Beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath ground floor unit with a covered patio. This completely remodeled space features granite counters and top-of-the-line appliances. It is located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, just a few homes away from the beach. The unit has a fenced-in backyard and is pet-friendly. Wireless internet is also included!

This open-concept, fully remodeled flat is perfect for your vacation getaway. Conveniently located on the ground floor, you can prepare meals in the stunning kitchen equipped with high-end appliances. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. Additionally, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing for a total occupancy of up to 6 guests. The unit also offers a dedicated fenced-in backyard and an outdoor shower.

Excellent location, clean, private, but so close to the beach!

Excellent location; Unit was clean and had everything we needed, including a small private fenced area for our 2 little dogs. Plenty of room for everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving

Location is perfect. Everything was good. Only one suggestion is to have a gate on top of the stairs so the dogs can enjoy the outside patio.

Weekend getaway

Condo was just what we needed for our long weekend in St Augustine. Clean and close to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop. Great for a small family and would use again / recommend to others for future trips!

Great Location

This property is great for older couple or young family. Very clean and accommodating and exceptionally close to beach and restaurants on a1a beach Blvd. Only negative I have is that living room furniture could use ottoman or other end tables but great property!!

Very comfortable unit. Great proximity to beach and town. Would recommend and stay again.

Unit was decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable, a lot of storage/closet space, and more than enough towels and linens. Wish there was a light in the back yard.

Nice modern pet friendly beach house.

This is a nice place to stay and great for pets too. I felt it wasn’t cleaned well, and it was a little inconvenient that you have to go out the front door to get to the back yard. It is the 5th house from the beach and a good location.

Teachers Spring Break

My wife is a teacher and had spring break the last week of March. Myself, her and the dog stayed for the first time in St. Augustine. The property was great, location is perfect, 5 houses off the beach, walking distance to restaurants. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Location was perfect! Quiet street and minutes from the beach. Cottage was obviously newly remodeled! Nicely stocked and accomodating! Look forward to a return visit!

Wonderful Condo Steps from the Beach!

My husband, dogs and I stayed at Sugar Sand Villa in December 2018. We had a wonderful time! The condo is a great size, clean, and decor is quite modern. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is a great size! This condo is on a side street that takes you straight to the beach and down the street from a great coffee shop and plenty of restaurants in St. Augustine Beach. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Beautiful days

My family and I want to express our gratitude for the stay in this wonderful house. First of all everything was very nice, clean and comfortable. We also want to thank you for allowing us to take our little puppies Coton and Misty who are also part of our family. The location is wonderful since it is a few steps from the beach and the area is excellent. Hopefully we can go back soon.

Nice Property, great location

Sugar Sand Villas are perfectly located in the heart of St A Beach, only a few houses from the ocean, and easy walking distance to The Beachcomber, Stir It Up, Kookaburra Coffee and other St A Beach eateries. Although I was in the lower unit, I would try to book the upper unit next time -- it has a brighter front porch area, and you can avoid the foot noise you hear in the lower unit (which in our case wasn't bad at all -- good neighbors). Otherwise, it's a very nice, clean, comfortable vacation property, far preferable to a condo IMHO. I would definitely book it again.

Perfect Location

Great location 1/2 block from the beach. Within walking distance of at least 6 wonderful restaurants (Beachcomber, Mangos, Taco Stand to name a few) and Wednesday Farmers market. Publix just down A1A. Nicely furnished, love that there are no carpets - much easier to clean up from sandy feet. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook (we love to get the fresh fish from the Seafood Shoppe and vegetables from the Farmers market). Condo was immaculate - never been to a place that felt so clean. Fenced in yard for our two poodles. Marty was easy to get a hold of and all the staff were friendly and professional. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Family vacation

Location is excellent! We were disappointed that maintenance hadn’t been done. The lightbulb is out above the stove. The door to the washer/dryer is missing. The wand to the blinds in one of the bedroom is missing and was never replaced. The king bed is uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. The portable grill provided is VERY tiny. The grass was long in the backyard. The shower curtain is way too short so water kept getting on the floor when we showered. We just thought these things should have been fixed since we paid a good amount to stay here!

Great location for beach vacation

Overall we really liked this property at St. Augustine Beach, and the price was reasonable. The condo itself was very clean and has a great location just a few houses up from the beach - an easy walk back and forth to use the bathroom or to get snacks/drinks. It's also a great area for walking and/or biking. We brought our dogs and St. Augustine is one of the most dog-friendly places we have visited. We had a great experience and would definitely use this rental again. There are just a few small touches that could make it even better: 1) Provide a beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels. I know that this could lead to a problem with tenants damaging these items but maybe that could be handled through a security deposit. I emailed the property manager asking if any of those items were provided and got no response. 2) Several of the dishes, pots, and pans in the cabinets were dirty so we ended up washing everything before we used it. This could have just been bad luck for us that the previous tenant put them back dirty. 3) Thicker/fluffier bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes

Great Thanksgiving

My husband, mother in law, and two dogs stayed over thanksgiving while my parents rented the upstairs. It had a great size kitchen for all of our cooking. And the closets in the bedroom are huge. The backyard was a little inconvenient going out the front door to access but we still had a great time.

Family Spring Break

Loved the location and the house was perfect for what our family needed. The back/side yard was not as I hoped. Didn’t feel comfortable letting our dog run free in the space. Would definitely stay again!!
