Steven, thank you for the feedback. You booked a studio unit and those do not have washers, dryers, or full kitchens. This is represented in the pictures for the unit as well as in the description and the amenities list on the webpage. If you required a washer/dryer or kitchen amenities, a one bedroom property or larger would have been a better rental option. Also, we unfortunately do not have control over noises from external areas. We are glad you enjoyed the location and the condition of the rental and hope the external noises that happened during your time here did not negatively affect your overall vacation experience.

Charles, we apologize if there were any inconveniences during your stay. We, unfortunately, cannot control the noise in units around you. It can certainly be frustrating at times! We are all dealing with intermittent pest problems in the area due to the heat and humidity. While we wish this was not the case, our team performs aggressive maintenance to ensure as many pests as possible will stay away.
