Pajaro Dunes is located on a secluded 1.5 mile stretch of idyllic sandy beach along the Monterey Bay on the beautiful central California coast. Enjoy this incredible vacation spot in 68 Pelican Point, a four bedroom, 2 bath, expansive condo located directly on the beach. Because this ramp-accessible unit is located on the top floor, views of the ocean are visible from nearly every room and panoramic vistas from the master bedroom and living room area. With a fully equipped kitchen, and large communal space, 68 Pelican Point is the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation, catch up with a group of friends, vacation with another family, share a family reunion or host a conference or retreat.

Many visitors spend their whole vacation here at Pajaro Dunes. You can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset, play board games by the fireplace or read a book while overlooking the ocean. Lay out in the sun, body surf in the ocean, and build a castle in the sand. Take long romantic walks down the beach. For sports fans, there are also Tennis and Volleyball courts available.

Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space and even a high chair for my granddaughter. Pat was such a pleasant host always going the extra mile to make our trip more enjoyable. The condo was centrally located between Monterey and Santa Cruz so there was so many activities for our family to do. Looking forward to coming back.

This should be disclosed

We were 5 ladies age range from 67 to 74. In order to get your things to this unit, you have to use a property cart and push it up a winding ramp to the 3rd floor. We had one lady that had a foot issue and it was very hard on her to climb up that ramp. It should be in the property description so people know. The view was lovely, but the furniture is old.

Family get away

Beautiful location. Beds definitely need to be updated. The shelf above the bar area is dangerous for tall people 5'9" or taller, as they can hit their head, if you're not careful. Other than that, how can anyone complain at the beach.

55 and older

Nine women, first-cousins from 5 states, came to enjoy each other's company. We do this every 3 years, with different states hosting. This was a wonderful place to hang out, do needlework, chat, roar with laughter, and see the sights. Absolutely a wonderful place with gorgeous views of the ocean and a great variety of bird life. We slept well and comfortably. Thanks so much!

Ladies Weekend

Had a wonderful time at this location. The house was clean and roomy. There were 8 of us and we were all very comfortable. The host was so easy to work with. The location is perfect. Would definitely go back.

40th Wedding Anniversary Gathering

The neighbor below us smoked cigarettes even after we requested her to not smoke as we thought we had rented a smoke free vacation rental property. Also, there was cobwebs throughout the condo. For the porice we feel it should have been clean and we should have been able to open the windows without smelling cigarettes

Location, location!

So close to the beach, easy quick walk, it felt like a private beach. The condo it self is roomy, we had 7 adults 3 kiddos, we were here very comfortable. Very clean and comfy beds. We were very pleased and will return! Quick response from owner too! Highly recommend!

Great spot!

This was a great spot right on the beach. We loved the views from the balcony, living, and primary bedroom, and listening to the waves at night. Location was private and easy access for beach days with the kiddos. The place was a bit dated, but all the essentials were there, it was clean, and the owners communicated quickly. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent condo at Pelican Point

Loved the condo! Very comfortable for our two families traveling together. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Unit had everything we needed. Excellent ocean views. We saw whales every day! Usually around 3:30pm.

Summer Beach Retreat

Our family’s favorite vacation spot. Private beach that is pristine and quiet. Condo has plenty of room for our family of 7. Comfy and cozy. I’m sure we will be back again next summer.

Beautiful views

We have a family reunion every year centered around our beach condo a little north of Pajaro Dunes. This unit was a great place for 5 of our family members to stay. Beautiful views, and we enjoyed the pickle ball and tennis courts.

Perfect spot

The property was just what we needed for our group. The views were amazing. It was close to everything we were doing in the area. The minor issue we had was responded to promptly. We would all recommend this condo if you are staying on the coast.

Beautiful Beach-Front Condo

My family and I loved staying in your home. The beach was right there and my family enjoyed taking many walks per day to the beach to gather seashells. The condo with its four bedrooms had room for everyone. The location was convenient to Monterey and Santa Cruz.

Great location

Our group of ladies spent the weekend here for our annual retreat. It is a great location. Easy to walk right onto the beach. It's well stocked with everything you need. Great views from the living room too. Just bring a beach chair and enjoy!

Family & Grandparents

We were a family of 5 plus grandparents. Enjoyed driving past farms to get to our condo instead of city. We made trips to Monterey, Santa Cruz, the redwoods in Henry Cowell and traveled on highway 1. We enjoyed the condo and beach in the evenings. Would stay here again. Condo was a bit dated but clean. Pictures were accurated. Thanks for letting us use your condo!!
