This is a three bedroom, three bath, three balcony condo. It is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences to make your stay truly comfortable.

The living room has a sofa sleeper, two swivel chairs and an additional chair to comfortably seat six. It has a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV with Surround Sound and a JVC Stereo system. We keep a supply of DVD movies on hand for your enjoyment. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar seats an additional two. The queen size sofa sleeper allows this three bedroom unit to accommodate eight guests. We also have a pack n play available.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a high end mattress, and a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV. The en suite bath has a garden tub, separate walk in shower and double sinks in the granite vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, Samsung smart TV and DVD, and private ocean view balcony. The third bedroom is actually an efficiency apartment with king bed, lounge chair and ottoman, a 40" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. The kitchenette includes a table and chairs, microwave, small fridge and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a counter top ice maker. There is an en suite bath with garden tub. This efficiency can also be rented separately in the off season.

The primary fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has everything from a French door refrigerator to a microwave, electric griddle, crockpot, combo Keurig/Coffee pot, toaster and blender. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

The three balconies are all furnished, and directly gulf front. All three provide incredible views of Gulf Sunsets, and the beautifully landscaped pool area. Copy and paste the YouTube video link in your browser for a video of the main balcony.

Spring Break

We were very impressed with the location, the large unit, the cleanliness and the view. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The owners were very helpful with questions. We hope to come back in the future!

Wonderful vacation spot

This place had everything we needed. We stayed at the end of August so it may have been less busy than peak season which was great. The kids had a great time and we enjoyed the lazy river, the on site ice cream shop, and all the amenities! Would recommend for sure.

Great trip

Great location, owners easy to work with and responded quickly to any inquiries. Check in and out was easy. Floor plan is the best giving everyone their own space. Really enjoyed our stay!

1201 East was awesome. We loved that it had the apartment connected to our condo. The location was great as well. Julie was great to reply. We would love to stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!

We have never spent vacation at PCB and now, I don't think we'll go anywhere else but there! Condo was very clean and nice! Everything we needed was there. If we had a question or issue, Julie was very prompt to answer back and get things taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Brilliant experience

The condo was beautiful and everything was very clean and well maintained. What really sets this apart for me is the communication with the hosts. We had an issue while there and they responded almost instantly (and it was a Sunday) and corrected the issue immediately! Brilliant experience is just what this was! View was gorgeous! Accommodations were lovely and CLEAN! Hosts were exceptional!!! Will definitely use in future visits!!

4 generation vacation

I loved the layout of the condo. I was able to have my own space in the 1201A portion so I could get up early to walk on the beach and not disturb anyone. The elevators can be a challenge around check in and check out times but it was totally worth it.

Love this condo!

This condo was amazing! It is a corner unit on the 12th floor and has amazing views. Parking was always easy, check-in was simple, and there was hardly any wait for the elevators. We had great communication with the owners and the only issue we had was a smoke detector chirping and they resolved that quickly. Each of the 3 bedrooms has their own balcony and all the beds were comfortable. Shower in the main bath had excellent water pressure. I have nothing negative to say about my trip other than my stay was not long enough! Looking forward to staying here again soon! Camille

5 Stars all around!

I cannot begin to state how happy we were with these accommodations! They were just as pictured and honestly nicer than the pictures. We rented the 2BR unit + MIL Suite combo which gave us ample space plus peace & quiet when we needed it. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. Even though I did bring some of my own kitchenware, I did not need it at all. The beds are comfortable and the views were stunning. We spent the mornings on the beach, and then headed to the pools each afternoon after the kids napped. The food they served in the pool area was very good and reasonably priced. If you're looking for the right condo to rent, this is the one!

Splash 1201 East

Beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo. It accommodated 6 adults perfectly with lots of extra room. We have stayed in several different condos and this was the nicest and cleanest condo we have stayed in. We used the kitchen daily and it had everything we needed and more. The owners made sure we had all the information we needed for check in and check out. Great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Best place!

I am so happy that I found this property. They have amazing view and the layout of this place was so perfect for everyone in my family. The place was perfectly clean and the kitchen was well stocked and didn’t lack anything. I especially loved the separate hotel suit. It was perfect to give our little family some privacy with little kids from extended family we traveled with. Each bedroom and bathroom was spacious. And each bedroom had their own balcony! The resort was very nice and it was wonderful to play at the beach or pool anytime just steps away! I can’t recommend this place enough. Looking forward to staying at this place again.

Family vacation

We loved the condo. Check in was a little confusing however that was our fault we was looking at the code for the inside doors. The beach chairs was very disappointing. I was told by the attending of the chairs I needed to be there by 830 however when I got there at 815 I was told the chairs were already taken. Then they took them down off the beach at 4Pm. I gave the 3 star for cleanliness because a lot of the dishes and pans were not clean and the coffee pot had mold in it.
