The property was the perfect location. The wraparound deck we enjoyed very much to see the beautiful views. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Really appreciate the communication, coordination and most of all - the wonderful property. We slept great and the location is prime. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this and can’t wait to go back!!

This house has a great location and view of the Catalina Island. Close to all the activities and good restaurants. The patio was great for people watching and our family enjoyed walking to the neighborhood stores.

It was perfect for our family. We have eight from 10-70. Though the kitchen was well-stocked, we mostly ate out and enjoyed the many delights of Avalon.

Amazing location. Close to everything and great people watching. Things to know: there is one step up to the bathroom in the Queen bedroom with attached bath; the entry to the house is into the bathroom attached to the double bedroom, then you walk through the bedroom to get to the living room (although people can also enter/leave via the sliding glass door to the balcony if left unlocked). Lots of restaurants and fun things to do, we did: kayaking, golf, ropes course, hiking, electric bicycles, jeep tour of the interior (with Bison and Catalina Fox!). When a cruise ship docks for the day there is a lot of activity, then it quiets down just before dinner. I was a lovely week for us!

Gorgeous view

This is the third time my family has stayed in this beautiful house. The location and the view of the pier and casino are unbeatable. The house has a very cozy feeling. The deck is fantastic for having a barbecue and making memories with our family.

Family trip

The property was AWSOME and everything went as planned Grisham house is in the heart of the island I loved looking out in the harbor every morning thank you for having us we will definitely be back.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. The location and views are unbeatable! It comes with a little street noise in the evening but it wasn’t obtrusive. We enjoyed the patio and kitchen was well appointed for cooking. We would love to stay here again for our next trip.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It was comfortable, roomy, and clean. We felt very special to stay at such a great home. The location was fabulous. If you like a beautiful view and accessibility to everything on the island, this is the house!

Beautiful place in the perfect location!

Randy is extremely responsive providing detailed information about the location. The place is gorgeous! My husband and I celebrated his 50th birthday with a quick weekend stay!! We couldn’t have asked for a better location!! Thank you Randy!! We hope to be able to stay again soon!

Magical

This location is magical. If you’re looking for convenience to everything in Avalon, you found it. We could not have asked for a better place to call our home away from home. Host is wonderful to work with. We’ll be back and can’t wait!

Our family of 8 rented this great place and the upstairs 1 bedroom unit as well. My husband and I stayed upstairs and our grown kids and their spouses and two grandkids 11,14 stayed here in the bigger unit. Everyone had their own rooms. It worked out perfectly for all of us. The decks are amazing for people watching and the view of the harbor is wonderful both day and night. We used the gas bbq two nights and the store nearby is well stocked and had everything one would need. It’s an easy flat walk from the ferry and to all the restaurants and activities that Avalon has to offer. Close to everything! The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. You could tell it had been in their family a long time and yet bathrooms and kitchens were all updated. My family would all like to return next year! It was great!
