Owned and operated by the Clinton Family, 3 generations of our family have lived and operated this seasonal vacation getaway. Originally from the greater Boston area, The Clintons first purchased this beachfront property in 1975. This parcel of land included 2 houses and 3 cottages, the Main House is the space we rent seasonally (in addition to several smaller cottages). We know have rebranded our business under the name: Salty Breeze Cottages. Why Salty Breeze? Originally this prime vacation spot was known as The Salty Breeze Inn during the 1930's through the 1070's by the previous owners. 40 years, 3 generations later, The Clinton Family continue to own, invest and operate this beautiful, Beachfront property with pride and attention to detail. You are part of our Family while you are here! We speak fluent English, Spanish, Portuguese and conversational French as a side note. Location, Location, Location! We are located directly ON Foss Beach in Rye, NH. You are a 25 foot walk (8.3 meters) from the front door of this home to the Beach sand! We are also located to many other beaches in the surrounding area (Sawyer Beach, Wallis Sands, Pirates Cove, Jenness Beach, North Hampton State Beach, Rye Harbor, Hampton Beach, etc) Just park your car in our private garage and relax! That is what vacation is all about, isn't it?

As someone who now lives in the city, I cannot tell you how much I miss smelling the cool, refreshing, Salty Breeze and ocean air - and you will notice it the minute you arrive at our home in Rye Beach. Not only that, but the town of Rye is the most desirable and exclusive area in New Hampshire (if not all of New England) to raise a family and retire in. Yet, despite all that, you still feel you are getting away from it all, as they say, without sacrificing things to do and plenty of activities at hand. Whether it's sun bathing, making sand castles, surfing, fishing, kayaking, sight seeing - you name it! The fact that you are on a Holiday or vacation for the week will not be lost on you while you are here as our guest!
