate

Tolle Lokation mit super Ausblick über das Meer

Modernes Objekt. Zweckmäßige Ausstattung in moderner Art. Super Ausblick. Allerdings mit Leiterartigem Aufstieg. Der Verwalter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und gleich mal das Objekt aber auch den ganzen Ort persönlich gezeigt. Wir waren also sofort orientiert. Super.
