Escape to a private Martha’s Vineyard retreat set on more than half an acre in a peaceful Oak Bluffs neighborhood. Beautifully landscaped and thoughtfully maintained, our home combines privacy and space with a convenient central location for exploring the entire island.

Many of our guests return year after year, and we take great pride in providing an exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped home for your Vineyard vacation.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The outdoor spaces are a highlight of the property and a favorite of our guests.

Relax or dine on the large Azek deck furnished with Pottery Barn teak furniture, or step down to the spacious bluestone patio with a second outdoor dining area and additional seating.

Enjoy dinner prepared on the professional Lynx grill, gather around the wood-burning fire pit for s’mores, or rinse off after the beach in the enclosed hot-and-cold outdoor shower.

Surrounded by mature landscaping, classic New England hydrangeas, woods, and meadow views, the property offers plenty of room to relax, enjoy a quiet evening outdoors, watch the sunset, or stargaze under the Vineyard sky.

Inside, the bright open living area overlooks the landscaped grounds and features:

The home comfortably accommodates a maximum of six guests in three bedrooms: two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own Samsung flat-screen TV.

When you're ready for a break from the beach—or on the occasional rainy Vineyard day—the lower-level recreation area offers a large-screen TV, Xbox, and ping-pong table.

This is a beautiful house and very conveniently located. The gardens, back deck and patio area are the prettiest we have seen. The house itself is well laid out, impeccably maintained, and comfortably furnished, with great kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to be back!

Summer Vacation on Martha’s Vineyard - 2019

Beautiful vacation home with great amenities. Chris has done an amazing job with the property. The grounds are meticulous and the outdoor deck and dining space are fabulous! The indoor living space is spacious and beautifully decorated. Great family home!! Communication was easy and Chris was extremely responsive.

Vacation 2024

The property was beautifully maintained and they had thought of mostly everything one could need during their stay. I also really appreciated the communication from the owner. He was quick to respond to our texts and emails. As someone who has rented many times on the Vineyard this was by far the best home we have stayed in.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Chris's property. The check-in process was easy and the house was perfect for our family of five. The outdoor space is beautiful and perfect for kids and adults. The kids played in the yard and the adults sat around the fire pit. The house is in a great location, close to many beaches and towns. Chris was incredibly responsive and easy to reach. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to escape and relax.

Perfect in every way

I hope this stay is the first of many. Everything about the house is perfect. The location is great - close to everything but secluded. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Chris the host is wonderful to deal with. He is very thoughtful and responsive. We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return.

Immaculate with everything you could need!

The owners have thought of everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The property is well manicured with high end outdoor furniture and grill. We loved the outdoor shower after beach days! Inside is super clean and comfortable. Kitchen has literally anything you could possibly need for meals and cocktails. The neighborhood is very convenient to explore the island while being tucked away on a quiet street. Highly recommend!

A perfect island property!

The house and location was perfect for our family getaway on the island. We have been coming to the Vineyard for years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The yard and landscaping was pristine and well maintained with a variety of flowers, hedges, and trees. It was very private and relaxing. The lawn was like a carpet under your feet. The back deck/patio and fire pit met our evening wind down needs, and the space inside had a clean and spacious layout - the tv room had high ceilings, large windows, and was great for our young one to play in. Chris was very communicative and responsive during the entire process. We were thrilled to have chosen this home for our vacation and would return/recommend it to others!

Beautiful home in great location

We loved staying in this home! Bring your own sheets and towels - but the floor mats in bathroom and kitchen hand towel is provided. It had all the comforts of home, and more! We found a moldy bread loaf left by cleaning company on top of refrigerator but it was no big deal to get rid of it. Nice stove and pans there and great Tupperware for making a lunch to bring to the beach. We rented bikes and the bikes paths are right outside this development. The outdoor is really nice but the shower feels like it’s in view of the camera out back, but you can throw a towel over the side where the camera is. The two bedrooms upstairs are both queen beds and two twin beds in one bedroom off the kitchen. We will stay there again for sure on another trip to the vineyard. Thank you!

Thank you for the review. We are glad you enjoyed the home as we work extremely hard to keep it fresh and updated. Sorry about the bread left on top of the refrigerator but due to your earlier then requested arrival our exceptional cleaning crew could not do a walk through cleaning. As required by law the camera is disengaged during the rental season as to not violate privacy. Additionally, we make sure to let all renters know that the cameras are off as it is listed very prominently in the contract and welcome book. For security purposes, when on, the camera cannot view the shower. No way would that be allowed! We love that you enjoyed the kitchenware as it is top notch. We thank you and look forward to your return!

