Not just any view, luxurious floor to ceiling and wall to wall spectacular gulf front windows fill this spacious 1800' condo with magnificent 10th floor views of the emerald coast's sparkling clear water. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and furnished with solid hand-carved wood furniture and each bedroom opens directly on to one of the two gulf front balconies. Each luxurious bathroom has been completely remodeled with real stone walk in showers and of the 3 bathrooms has an oversized soaking bathtub. The living room has top grain leather motorized recliners and a brand new 75" smart HDTV. The huge kitchen has upgraded appliances and Emerald Pearl granite counters to match the emerald pearl waters. Free wireless internet and 2 privately reserved lounge chairs on the beach.
We have 3 gulf front pools and 3 gulf front jacuzzi including a huge double waterfall island pool. Pet & smoke-free, you will enjoy a unique and incredible value especially considering all of the top of the line ammenities: Brand New 70" HDTV with Bluray player, imported Murano chandelier, Hand-Carved poster beds embrace a brand new $5000 mattress, Real natural stone (Turkish travertine) cover the floors.
Everyone enjoys fabulous floor to ceiling gulf front views as each of the 3 bedrooms are right on the gulf. Each bedroom opening directly on to one of the two spacious gulf front balcony, and pampers with their own large Roman marble baths with matching dual marble vanities. Floor to ceiling and wall to wall spectacular gulf front windows fill this luxurious 1800' condo with a magnificent view of the emerald coast's sparkling clear water.

With the emerald-pearl granite kitchen as well as the living & dining areas being gulf front, you can not escape fantic views throughout your stay. The gulf-front bedrooms open onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1800 linear feet of private, white sand beach. The third bedroom enjoys it's own private gulf-front balcony.

The luxurious living room has twin leather sofas with ottoman, a 55' HDTV TV, 32' HDTVs with dvd players in all bedrooms.
The layout of this large 1800', first-class, smoke-free condo is spectacular and at a very inexpensive price compared to first-class hotels.

The large islands pool (6500 square feet) has waterfalls and an adjacent jumbo whirlpool spa. Two additional heated Polynesian pools each have hot tubs. There is a seasonal onsite bar and grill, two lighted tennis courts, beautifully landscaped grounds, as well as 24 hour gated access and security.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We loved everything about this condo. The rooms were spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and it was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we would want in our own home but with a much better view and great pools. :D This is our new favorite place to stay.

Very spacious for 10 people, and excellent view of the beach. We had an awesome time! About 10-15 mins to pier park, which that was a plus. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a condo for vacation.

Awesome Experience

This unit was awesome. Great location. Easy access to beautiful beach, and fabulous pools. I would recommend to anyone. Three nice bedrooms, three baths so plenty of people can stay and not seem crowded. Owner was quick to reply and very helpful. Just Awesome is the only way to describe.

Great Location

Had a great vacation, the condo had 3 large bedrooms all with gulf views. We spent a lot of our condo time on the balcony. The location right on the beach was perfect. We could hear the waves every night when going to bed. Close to restaurants. A 5 minute walk to a really fun restaurant right on the beach. Which was really good considering traffic during spring break. John the owner was excellent to work with. Would go here again when ever back in Panama Beach.

Family time!

We loved this condo! It was very welcoming and comfortable. It was perfect for our family. We haven’t had a vacation in 8 years and this condo helped us to enjoy our time together. It was myself, my husband, our 28 year old son brought his girlfriend, and our daughters 27 and 15. They all enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness of each room. Thank you John Castillo for your perfect condo for our family!!! We will definitely be back!

Best place at Long Beach

We have been coming to Long Beach for years and this owner and room was the best we’ve had. Clean, well stocked and very nice inside. Mr Castillo is also very attentive and communicates fast, which is greatly appreciated! Room was spotless upon arrival, which has been an issue at Long Beach the last few years. Plenty of extra beach stuff too which is nice for the kids. We’ll be back and we’re looking forward to it. Thank you

Pictures do not do it justice

Judging by the pictures the condo looked great, but when we got there it exceeded expectations. The balcony is huge and overlooks the ocean which a great view. All of the bedrooms were very clean with each one have their own bathroom with a shower. The living room was very comfortable with a very nice TV and table. We did not have one complaint while staying here. Will definitely be back, thanks for everything John.

OUTSTANDING

This has been the best place we have stayed in PCB Yet the view is perfect the place is quite . The rooms are huge and the beds sleep so good . PCB Long Beach

John was excellent to work with. The air conditioning went out on Monday morning. I contacted him through the text with VRBO and he answered right away. He even came over to see if there was anything he could do to fix it. He called the HVAC tech and someone came that afternoon so that we would have air. The tech came back the next day and fixed the problem, just had to get the part. The condo is absolutely beautiful and the owners couldn’t be better. I would totally recommend this condo to anyone.

Condo has ideal location,...

Condo has ideal location, close to most everything. In fact you could park your car and not move it until you leave. Super Walmart,Movie theater, Pineapple Willy's,Pompanos,Shipwreck T-Shirts, Ripley's etc. all very close by. John is a great person to deal with absolutely no problems. Will definetly do it again. Vacation Trip with our grandchildren

The property was perfect for our stay. It was beautifully furnished. The ability to see the ocean from all bedrooms, the kitchen and living room was wonderful. Mr. Castillo was available any time we had a question. The white sand beach and clear water of the ocean can't be beaten. My grandchildren played volleyball often on the beach and loved the pool amenities. There is also any kind of entertainment for adults, kids, and family at this beach. Pier Park was huge for shopping. We will definitely be back. One of my grandkids said we should make this a once a year trip.

