Beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath ground floor unit with a covered patio. This completely remodeled space features granite counters and top-of-the-line appliances. It is located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, just a few homes away from the beach. The unit has a fenced-in backyard and is pet-friendly. Wireless internet is also included!

This open-concept, fully remodeled flat is perfect for your vacation getaway. Conveniently located on the ground floor, you can prepare meals in the stunning kitchen equipped with high-end appliances. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. Additionally, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing for a total occupancy of up to 6 guests. The unit also offers a dedicated fenced-in backyard and an outdoor shower.

Wonderful clean property. We loved being able to bring our dog. The condo is comfortable and my wife loved the mattress on the bed. The location was great in proximity to the beach. Also in walking distance of many bars and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked with most anything you would need to cook a meal. We would definitely stay here again. The only draw back is we thought the fenced in back yard had access from the inside of the condo. We had to walk out front and go around the if the side to access the gate. Not the end of the world by any means. We just did not notice that from the pics or description. Overall a great place nice location.

Incredible beach vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location to the beach and within walking distance to many fun restaurants. We traveled with our dog and the fenced in yard was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

This rental was perfect for my family! Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the pier meant we could enjoying walking to our activities. This space has perfect upgrades that make it beautiful and functional. We had all needed towels, linens, and cookware. I would stay here again!

Excellent location, clean, private, but so close to the beach!

Excellent location; Unit was clean and had everything we needed, including a small private fenced area for our 2 little dogs. Plenty of room for everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

Condo was just what we needed for our long weekend in St Augustine. Clean and close to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop. Great for a small family and would use again / recommend to others for future trips!

Beach vacation 2020

Great time

My husband, our dog and our friends had a great time! The property is so close to the beach and the fact that we could take our dog everywhere was a plus!

Spacious, Clean, right by the beach and close to restaurants, groceries..

Great location and place. Wife and I vacationed with our 2 year old and dog. We loved it. This beats staying at a hotel room. The property managers at the vacation all rental office were very friendly too!

Great Location

This property is great for older couple or young family. Very clean and accommodating and exceptionally close to beach and restaurants on a1a beach Blvd. Only negative I have is that living room furniture could use ottoman or other end tables but great property!!

Cute, compact and convenient!

We had 4 adults (2 couples) stay a long weekend. The place was updated, clean and truly only steps from the beach! It’s definitely on the small side, but we didn’t hang out there much - there are so many restaurants and places to go so close by we pretty much just showered and slept at the house. The fenced back yard was great for our dog too!

Exactly what we were looking for

Up to date furnishings, very clean, comfortable bed and super close to beach. Definitely recommend . It bears repeating that yard could really use a light.

Nice modern pet friendly beach house.

This is a nice place to stay and great for pets too. I felt it wasn’t cleaned well, and it was a little inconvenient that you have to go out the front door to get to the back yard. It is the 5th house from the beach and a good location.

Sorry you felt you needed to give the property 3 stars. In your review it sounded like you had a great stay. If you felt the house was not cleaned to your satisfaction, we would have sent the housekeeper back. We have had the same housekeeper for nearly 10 years and she has always done an excellent job for us and our guests. This is a great beach house right in the middle of all the action on St Augustine Beach!

Thanksgiving

Location is perfect. Everything was good. Only one suggestion is to have a gate on top of the stairs so the dogs can enjoy the outside patio.
