Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad the Bayside Villa was a perfect fit for your group and that you enjoyed the spacious layout and en-suite amenities. The screened-in patio by the bay is one of our favorite features too, it’s wonderful to hear it added that extra touch to your stay. Naveen, we are really happy you all enjoyed your stay with us! We are sorry about the inconvenience of the torn screen and sofa. We appreciate you letting us know so we can get it taken care of right away! That screen was just replaced a couple of weeks ago but we will get our team out there today to repair it again. This is the first time any guest has mentioned the living room sofa as "old". We apologize it wasn't what you were expecting; however, we will definitely forward this information to the owner and also verify the sofa is in perfect shape for our guests. We would love to have you come back again in the future! Thanks for your input, we value it.

Thank you for leaving us this feedback! We are so happy to hear that you had a great time and look forward to hosting your next visit!

We are so glad you had a great stay despite the minor challenges! We look forward to your continuous business!

Thank you for your feedback Monica. We looked through our records and did not see any calls or notice about these issues. Next time, do not hesitate to contact us and we will send a team member to assist with any issues right away! We are here and ready to assist our guests 7 days a week/24 hours a day. We hope these issues did not deter you from having a great getaway and hope to have you stay with us again on the beautiful gulf coast!

We are terribly sorry to hear about the sofa and carpet. We had no idea the sofa was broken or unusable. Did you call us? We would have been happy to help in any way possible. Our inspectors are checking on the situation right now. The carpets are due for a cleaning since peak season has just ended. We just need a couple vacant days to get it done. We're so sorry you had this experience. Unfortunately, during the hot summer months, it isn't the easiest to keep a large home cool. Normally the HVAC system does a great job, however, the heat the past couple of weeks has been extra spicy. We could have also brought a couple of fans to help out with air circulation. Thankfully, in spite of the inconveniences, y'all loved your time here and made the best of your vacation. We appreciate your honest review and are hope you'll give us another opportunity next year.

Thank you for your review. We are very disappointed in the experience that you described, as we can understand how frustrating construction projects can be. During your stay we contacted the Northshore Homeowners Association to ask that their construction workers respect our guest privacy and security, but noted that there may be times when construction workers must access the roof area for the building renovation. Although we do not maintain the construction project, we worked with the HOA to give you an outline of the construction schedule during your stay. We also explored other properties for you to move to if you wished, waived our cancellation costs, and applied a credit to your account for the inconvenience. We are sorry that your experience fell short of expectations, and should you give us another chance to earn back your trust we would love to give you the experience that so many of our guests have grown fond of.

Thank you for you taking the time to write us a review! We are delighted to hear that your stay was enjoyable and hope to welcome you back soon!