Long Beach Resort- NICE!!!

The Long Beach Resort property was really nice. This was our first time staying there and we've been to PCB many times. It's gated with 24 hour security on site. Landscaped nicely and the pools are clean. The large main pool is especially nice. Elevators are quick. The condominium we rented was very well appointed with everything you could need. The 3 bedrooms / 3 bathroom was great for our family group of 7. Beds were very comfortable. The balcony was very large with a beautiful view of the beaches as were the views from the bedrooms and great room. Overall it's a really nice property as was the condominium.

Excellent!!! I have been traveling to Panama City Beach for 7 years, primarily for Spring Break with my daughter and her friends. My sisters and I decided to have a yearly reunion and this year we decided on Panama City Beach. Of all the places I have stayed, this is by far the most beautiful. It felt like home. The furniture was comfortable, the beds were amazing, and the view was beyond compare. My sister from LA repeatedly commented on the view. If you want a condo that will exceed your expectations, book with John.

Hurricane Michael didnt ruin our few days

Unfortunately we went down the saturday before Michael hit the gulf coast. We had to evacuate on Tuesday which cut visit stay short. BUT the time we were there the condo was perfect! The owner was great especially considering the situation. My refund was expedited with all the craziness going on because he knew we had to relocate. I was sad to leave such an amazing place. Even before going all contact with owner was prompt response on all inquiries. Will def book again!!!

Wonderful condo

My husband and I brought my parents, a nephew, a niece, my son and one of his friends and this condo was the perfect fit. Plenty of room. The most amazing views. The condo is gated and you can't get in without a parking pass. The owner is super nice. The pools are very nice. The only downside is the elevator. Hopefully they will get it fixed. There was only one working elevator when we left. My husband got stuck in one while we were packing our stuff out and the fire department had to come get him out. We thought it was funnier than he did. Anyway, if your looking for a fun, nice and spacious place to stay I highly recommend this condo.

Condo was ok

Owner was very easy to work with. Quick to reply. Condo was ok. Likes- Chair rental included Power recliners No fighting over parking No long waits for elevator Dislikes- Not enough bath towels NO Dish(Kitchen) towels Room smelled musty (not sure if it had not been used for awhile) 2 bedrooms in main unit never cooled down enough. Even when keeping curtains closed. Living room, kitchen and dining areas were always comfortable temp. Vents for HVAC need to be cleaned some were moldy that did not help smell. Overall it worked for us. Kitchen could use some dish towels. Curtains are dated but kept rooms dark when sleeping and helped with temp control when sun and temp was at its peak .

Great location and size!

First I want to say that John, the owner, was great to work with and quick to respond to questions. I had many questions because this was my mom's bucket list trip, she is terminal with stage 4 lung cancer and wanted to see and smell the ocean one last time. She is wheelchair bound and this condo was absolutely perfect! The condo is so spacious and 2 of the 3 bathrooms have a built in seat in the shower. We were there in the beginning of March, so it was not crowded. The other people in the tower were so nice, it appeared many of the other condos are permanent residences. It was quiet and peaceful. The location of the resort is great, being basically across the street from Walmart and you can easily walk to restaurants, including Pineapple Willy's. The couches were very comfortable and so are the beds. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and utensils. There was also a full sized washer and dryer. This is a great condo for big families or few just a few people who want space. My mom said it was exactly what she pictured in her mind for her last beach trip. Thank you!

Nice place, needed a little work

The property is very nice. We had a problem when we arrived with the cleanliness of a couple of rooms. I contacted John and he had that taken care of. Found out when we ran the dishwasher that the kitchen sink backed up and the garbage disposal did not work. Had to use the plunger several times a day for a couple of days. Contacted John and he took care of that as quick as he could since his maintenance man was away for a few days. The shower knob in the second king room was stripped and we showed the maintenance man when he came to fix the garbage disposal. He agreed and advised he would fix that when we left which was only in one day so that was fine. My daughter also told me on Friday that the tv picture kept going off but the volume stayed on. This was in the second king bedroom. Since that was so late in our stay I didn’t contact John. Overall the property is very nice, the location is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs. John is very quick to respond when you contact him.

We went with my parents, brother and his wife!it was just right for the six of us!

The rental property is very clean, spacious bedrooms, several pools and location was perfect! This is our second time staying in this property! Homeowner was very easy to communicate with. We would stay again!

Nice but needs upgrades

My family of 6 stayed in this condo for 7 nights. Pros: On the beach, stunning views, beds were very comfortable and the overall condo is roomy. Nice TV setup in each of the rooms. Washer and Dryer in the condo. Many beach chairs and toys to use. Cons: We were a bit disappointed to find that the actual condo was a bit run down and not quite like the pictures showed. Very strange layout. Many of the faucets are leaking and or broken in the bathrooms. Broken tiles in the showers, main entry door not very secure, moldy/dirty vents, older appliances. We expected the condition to be much better based on the price we paid.

I choose Long Beach Resort because it is the only complex to have all 3 large bedrooms gulf front with 2 gulf front balconies. It has the best water clarity and temperature anywhere. Ive been to hawaii, mediteranean, and the carribean. I have seen equal but never better.

Everything is designed to be the best...I have granite counters, travertine floors, unmatched furnishings including hand carved beds and sculptures. I have the best towels and sheets available anywhere. 70' HDTV in the living room and large HDTV's in all 3 master bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms are gulf front (no one gets stuck with a view of the parking lot) and each bedroom opens on to one of the 2 gulf front balconies...unmatched anywhere!