This house is beautiful! The landscaping is stunning! Such a nice oasis to call home on vacation! They have all of the chairs, coolers, and games you could ever need or want.Very centrally located! Quick trip to any town you want to visit! I highly recommend!! Just make sure you realize you need to have your own linens. You can rent on the island, but I overlooked that part at first.

What a beautiful house! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Incredibly clean, responsive host, well-appointed kitchen and backyard. Everything was in perfect order. We texted Chris once or twice with questions and almost immediately got thoughtful responses. Well located on the island, too. Everything we wanted to do was 20 min away or less. Our only complaint is we didn’t book for longer. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Great family getaway

We had a great 3 nights. The firepit and patio was phenomenal for evening hang-out time. The location was about in the middle for venturing to either Edgartown or OB which was nice. And the house seemed perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again if fate allows.

Great Spot in MV

This was a getaway within a getaway. A quiet, well appointed home close to the MV towns, but also secluded. The back yard was a particular favorite.

Great location - Convenient to everything

Beautiful home, all amenities, lots of games for kids and essentials for the beach. Beautiful yard, bright living room to relax in. Close to lots of family bike trails and easy walks. Would definitely rent again.

This was our best home rental on the Vineyard so far! We would love to return again next year! Beautifully decorated and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Blissful tranquility, close but just far enough

This is truly one of the best residences we’ve stayed in on island. To say Chris and LaVerne think of every possible thing, way before you arrive, is an understatement. So clean, bright, beautiful - modern yet cozy - we really cannot say enough around how special they made our week. They were beyond accommodating, sweet and thorough. If they add a bedroom, they have us for life!!

beautiful property, wonderful scenery

We stayed at this idyllic property in May. This was a tranquil setting, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town centers but close enough to get there quickly. We really enjoyed the home and plan on staying next year again. The owners really keep it clean and fresh and it has all the amenities you could ask for.

I stayed at this house June 24th to the 29th

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It have all the necessary amenities, it's clean and modern with easy access to the beach which is one of our favorites.We also enjoyed relaxing in the backyard orby a warm fire on the inside. I will definitely recommend it to our friends and we can't wait to go back next summer.

Family time on Martha’s Vineyard

This home is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The yard is great for the kids to play volleyball and run around. The deck is spacious and provides enough room for relaxing and entertaining. The owners provided lots of information and updates about our stay and the island. Definitely returning next year.

Fantastic Property! Wonderful owners! Perfect stay.

We just checked out today and we already miss our home away from home. We are a family of 4 with a 14 year old and a 12 year old. The house was perfect for our family. The house is immaculate. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well appointed. Beautiful hardwood floors. The house smelled and looked very clean and neat. The backyard is lovely with plenty of room. We had a great time just kicking back on the comfortable backyard furniture relaxing. The owners were a pleasure do deal with. They sent informative emails from the before our stay and gave helpful tips during our stay. We have been coming to Martha's Vineyard since 2011 and this has been our best stay so far. We truly had a perfect week in the Vineyard. Thank you for renting to us.

Very enjoyable experience.

We left the Vineyard Haven ferry dock and were at the house within 10 minutes. As close as we were, we were in a quiet and secluded location. That was just one of the beauties of this property. The house and yard were fantastic; well kept and well furnished, with a very homey and welcoming feel. Lots of space to spread out. Close proximity to beaches, golfing, tennis, shopping, restaurants and sightseeing allowed us to enjoy a variety of activities. Even though we had a car, well maintained bike paths and accessible bus transportation would make it easy to get around the island. When we weren't out and about, we were relaxing on the comfortable deck, dining on the brick patio or watching TV on the large screen in the family room. An outdoor grill and a well-stocked kitchen made meal prep easy for those times we ate in. Thank you Chris and Laverne for the opportunity to enjoy the pleasures of the island from such a warm and friendly location.

Wonderful gem.

Great home, located in a very convenient area so that you can travel to anyplace on island with ease. Beautiful yard and lots of amenities, truly a nice home. The patio, deck and yard have lots of room for family fun.

We chose our home for its charm. Located in an upscale neighborhood with tons of privacy, we knew that this home was for us. The home is convenient and centrally located near so many of the island's great locations. A short drive to Edgartown, Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs made it the perfect get away location for us.

A private and tranquil park like setting in a upscale and beautiful neighborhood. Located on over a 1/2 acre the house provides plenty of room to play and gather as a family.
