If you are looking for a party atmosphere, this is not your place! If you want to relax, swim or play on the beach or just sit on the balcony and enjoy your coffee or evening beverage of choice, this is for you! We are a totally non-smoking complex including all of the common area.
We have a beautiful beach, great pool, access to boat docks and an amazing view from our balcony. The State Park beach is adjacent to us so you will have to look to find a crowd. Umbrella and beach chair rental is available or you can bring your own. There are so many great restaurants to choose from, casual to fine dining (take out for now) or stay home and cook in our well stocked kitchen. You can see the beach from the kitchen through the glass doors and the patio has a comfortable dining table and chairs which makes staying home very appealing! You can't beat the view!
The master bedroom has an adjoining master bath with large vanity area. Glass doors in the bedroom open to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a full bath that opens into the bedroom. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs with cable.
There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. Internet service is free.
What we don't have is crowded beaches and high dollar rental fees. If you think you can make do without those, this is your place! we would love to have you!
