Brand new tile throughout living, dining and kitchen areas, plus new furniture in living room (2024)! This spacious Gulf front, three-bedroom condo is located directly on the white sand of beautiful Pensacola Beach. The perfect spot from which to watch the Blue Angels perform! This 15th floor corner unit has amazing views!

Upon entering the unit, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. Enjoy family meals at the dining table that seats six with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The living room has large windows with fabulous Gulf views.. Relax and enjoy the view on the private balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath and Gulf views. The second bedroom has two queen beds and is located just to the right of the entrance. The third bedroom is located off the hallway to the left side of the entrance and has a twin over full bunk bed. The guest bedrooms share a hall bath, located off of the living area. For your convenience, the unit has its own washer and dryer. This 1600 square foot condo sleeps eight people.

On site amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. Shopping, dining and night life is just a short walk from this centrally located condo, making it an ideal location for a beach vacation.

Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

Gorgeous views, spacious and clean

This corner condo has a view that takes your breath away. The whole condo including the balcony was spacious. Very updated. All the appliances seemed new and worked well. The hot tub was nice on cool breezy evenings. The beach wasn't crowded. Make sure to bring your own beach chairs, sand toys and towels as these are not provided. The only thing that could be improved is the check in and out process. It's annoying to have to stop at an office to pick up physical keys. And the door lock is tricky; we actually had to call and ask them the trick to get the key to work. Most places have updated to keypad entry which would be a huge improvement. Otherwise gorgeous, clean and great location. Could walk to local restaurants and shops. The Thunderbirds doing a fly by over the beach as they left town was a nice touch lol as they were literally eye level in front of the condo.

Beautiful stay on the Emerald Coast, Pensacola Fl.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most beautiful 14 day stay on the Pensacola Beach Fl in the Emerald Isle Condo. On the 15th floor the view from the deck was spectacular directly on the gulf. View front the LR was the same . Condo was clean, well maintained. Kitchen modern , well stocked. Bedrooms ample, especially liked the kids room bunk beds and the two queens in the second guest room. We were 4 adults and two school aged children that ran from the gulf to the two pools all day. Would definitely rent again. Lots to do and places to eat around the condo.

Beach stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and views from this condo are great. However, we stayed in this same condo last year and the upkeep this year was not as good. There was a huge round crack in many of the tiles outside the bathroom.Small pieces would slide when you walked across them, posing a threat of cutting your feet on sharp edges. Also the couches seem to be peeling. It seems that they did do some work on the place, but need some attention in others.

Girls Getaway

We were super happy to have gotten an early check in text!!! The condo was awesome with spectacular ocean views. Very clean and inviting it was exactly as it was described and we would not hesitate to book this condo again!

My Home away from Home for 26 years

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay here every year. My children have grown up here and my grandchildren are beginning to visit now. This year was the first year I thought of staying somewhere else entirely. There was a gate issue with security code problems. We were harassed by not being able to enter the gate or the building numerous times and witnessed the same problem with other people struggling as well. It made for a miserable trip. Also a lack of security in the building at times. No one cleaning the elevators properly. Kids running in and out with water dripping everywhere. Just generally Emerald Isle is not well attended. Pass the word on...I love the place. I'm not sure I will stay there again.

Super pool area, poor uninviting balcony furniture, antiquated way to check-in and out (use electric keys), expect too much of guest - charge more and provide more soap, garbage bags, etc and you empty the dishwasher. Pans were dirty. Guys fixing roof the whole time we were there waking us up and smell coming through the building. Charged full price during off season.

I’ve never stayed at a location with a such an incredible view!!! Good stay overall

It would be nice not to have to carry a key everywhere. I was only disappointed in the mattresses that were extremely broken down making it very difficult to get quality sleep .

Great beach property

Great condo with view of gulf and bay. Walking distance to restaurants and souvenir shopping. Excellent beach accommodations with local company providing chairs and umbrellas right on the beach outside property. Great for families who want to cook meals in condo and spend time on the beach or in pool.

Spacious, Beautiful Condo with a Great View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five friends and I stayed here for five nights. There are three bedrooms that comfortably fit two couples and two singles. We had a great time waiting out the rain the first day on the balcony and sofas in the large living area. After that day we spent a lot of time at the beach (a short walk away and fairly private compared to the public beaches) and at the pools and hot tub. The condo is quiet, well furnished, and the view is incredible. This was a great value and I would highly recommend it to friend or family groups looking for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful view with cold A/C!

There was plenty of room for all of us with a bed to spare, plus we didn’t use pull-out couch. We especially loved being on the end of the building so after sunset we got a well lit 15 story view of Pensacola night life. All appliances and amenities were in good working order, including a washer and dryer. This is the third condo we’ve stayed in in Pensacola and by far had the best A/C! We would definitely stay in this condo again!
