Welcome to Aqua Pelican, a professionally decorated condo designed for comfort and relaxation. This bright, clean, and inviting space features a coastal theme throughout and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.



Key features include:

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, cable TV, corner wrap-around windows with palm tree views, direct balcony access. En-suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower, soaking bathtub, and large walk-in closet.

Guest Bedroom: Comfortable bedding, easy access to the second full bathroom, Smart TV with cable.

Third Bedroom: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top), drawer storage, flat-screen LCD television.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this location. The condo was amazing and well stocked. You can tell the owner takes pride in her home. We would stay here again when we’re back in the area.

We loved our stay at the condo. Perfect size for 3 adults and 3 teenagers. Condo was clean and exactly as listed. We loved the pools and lazy river. Easy access to the beach via the sky bridge. Great location just 3 min drive to Okaloosa boardwalk and Gulfarium. Less then 10 min drive to Destin Harborwalk Village. I had a couple questions for the host Virginia and she answered me immediately. Would highly recommend.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The lazy river and pools and hot tubs were just below us yet we were never disturbed by the noise. It was perfect. Short walk to beach and having a wagon and beach supplies was above what we had ever experienced. Virginia was a GREAT host. Easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

The resort was incredible so many pools so many hot tub, tubs, and right on the beach. The fishing pier was fun for the kids, especially in the evening fishing and seeing all the mammals. Location was perfect so much to do walkable to restaurants and the aquarium. The beach had the most beautiful sand and water.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! We booked it because of the amazing pool area for the kiddos & adults and it was an added bonus that it was only 10 minutes from the baseball fields where my son had his tournaments.If I could give the owner 10,000 stars, I would! She was incredibly communicative, helpful, and even took the time to recommend places for us to visit during our stay. Her hospitality truly made the experience even better.We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Pelican 303 was very comfortable and exactly what we needed for a family of 6 with three adults and 3 kids. There was one cleaning issue at the beginning of the stay that was easily fixed and not a representation of the hostess but rather her cleaning company. Virginia took this issue very seriously and was apologetic. Virginia was personable and was eager to give recommendations. We greatly appreciated her warmth. The condo was described accurately on the listing. We loved being so close to 3 bodies of water (the bay, an awesome and clean pool/s, and the beach)! We would like to stay at this or any other property of Virginia's again.

Great Stay

What a great time we had at Destin West and the condo was amazing, everything you will need for a great stay with the condo being stocked with all you need. Great location and view of the lazy river was great too. We will definitely be back next year.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This property really had it all. We enjoyed not having to cross a highway to get to beach. The property pools were plentiful and the kids loved them.

Family Vacay

The condo was beautiful and was just like the pictures! We enjoyed the lazy river but i think everyone's favorite was the private fishing pier. We had a great time and will definitely be staying again!

Thank you for the resort review. The exterior elevator AC is functional however this time of year when the temps drop below 74, the auto adjust to the environment of the lobby where the controls are located. Glad that enjoyed the amenities of the resort.

Close to reataurant. The lazy river and pools were awesome. The beach was not far away.
