Spectacular 180-degree views of the Pacific and crashing waves from all three levels. This house is uniquely positioned on the bluff for extraordinary vantage point views.

We care very much about keeping a clean and well-maintained home. We also must keep water consumption down.

NEW RENOVATIONS/UPGRADES (many of the photos are not current): New bathrooms including sexy tile work. New outdoor shower. Expanded deck landing and additional floor to ceiling sliding door off of living room, expanded and resurfaced driveway (more room for parking), updated design and decor elements throughout included modern lighting, upgraded bedding, dimmer switches, and USB outlets in every room, and newly repurposed lower twin room with crashing wave views from bed. Upgraded Wi-Fi. EV charger.

Perfection

From initial contact with owners to check out, very easy, smooth process. The house itself is perfect, well stocked kitchen, games, books and of course views and sounds that can’t be beat! We will definitely return to this property. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property!

Amazing location.

Loved the stay. Had to follow up with the owner to get check-in instructions. The grill was not functional. However, the location was worth every cent, and the cabin was very comfortable.

Fabulous House!

I stayed in this house for an extended weekend for an annual trip with friends. You absolutely can't beat the views!! The beds were comfy and the living room was cozy with the fireplace. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach getaway with amazing views

Fabulous house, amazing views, great location. A perfect getaway for our family holiday. The downstairs bedroom is fabulous, riding the waves!

I absolutely loved this place. While it was intended as a vacation for my partner & I during a training I had, he had a work emergency and was unable to come at the last minute. The home is beautiful- I could not imagine a more amazing dream home. The owner and property manager were truly amazing. They made the check in process easy & gave excellent recommendations for where to go for dinner, etc. I was not able to use the jacuzzi during my stay due to the business of my work trainings, but would have loved to. The jacuzzi is on a deck overlooking the water and is breathtaking. Each morning when I had my coffee, a female red tail hawk would come and keep my company. I looked forward to seeing her every morning and having her hang out with me. If you are debating due to the price, I would recommend going here. You won’t regret it. It was clean, accommodating, and so beautiful. On the last day I ended up breaking my foot in three places & tore my Achilles. The property manager went above and beyond to assist me since I was alone during the check out process. The kindness went above & beyond. The location is also very safe and quiet, which was an added bonus. I cannot imagine anyone having a single thing to complain about. It is truly amazing. I would love to stay again here in the future with my partner. There has never been a more beautiful place. As an ocean person who works in emergency response, I’ve seen a lot of beaches. The beaches in close proximity are breath taking.

Perfect weekend at Dillon’s Beach

My husband and I, along with our 6 adult children and one year old grandson had the perfect long weekend here. The house was beautiful and the view could not be better. The house had everything we needed including the perfect hosts.

A Lovely Get-away

This property was a gem, with it's breathtaking views and spacious living space. We especially enjoyed the sound of the waves and the cool breeze at night. The beds were comfy and the linens immaculate. The SPA was relaxing and very clean and had an unbeatable view! Our hosts communicated beautifully with us and made our stay worry-free. I would definitely stay here again.

This beach home exceeded all our expectations! Tracy was a joy to work with and went out of her way to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay perfect. The view from the moment you walk in the front door is AMAZING!! We cannot wait to return for another visit.

Paradise escape

Had an amazing time in a comfortable clean and cozy home with breathtaking views and life affirming fresh air and sounds of the ocean. We saw dolphins and pelicans. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous view

The place is amazing! The view is giving you the feeling that you are in a movie. Host was very nice and responsive. I wish we could stay more days but the price is a little high for us and well understood why :) We will definitely come back in the near future.

Spectacular Views!

This house is literally oceanfront and has stunning views from every window. The house was clean and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Tracy was very responsive and organized in her communications with us. We would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect!

Our group of 6 junior high classmates celebrating our 60th birthdays had a wonderful time. The house is great, everything we needed. Tracy's information was very helpful and informative, we used it when planning our day trips. We had all flown into SFO and really enjoyed the more laid back atmosphere of Dillon Beach vs the more congested areas closer to San Francisco.

Girls Vacation

The house was amazing and we had a wonderful time. It was very clean and well appointed. We only wish there were FANS in the house as it was a warm weekend and the house got very warm. We found heater but no fans.

Haven on the water

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! My family and friends came together for a surprise birthday getaway. Not only was the trip a surprise but the location and view as well! The view is absolutely breathtaking and the pictures do not do justice. The kitchen was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for indoor cooking and barbequing. All the rooms were spacious and clean. Tracy answered all my questions before my arrival and was very responsive during my stay. I highly recommend staying here and I hope to return again!

Love this place!!

Might be our favorite VRBO ever! The views are immaculate! Everything you could ever need is provided such as cooking supplies, dishware, detergent for washing machine, ect. The property managers are quick to answer questions and are very kind. Definitely add this property to your list of stays! You won’t regret it!

For over 20 years David coveted this amazing house as a renter. With encouragement from wife Jessica, they eventually took the first risky step towards owning the house, making the initial purchase with the help of investors.

Six years later they were able to buy the property outright, and now curate this magical and breathtaking property as a team, spending time watching the crashing waves together whenever possible.
