From the balcony, you can SEE FULL SUNRISES AND SUNSETS as well as HEAR THE SURF CRASH ON THE BEACH from 11 floors up!
3 new 4K ROKU TVS (Two 55" and one 43") plus a new dining room table and chairs. New sleeper sofa with a tempurpedic type mattress for comfort. New floors in the two bedrooms (No More Carpet!).

This condo rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly rentals for our summer season rates. This condo rents at a 3 day minimum for the spring and fall seasonal rates. For the months of January, February and March, this condo is ONLY RENTED on a calendar month to calendar month basis.

The potential guest may rent the month of January or the month of February or the month of March or any combination of those months (one, two or all three months) but may not "split" a month into a 5,6 or 7 week period. Please note that the monthly rate quoted is for ONE CALENDAR MONTH

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. Refunds of 50% will be issued within 30 days of arrival date.

Owner strongly suggests that guests obtain trip/vacation cancellation insurance.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Fully appointed kitchen (with new granite counter tops) includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry room with full size washer and dryer with storage cabinets and shelves, freshly painted rooms, all with crown molding, other features include 9-foot ceilings with a generous vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room, central heating and air conditioning, a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space, guest bath with new shower curtain and shower head, separate bar sink area (including a new granite counter top). Also, brand new floors in the bedrooms (NO CARPET ANYWHERE!).

Kitchen:
Two coffee makers (Keurig & regular), dishes, utensils & cookware, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, flat surfaced electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, new cabinets, fully stocked, with views of the Gulf while you cook.

Entertainment:
Books, DVD Player, Blue Ray, Games, Satellite / Cable, Over 100 channels, multiple flat panel TVs, living room has 55" 4K ROKU LED TV, blue ray, Wi Fi enabled for NetFlix, Video Library (video library in the cabinet under the TV).
Enjoy the Honor Wine bar, take one replace one.
Toys: Closet full of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart. You do not need to bring anything.

We had a great time at the beach

This property was amazing. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and had lots of little perks that just made the whole trip better. The view of the Gulf from the 11th floor was beautiful. Even on the days when the weather wasn't so good the pools and hot tubes were very inviting, On the good days when we could get out on the beach the beach toys and beach equipment made the day even more pleasurable. Our host, Frank, was very accommodating and made the check in process very smooth and easy. I will certainly check this property again for availability the next time we go to Orange Beach.

Annual Fall Get-a-way

My husband and I make an annual Fall Get-a-Way to the Gulf. We have always stayed at Sea Chase. We love the location. The Condo at 1102C exceeded our expectations! We loved it! It was a very clean condo and contained all the little things that made our stay truly a relaxing time at the Gulf! This Condo is a real winner!

Family Vacation

We loved every minute of our stay. Our condo was absolutely beautiful and we could not have asked for nicer hosts. Frank and Andrea were the best. We were welcomed from the minute we walked in. The beach and weather was beautiful and of course all the eating places were fantastic. Not a bad day during the whole vacation.

Great location, amazing condo, first class service from the owner. If you are looking for a first class experience look no further than this amazing condo that has everything you could ever want. All you need to do is pack your clothes and rest assured the owner has thought of anything and everything you need for your stay. large primary bathroom with really nice tub. Plenty of space and very well decorated. great views from the 11th floor. Very quiet and the security and upkeep of this property is first class. We will be back!! Brett

The condo was ready early. It had lots of extras that we were not expecting. The Sea Chase has beautiful pool areas and we appreciated the 24/ 7 security. We rented 3 condos for our family. Several friends also rented condos there and they were all pleased.

Everything you need was there!

This property had everything you would need on vacation! Very clean and beautiful! Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Everywhere we went was 10 minutes or less.

Great Spring Break!

Everything was setup and ready to enjoy, relax, and have fun. Our 2 younger children (6 and 8) had a blast with all the games and toys that they discovered within 2 minutes of unpacking! We were able to enjoy the beach, pools, and spas within 5 minutes. All restaurants (including ice cream shop) were a quick walk from the condo. We will definitely be coming back,

We will return!

We have been coming to Orange Beach between Christmas and New Year's for several years. We enjoyed our stay so much this year, we have already booked next year at the Sea Chase in the same condo (first time we are returning to a unit). The unit was an overall win, from from the location, cleanliness, amenities, comfort of furniture, view is unbeatable (see both sunrise and sunset from the deck with amble space). We were impressed with the attention to detail given to what one would need when staying away from home. Thank you to the owners and support team!

Our favorite!

We love this condo and we can’t wait to come back! SeaChase is our home away from home. Great place for families! Frank and Andrea’s unit has it all, no need to bring towels, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, rainy day games, etc. It has all the things! We’ve stayed in this unit 5 times and in some other SeaChase units when this one was booked. This one is by far our favorite!

A wonderful stay

This is our 3rd straight year staying and we have already reserved for next year. Sea Chase 1102C is the best property we have ever stayed at in the Orange Beach / Gulf Shore area. The host communicates promptly and is always helpful. Everything is provided for you at this wonderful condo. It truly is a gem!

Great condo in Orange Beach

This was our 4th time staying in this condo & absolutely love it! It is a nice clean condo and the owner Frank & his wife are the perfect hosts. Would definitely recommend it!
