Great View and Amenities

The bay side view was great-lots of activity on the bay and lazy river. We enjoyed visiting with the property manager and felt very much at home!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The condo was clean and spacious. The kids had an absolute blast in the lazy river and pools. The condo is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had a lovely family vacation!

Spring Break 2025 - Family Retreat

Our family of four with two young kids enjoyed the stay. Pool was heated, hot tubs, lazy river & short walk to the ocean. Condo was clean & well appointed. Stewby’s was great nearby & the crab trap was a fun night out too. Didn’t fish in the marina but that was a great perk.Overall a wonderful stay & would definitely stay again.

Spring break and baseball trip

Family Spring Break Trip

Very clean, up to date and well keep condo. Great pools and Lazy River. Skywalk to the Gulf. It was a great trip. The hosts were very responsive and gave us suggestions of things to do while traveling. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful week on Okaloosa Island. The condo was absolutely perfect and our week could not have been better. We loved the lazy river, fished a little in the marina, and spent several relaxing days at the beach. Our condo had everything we could possibly need. It was the ideal place to enjoy a week of rest and relaxation. We can't wait to return next year!

Our first trip to Florida!

We had an absolutely amazing time! The condo was so clean and the kitchen fully stocked. It was great to have a home base that was comfortable and had everything we needed and then to be able to enjoy the beach, pools, and other attractions as well. Would recommend to anyone! Our family had young kids and they all loved the condo and are already asking when we can go back. Thank you for a great week on the beach!

2024 Beach Trip

We had a wonderful vacation Weather was great but very hot. Were used to it though we’re from Louisiana. Kids had great time we enjoyed the Kazy River I already booked for next summer

Family getaway

We rented 3 condos at the resort. Two were on the ocean side, one on the bay side. All inits were very clean and had everything well stock. Location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and had lots of fun due. Our ages were from 2 years old to 76. There was something for everyone! The fireworks Wednesday nite were awsome!

Family Fun in the Florida Sun

It was an amazing trip for our family. Some of us had not been on vacation in over five years. We really enjoyed our stay in the Sandpiper - the rooms were spacious, nice sized kitchen and living room area and loved the deck. We also really enjoyed the lazy river and pools. We went down there daily. Also, enjoyed the beach too and it was a quick walk over to it. The beach was so nice with the white sand and water. We are from Minnesota so we really enjoyed this time away. It was a wonderful place to stay and met all of our needs. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

GREAT!

GREAT place to stay. The listing description regarding the location, layout , and amenities of the condo was very super. The property was clean and well maintained. It was very quiet and a very safe place. I would recommend this property to anyone ! Everyone who was staying at this condo was very pleased. The pool and the lazy river was the best!!!
