Our OCEAN FRONT Shorebirds condo is a well cared for family home consisting of 2 bd/2ba, 2nd floor in building H of the Pajaro Dunes North complex (gated community with security). The unit is wheel chair accessible from the parking lot via ramps. The unit includes free secure WIFI, domestic land line phone, and cable TV. There is a propane BBQ on the deck for your use. Sleeps 4-5 adults and up to 2 kids in bunk beds. Max 6 people.

Master bedroom: king size bed with a private full bath and access to the deck. Wake up to the sound of the waves or have coffee in bed enjoying the ocean view. Includes a flat screen smart TV and Blu-ray.

Guest bedroom: queen + bunk bed (2 twins), sleeps 4. There is a 2nd full bath off the guest room. Includes smart flat screen TV with DVD player.

Kitchen amenities: microwave, water filter, coffeemaker, Keurig, waffle maker, pots, pans and bakeware, dishes, crock pot, blender, griddle, electric tea kettle, hand and stand mixers and more...

Living Room: 42” smart flat screen TV and Blu-ray, small stereo system, new (2022) electric fireplace. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Dining Room: Includes dining for 6, plus two bar areas with seating.

Onsite convenience store with book and movie rental. Outside shower to wash off all the sand and fun in the sun.

Renovations completed June 2015. New paint, carpet, doors throughout, new furniture, all new linens. Renovated baths & kitchen.

Sharron was a gracious host and her Shorebirds condo was perfect! Everything was exactly as pictured. Clean, roomy, well-equipped; no detail overlooked! The view from the living room, master bedroom and deck were awesome. And we loved sitting by the fire on those foggy summer mornings.

Well the place was clean and well equipped. I had to go searching for towels. Unfortunately had to go shopping for shampoo and conditioner and body wash. The kites found in closet was either broken or incomplete. Unable to fly any. I felt too much pressure to wash towels and sheets and dishes when checking out. Hostess responded quickly.

Hi, Thank you for your review. To address a few of your concerns: we are sorry that the kites were broken. If someone does not report broken items we do not know. Kites are not something we supply but if someone leaves them behind we leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. We are sharing our home with our guests and are not a hotel. To keep our cleaning costs to a minimum we do ask for our guests to load and run the dishwasher and start the first load of laundry which saves us/you approximately $50 which is what an extra hour of housekeeping services would cost. We find that our guests prefer the savings over about 10 mins of time at checkout. We do not supply shower items except soap but do have backup under the sinks just in case someone forgets to pack their own. Towels we stopped putting in the bathrooms during COVID and have kept it that way so that guests can pull fresh from the linen closet what they need for their stay. Sometimes a load is left running in the dryer if the housekeeper runs out of time. I have rented through VRBO and others across the US and Europe and have alway been left a checkout task list so we don’t think what we request from our guests is unreasonable. We are sorry if you felt so and hope you enjoyed your stay in spite of the above. Thanks, Sharron

The home is beautifully appointed. A relaxing beach home feel. The bathrooms are nicely renovated and great hot water. Our family loves the location and awesome views from this home !

We had such a great and relaxing stay! The condo was very comfortable and it had a great view of the ocean. Our girls really enjoyed the time playing on the beach. We have been coming to Pajaro Dunes for the last few years and it has become a special place for our family. We can’t wait to be back soon!

Everything was perfect! This was our 3rd time staying here, so it felt like coming home. We mostly cooked our meals and the kitchen cupboards had every possible cooking supplies available. The view cannot be beat!

Best host ever! Excellent communication and the condo was exceptional! Super cute and welcoming and had everything we could had needed and MORE! Beds were so comfortable too. There isn't anything more we could have asked for! This will be our go-to condo for beach trips!

Pajaro Dunes has been a special place to us ever since we started coming here as children. We purchased this home in late 2014 as a place to build special memories with our family and friends. The owners are two sisters, a husband/brother-in-law and a son/nephew. We live just over the hill in Morgan Hill and enjoy the short jaunt over to our Pajaro Dunes paradise.

After our mother passed away, we were given the opportunity to fulfill our life long dream of owning a condo in the Pajaro Dunes area. The property sits right on the water with its own private beach area. It sits nestled half way between Santa Cruz and Monterey. We renovated the unit to make it even more special and a "home away from home" for all. Hope you enjoy our little piece of heaven.

Our property is a family home that we have chosen to share with others. Unlike some properties at Pajaro Dunes, we self manage the property to ensure we get feedback from security, our housekeeper and our guests directly. Living close, we maintain the ability to visit frequently to enjoy, inspect and make repairs on the property. We leave available to our guests, those items that we enjoy ourselves and are constantly adding recommendations made by our guests.
