Everything about our stay was perfect! We love the location and the house. The fenced in back yard is perfect for our dogs. This is our 2nd visit and we will go back again!

Great house! The host was very responsive. Walkable to restaurants and very close to the beach. The only downside was the lawn maintenance crew! They blew sand INTO the outside washer because we were filling it up to run a load. They were very careless and blew dirt and sand all over the things we had on the patio and our car.

You could not ask for a better location - easy walk to the beach, restaurants and ice cream…easy drive to historic district. House checked all the needs we had.

Disappointed in water pressure inside and out. Hard to clean off from beach. Beds were not comfortable at all. Probably won’t stay there again because of that.

Thank you for your feedback. We are not aware of low water pressure issues. The home is on county water and typically does not experience water pressure issues. We inspect our beds regularly and replace them when needed. Sorry that this cute little cottage did not suit your needs.

Tiki Hut fun

Tiki hut is in an ideal location. Steps from the beach and great location to many of wonderful local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Tiki Hut and would certainly stay there again.

Perfect stay. Can use some upgrades/ tlc to the overall house but overall a incredible experience. Love every single day and hated leaving. 2nd time booking this place.

Great time close the beach

Have stayed here numerous times. Always for the Ga Fl football game weekend. Great location and all the amenities. Love the tiki hut.

Fantastic location!

We absolutely loved this house for our family of 4, with two small children. Literally steps to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back

Tiki beach house

Stay was great, house is as advertised, no fuss check-in and out. Very close to the beach! Cool little surf cottage.

Lovely!

A lovely place steps away from the beach. Great place to stay for a week and really unwind. Walking distance to so many restaurants and ice cream shops.

Great location

The house was clean and comfortable. The only drawbacks were the comfort of the couch and the mattresses on the beds. Other than that it was a great vacation!

Beautiful Location!

Location is perfect! We were able to walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants, ice cream and some little shops. The home is nicely appointed and clean. Very quiet street. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Great location

We loved the location, distance to the beach and the home was clean and very welcoming. The allowance of pets greatly influenced our decision to stay there. The whole area was dog friendly with lots of locations offering outdoor seating with your pet, and one place a dog menu for breakfast. Excellent Stay.

Can't wait to come back!

Property is exactly as described. Easy walk to beach, to get ice cream, souvenirs. Easy drive to george st. and Anastacia state park. We will definitely return!

Location

Great location! One house away from the beach and a very short walk. We could tell the house is well loved and it had everything we needed. The back patio and deck patio were nice bonus spaces we enjoyed!
