Beautiful house

Stayed for 3 weeks. Right on the tubac golf course. Great views of the mountains on both sides of the house. Everything you could need was available in the house. Quiet but not secluded. Beth is a wonderful host. Highly recommend this house

Perfect place for our family!

This was a wonderful house for our family gathering; plenty of space, great kitchen. We enjoyed dining in the screened in patio looking onto the fairway and the mountains to the west. The 360 degree views on the top deck are amazing! The owner, Beth, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Family gathering

This house was large, nicely furnished, and a wonderful place to stay. Highlights are the large screened in room on the fairway, the awesome master bedroom/bathroom, spacious kitchen, and the rooftop patio.

Fantastic Golf Weekend

Everything was up to par. A fairway location off the screened in patio and the 7th hole par 3 green out front. The home is large, great gas 6 burner range, several wine coolers, all utensils and going down memory lane with the nesting swallows reminded me of San Juan Capistrano.

Tubac Golf Property

We really had a great time in Tubac and enjoyed everything about this great property. We are regular visitors to the area, but usually stay at the golf resort. We won’t hesitate to stay at this property again in the future and are already talking about going back later this year.

A gem in the desert

An exceptional place to stay with a family. Walk out onto the Tubac resort golf course and direct views of the mountains. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, but the kitchen set-up was the start of the house that offers a great place for the family to gather with room for everyone. The roof deck is a great place to view the area's dark night sky's painted with stars from horizon to horizon, and a clear view of the Milky Way. The home owner is wonderful and a pleasure to meet and talk to. If you stay in spring or summer don't forget to help out and water the outside plants potted plants. We loved staying here and would definitely come back.

Owner is a great communicator.

The home meets every possible need a person could have… Fair warning… Do not put the address in your nervous system as there is a gate at the far end of the road, so follow the directions given by the owner as it’s really easy that way.

Elegant and comfortable

This beautiful spacious well-appointed home gave us the most wonderful vacation. We weren't sure whether we'd like staying on a golf course, but we LOVED it! Beautiful landscapes in every direction, peaceful, very close to the village for shops & dining. And what a lovely place to walk in the early mornings and evenings! The kitchen is a cooks dream. The beds are super comfortable, and everything you need is supplied - and more! The enormous screened room was a great place to hang out, watch the sunset. The host, Beth is warm, caring and responsive, while being respectful of "our space" while renting. We suggested a few "extras" for the kitchen for future guests, and she immediately dropped off everything we asked for. For anyone who loves the friendly art community of Tubac, and an excellent golf experience, in a warm comfortable home, THIS is a great place to stay! Our favorite VRBO experience so far.

Beautiful Setting

The home is set in a gorgeous area. Views of mountains, and golf course. Loved being able to put our cars in the garage. The house needs some TLC. Spots of previous holes in walls need paint touch up. Lots of drawers on furniture and vanities had missing handles. Directions on working the fireplace were inadequate. Some exterior doors would not lock properly . The home needs a good deep cleaning. Toilets clogged quite easily. To get to the third bedroom you had to walk through the second bedroom or go outside to enter it. I must of missed that in the description . Furniture needs to be replaced. Some pictures on the website were not accurate. Being so close to Tubac was fabulous!

Perfect!

Lovely time! The house is perfectly situated to take in beautiful views of both the Santa Rita’s and the Tumacocori mountains. If you want a quiet respite, this place is perfect. The home layout also makes it a wonderful space in which to entertain. Nearby golfing, shopping, hiking trails and sightseeing are all within minutes. Has been a very comfortable and enriching stay in a beautiful home. Thank you!

A true disappointment!!!

This property is not fit for public use. The first impression is pretty good. It’s spacious and our oversize truck fit in the garage. Then we noticed the dirt and dust. The couch was full of dog hair on both sides of the cushions and the floors were dirty. I’m sure it hadn’t been dusted in a month or two. And the furniture was a mixed bag of worn-out crap. The first thing we did was vacuum the couch and floors. Even had to clean the toilet seat in master bath. I wish we would have taken a picture first. We are suspicious of the positive reviews. This place is a cootie trap! Our stay was for six nights but we left after two hours. This is from the owner (which she never made good on). “I am set to return cleaning and 1/2 your payment. I will check with VRBO or send you check directly. So many folks have enjoyed my home. Wish you could have been added to the list. Beth”

Restful Hours

I have been a long time fan of Tubac resort and town. One can’t beat the Mountain View’s, sunshine and peaceful environs. The town and surrounding areas offer much to see and experience and the lodging is some of the best

Wonderful location; perfect one for our stay; furnished to meet every need. property manager was wonderful- helpful in all respects - respectful of us and anticipated every need in furnishing home. She went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us.

Lovely Home in Perfect Location

We loved this house. It was elegant, spacious, beautifully appointed in every way. Huge well-stocked kitchen; 3 lovely outdoor sitting areas for enjoying sunrises and sunsets; a bathroom for each bedroom. It really felt like we were staying in someone’s personal home, thanks to the art adorning the walls, books, etc. The home was warm and inviting. This house is located on a golf course that feels like a huge park due to the old trees. It’s quite lovely to wake up to the chorus of the birds! It’s an easy walk to a fantastic restaurant overlooking a lake, and a quick drive or short walk to the artsy and charming town of Tubac. The owner, Beth, is communicative and gracious. When she found out that her cleaning crew had not cleaned before our arrival, she came over and cleaned the house herself, and was mortified that we had arrived to a dirty house. She even left us a lovely bottle of Malbec which we enjoyed in her Arizona Room while watching a stunning sunset. I have one suggestion for improvement: the dining room chairs and the couch probably need to be replaced. The cushions are flat and uncomfortable; also the chairs are too short for short people like me. 😊The beds were fine. We had 3 couples staying in the house, so the separate bedroom and bathroom for each was a plus. Interestingly, the far back bedroom (the one closest to the street) connects to another bedroom, and to get to the living room or kitchen, one must either walk through the adjoining bedroom—which can be awkward—or go outside and enter through the front door. We’re family, so it wasn’t a big deal, but it’s good to know. All in all, a great house in a superb location. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks, Beth, for sharing your lovely home with us.
