Our OCEAN FRONT Shorebirds condo is a well cared for family home consisting of 2 bd/2ba, 2nd floor in building H of the Pajaro Dunes North complex (gated community with security). The unit is wheel chair accessible from the parking lot via ramps. The unit includes free secure WIFI, domestic land line phone, and cable TV. There is a propane BBQ on the deck for your use. Sleeps 4-5 adults and up to 2 kids in bunk beds. Max 6 people.

Master bedroom: king size bed with a private full bath and access to the deck. Wake up to the sound of the waves or have coffee in bed enjoying the ocean view. Includes a flat screen smart TV and Blu-ray.

Guest bedroom: queen + bunk bed (2 twins), sleeps 4. There is a 2nd full bath off the guest room. Includes smart flat screen TV with DVD player.

Kitchen amenities: microwave, water filter, coffeemaker, Keurig, waffle maker, pots, pans and bakeware, dishes, crock pot, blender, griddle, electric tea kettle, hand and stand mixers and more...

Living Room: 42” smart flat screen TV and Blu-ray, small stereo system, new (2022) electric fireplace. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Dining Room: Includes dining for 6, plus two bar areas with seating.

Onsite convenience store with book and movie rental. Outside shower to wash off all the sand and fun in the sun.

Renovations completed June 2015. New paint, carpet, doors throughout, new furniture, all new linens. Renovated baths & kitchen.

The view of the beach was beautiful. The one disappointment was the carpet. It really needs to be replaced if it is the intention to have guests remove their shoes. It smelled a little musty, possibly due to the carpet as the rooms were clean.

It was well equipped with everything you need for the beach. Enjoy the fireplace. Check-in was easy. The Wi-Fi was easy to access overall it was a nice gathering of our family for a nice relaxing weekend. We did this because next week our daughter-in-law will be having her baby and I will get to be a grandma with a new Baby granddaughter.

Perfect spot to enjoy the beach

What a wonderful property! My favorite part was the back deck that overlooked the dunes, beach, and ocean. I loved to sit watch the waves roll in. Situated right off the beach at the Pajaro Dunes Resort. The condo provided just enough space for our family--two adults and three kids. The kitchen was stocked with a wide array of dishes and utensils. The main TV allowed us to access streaming services such as Disney so the kids could watch movies in the evening. The owner was extremely attentive. They reached out when there was a Tsunami warning to make sure we were aware. In the end, all was well.Overall, a great spot!

Wonderful condo on a beautiful beach!Very well stocked and loved the rotating TV.I was able to go on netflix and amazon prime to watch movies. We had a great time playing pickleball, tennis and volleyball.Great trip. I plan to come back every year.

Lovely relaxing stay steps from the beach

Very nice stay for a relaxing little vacation. We had a slight issue with the water not draining fast 1 day, I contacted them just to give them a heads up(they didn't need to do anything) and they responded very quickly. Had what we needed for cooking breakfast.

Great stay and responsive communication

We had a great time with our family. It was nice not having to bring our own beach towels, toys, chairs etc. as the rental had those included to use. we loved the view and the gated community. The kids had fun feeding ducks at the community pond (you can buy duck food at the gate house). The only thing to note is you are on the second floor so there’s people below and above you, and you can hear walking and some other noises which probably won’t bother most people. I’m just a light sleeper so I was aware of the noise at night. Overall great place and I would recommend it to other families.

Just What I Needed

The property is absolutely wonderful. I am very particular about cleanliness and was impressed. The views and atmosphere are incredible. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit of a challenge because the gatehouse was unattended and I wasn’t on list as an incoming guest. This was no fault of the property owner and I can’t wait to visit again.

Perfect

This was our second time in this unit. The first time was with two grandchildren and their parents. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for the six of us and the view is awesome. The second stay was just my husband and I, so we had more than enough space to relax in and enjoy that beautiful view! Sharron was very responsive and easy to communicate with. A perfect place to stay!

Relaxing and memorable family vacation spot!

Our family of four had an amazing stay here! The condo is in a perfect location—right on the beach with incredible views and the calming sound of the waves all day and night. It was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway we were looking for.We made a couple trips into Monterey to visit the aquarium, which was great, but we really preferred being away from the hustle and bustle. Coming back to the quiet, peaceful beach each day was the best part.The condo was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids loved having their own room with bunk beds and a TV—it gave them their own space and made the trip so much smoother for everyone.One of the biggest highlights was the wildlife. Bring binoculars! We saw whales, otters, and seals every day right from the living room. A couple whales even came all the way out of the water—seeing their tails slap the surface is a sight I’ll never forget.Beach access was super easy, and we had so much fun collecting shells and sea glass. We found a ton a few miles up the beach in the rockier areas. The outdoor rinse area was great for cleaning off sandy shoes. The grounds are also peaceful and fun to explore—our kids loved feeding the ducks and spotting all kinds of birds.Communication with the owners before our stay was excellent—so much better than dealing with a management company. They were helpful, friendly, and made everything easy.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’re already looking forward to

Beautiful condo, blissful beach

It has not been an easy few months, and so the quiet peace of this condo was so needed. We are grateful for the opportunity to share Sharron's homey place, with a magnificent view of the water. You could open the door to the deck and hear the crashing waves - wonderful breakfast spot. And just a few steps to the beach with endless bird watching. Pajaros....and Dunes. We loved it. Thanks Sharron.

Pajaro Dunes has been a special place to us ever since we started coming here as children. We purchased this home in late 2014 as a place to build special memories with our family and friends. The owners are two sisters, a husband/brother-in-law and a son/nephew. We live just over the hill in Morgan Hill and enjoy the short jaunt over to our Pajaro Dunes paradise.

After our mother passed away, we were given the opportunity to fulfill our life long dream of owning a condo in the Pajaro Dunes area. The property sits right on the water with its own private beach area. It sits nestled half way between Santa Cruz and Monterey. We renovated the unit to make it even more special and a "home away from home" for all. Hope you enjoy our little piece of heaven.

Unlike some properties at Pajaro Dunes, we self manage the property to ensure we get feedback from security, our housekeeper and our guests directly. Living close, we maintain the ability to visit frequently to enjoy, inspect and make repairs on the property. We leave available to our guests, those items that we enjoy ourselves and are constantly adding recommendations made by our guests.
