Elegant Beachfront Escape with Sweeping Gulf Views

From the moment you walk in the front door of this newly renovated condo with its 9 ft. ceilings and expansive view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, you will experience a beach vacation getaway that is rare to find. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen complete with wine cooler, new stainless steel appliances, and filtered water. Start your days with your cup of coffee on the balcony over looking the white sand beach and take a walk at dusk as you enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. Relax at the large beach side pool and hot tub area that also has bathrooms and charcoal grills. Each of the 3 bedrooms have views both of the Gulf and inter-coastal waterway and are beautifully furnished. The Master BR with king bed and foam memory top, has a large walk-in closet, 55'"HD TV, reading chair, and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet and a 45" TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds and closet. Enjoy evenings in the large living/dining area with a 75" HD TV with DVD, cable, wireless internet, and Netflix. Board games, books and puzzles are provided for your indoor enjoyment. Tennis racquets, a cooler, beach chairs and toys, umbrellas, and beach canopy are provided for your use. You are within walking distance to a park with a playground and basketball court, tennis/pickleball court, and a local coffee shop and tavern. There are many wonderful restaurants close by. Recreational activities include all water sports, running or walking the beach, cycling, tennis, basketball, and volleyball. John's Pass is 5 miles away where you can experience waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping, and water excursions (jet ski and boat rentals). The Clearwater Aquarium, located about 20 minutes north, is a great family event. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are an hour away. Orlando, Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World are all within a 2 hour drive. The Suncoast Beach Trolley that goes for 15 miles up and down Gulf Blvd. has a stop right outside. For only $5 you can hop on and off all day, traveling from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. During the season, you can enjoy a Rays baseball game at the indoor Tropicana Field or stroll through museums and art galleries near the bustling St. Pete Marina and downtown area. Great location and views of the Gulf

The beachfront property was beautifully maintained, with direct access to clean, sandy beaches perfect for leisurely strolls in warm winter weather. The spacious and well-furnished rooms made it easy to feel at home, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking.

Great Vacation on the Beach

We had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Beautiful beach, the pool was great, and the accommodations were wonderful. Definitely would stay again. 🙂

Wonderful winter getaway

This lovely unit was the perfect location for an escape from our northern winter. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. The view from the balcony of the beach and sunsets was great. We’re looking forward to returning again next year.

Family vacation fun

Great condo with everything you need for Florida vacation-quiet uncrowded beach, great views from the balcony, kitchen has all you'd desire, very comfortable beds. So nice to have beach towels supplied. As well as all the beach toys and equipment you and the family will need. Close to attractions in St Pete's or Clearwater

Great Condo, Great location!

We just completed a week stay at this condo, and it was great. You can't beat the location overlooking the gulf, waking up and seeing dolphins in the distance, watching the sunset at night from the balcony. We traveled with our family of 6 and made several meals in the condo, and everything we needed to make dinners was available. Also, it was a nice bonus to have a closet full of beach chairs and canopies to use for the beach. Owner was easy to work with and communicated well. I would highly receommend this rental!

Perfect rental

This condo is the Mary Poppins among condos; "practically perfect in every way". Location: perfect. Walk to beach, owner is kind enough to allow renters to use his beach chairs and umbrella. Views: Perfect. Balcony with beach views and spectacular sunset views. I enjoyed sipping coffee and watching the ocean. Layout: Perfect. Spacious enough for our family of five. Open kitchen with ocean views. Cleanliness; Perfect. This is one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. Everything looks updated including the kitchen appliances. The location is also quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to shopping and dining. We were sorry to leave.

Great spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and in order in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciate the owner letting renters have access to his outdoor closet with the use of beach chairs, etc. Very few owners would do this. We also really liked the size of the condo complex. There were plenty of chairs available by the pool anytime that we went. The views and beach access were fabulous. We also appreciate the record breaking temperatures that we had the week in February that we were there :) . We were all outside as much as possible. Thank you!

Wonderful week!

This condo is perfect, great location and wonderful view! We had 3 couples and there was plenty of room. Comfortable furniture and the beds and pillows were awesome . I actually looked at the brand so I could buy some for my own home! The owners are so nice and the condo had everything just like a normal house. From pool noodles and pool towels to a wine fridge and condiments ! We will definitely come back to this condo if we vacation in this area again!

Highly recommend

Condo is very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Beautiful views and sunsets from the balcony. Easy access to pool area and the beach. Grill availability at the pool made for a great family cookout. Very convenient to restaurants and other activities. Owners were extremely responsive to all our inquiries. Very enjoyable week with the family.

Well-appointed condo, leave your worries at home...

The building is unassuming but generally clean and served our needs. The keypads to the pool stopped working butI left a message with the building manager who sent out a locksmith the next day. Pool was warm and maintained by a professional pool company. The unit was perfect for our family with bedrooms separated by bathrooms so each was quiet. Master room has its own patio door to balcony along with bathroom and walk-in closet. We didn't even discover the games and extra outdoor toys in second bedroom until a few days into our stay. The unit was well-appointed with enough cookware to make meals (other condos we've rented seem like they have minimal pots/pans). The view is phenomenal and it was relaxing to be beachfront (separated from beach only by tiny street and pool). Beach was quiet and a great place to have family photos taken. Mike and Carol were pleasant and checked in with us during our stay. We hope to return!
