New 280 degree top floor view unit, features views of Avalon harbor and the village of Avalon including the Casino. 3 bedrooms, 2 king, 1 queen, all with own suites. Kitchen includes new stainless Bosch appliances, Soap stone and stainless steel counters, hardwood floors. There is also our laundry room with 2 bunks with porthole windows. A powder bath adjacent to great room. Decks for relaxing, sun bathing and bar-b-que, makes this an ideal for a get away for your entire family. Centrally located with just a 5 minute walk to downtown. Fully furnished with 5 tv's and Direct TV, Internet, fully equipped kitchen ware, linens.
Also, a 4 seater electric golf cart is included! A valid Driver’s licence is required.

Jan was an absolute fantastic host, easy to communicate with and always responding to questions we had. The house was amazing- great view and location. We had 5 kids & 4 adults and we had plenty of room.

Wow! What an incredibly beautiful property! Great location, great view, great decor! Whenever I stay at a place this amazing I wonder.....how can someone rent a place so beautiful?? Each room has its own bathroom which was perfect for three high maintenance girls, haha! Plus all the balconies and the rooftop patio were incredible! I didn't want to leave and have already recommended it to friends telling them that this is THE place to stay on Catalina island!

Views are incredible in the house! A quick hot water hiccup but it was resolved within hours. Great communication with the owner. Overall a great stay and location.

great stay! We had such a fun girls trip in Catalina. The house is amazing and the views from the patios are gorgeous. Check in was easy and the golf cart was a plus! Would definitely stay here again. Jan was a great host

This home is amazing. The view is beyond compare. The home is comfy and extremely well stocked for at home meals. The use of the golf cart makes it so enjoyable to zip around the island. Highly recommend !!!!!

Beautiful home with attention to detail, and a wonderful stay in Catalina! The house was perfect for a relaxing ladies' getaway, celebrating our 70th birthdays. Jan was an amazing host: friendly, responsive, and truly cared about making sure we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I visit Catalina, often - and Jan’s place has officially become our favorite place to stay. The kitchen has everything you can think of and the views are amazing. It is also a convenient walking distance from the main strip. Jan is responsive and friendly!

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect location for our family trip to Catalina Island. The home is quite unique, with authentic nautical details and incredibly comfortable furniture. For us, the multiple decks were the standout feature of the house. The million dollar views were impressive enough. While the plush furniture and fragrant, prolific plantings elevated the experience beyond our expectations. The golf cart was much appreciated and a lot of fun! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with our family. We hope to return in the future for a longer stay!

Our family had an amazing time. Every detail of this house is amazing. Read the history page in their welcome book - explains where the wood for the ceiling and floors came from. Having access to a golf cart was huge!

The views from the deck, rooftop deck, and living room are spectacular. The house is beautiful and comfortable. I have stayed in many VRBOs and this had the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen. It's a quick 5 minute walk to town, but we couldn't hear noise from town. My only caution is the walk from town is steep, which was not a problem for us but could be for those with limited mobility. It's even more lovely than the pictures. Perfection!

Such a beautiful home, the pictures don’t do it justice. We were a family of six and there was plenty of space. Everything was perfect. Three decks all with amazing views!!! Having access to the golf cart was the icing on the cake that made it even more perfect. We will be back for sure

Spectacular property. Photos on the website are from before the refresh. The rooftop patio was amazing and we all enjoyed riding on the golf cart.
