Beautiful and spacious condo with a bay view

Rental process was incredibly easy. Space was even more gorgeous in person. We've stayed at Destin West previously and really enjoy the resort and amenities. This was our favorite condo to-date. We loved every moment and hope to return.

Beautiful condo

Absolutely loved this condo! Views and of the bay and pools were amazing on the huge balcony! So much space in this condo! It was perfect for our family and the kids loved all the heated pools and hot tubs! Would rebook this place in a heartbeat! Perfect location

Fall Break and a Wedding

Beautiful and Refreshing!

We stayed here in October and the weather was beautiful everyday! This place was decorated tastefully and had everything you need to make your stay and enjoyable one. The views from the windows and patio were spectacular! The place was also very clean and beds slept great! All kinds of things to do here and you are so close to everything. We got back home refreshed like we had spent a week at a spa!

Best condo ever!

We’ve stated at Heron 603 three times and it’s awesome. Location is great, grounds are beautiful. Sitting on the lanai watching the Dolphins jump and the jets overhead is the greatest. Lots of room, yet cozy. We will be back!

Great condo and location

We do an annual family trip each year and this one was the best. We had a party of 9 and this condo had plenty of space where everyone was not crowded. It was fully stocked. The location was wonderful and enjoyed not having to wait for elevators. My family wants to book this condo again for next year.

Another fabulous week in Heron 603

We love coming here, back to our "second home" in Florida. The condo is the perfect size - it's wonderful sitting out watching the sun rise, hearing the jets overhead, watching Dolphins swim - even saw a Manatee this year. We shall return!!!

Stunning views

Beautiful ,spacious clean condo.It was so nice sitting on the huge patio watching all the action on the water. Drinks in the evening on the patio with all the lights shimmering was magical. So much to do , boating shopping ,playing with dolphins, eating out at the many fabulous restaurants.we will be back. Thank you David Jenn,you were a pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful

Beautiful and clean condo. Unbelievable balcony to watch the sunrise. Lazy River was a lot of fun but there could be a pool that is deeper what's the deepest one that I saw was around 5.5 ft. Great common charcoal barbecuing area. Overall I would highly recommend. My family and I had an excellent time.

wonderful vacation

we love destin west beach and bayside. our condo was amazing...enough bathrooms for everyone to take showers!!! we watched dolphins in the bay from our awesome balcony. david jenn is very easy to rent from, getting into the condo is very easy and leaving is easy. this makes our third trip to destin west and our second time booking with david jenn. im sure it wont be our last. we were already talking about coming back on our way home. thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Amazing Vacation had by all!!

This is my family's 2nd year staying at a Coastal Vibes Vacation property and we have no complaints. Both years, we had to contact the property owners upon check-in due to a broken lock on the bathroom door (last year) and a stopped up sink (this year) and they had maintenance stop by immediately and rectify the issue. And the maintenance man was so nice and even provided us with a couple of his favorite places to eat! 😁 We will definitely look at future vacations with Coastal Vibe Vacations as everything from booking, check-in/check-out, maintenance requests, general questions, etc… is handled so quickly and effectively and with such friendliness! Thank you to Coastal Vibe for opening up your property for me and my family to create even more great memories together!!

Overall fabulous

We were very pleased with our stay here. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Check-in was as simple as it gets and management was quick to respond when we had a small issue. The balcony was, by far, my favorite! Quite expansive and the sunrise and sunset views were spectacular. The locations was wonderful, as well. As for the negatives, I question the cleanliness of the unit, especially the kitchen. It was a long, rather indirect path to the beach (although very close to the lazy river :). The beach chairs were very rusted and one was completely broken (but it was the end of the season, so that's understandable). Overall, near perfect accommodations. And I do feel that we could have had the unit cleaned again had we asked immediately.

Fabulous Vacstion!!

This place is wonderful! Very spacious unit and gorgeous grounds! The kids spent more time in the lazy River than the beach. And we spent a lot of time on the huge balcony. There were enough chairs for all ten of us. The bay was a wonderful view with a morning cup of coffee! I do have a suggestion for the unit. There is space in the smaller guest room with the king bed to put a chest of drawers or a dresser. We typically like to unpack our belongings when we stay for a week instead of living out of suitcases A chest would've been nice. Also, a few more hand towel and washcloths would've been helpful. Overall though this place is amazing and we would definitely return!!

Relaxing on the 600 square foot balcony overlooking the bay.

The photos of our rental were exactly as we found the condo! No let down. We spent lots of time on the balcony watching Air Force planes overhead, pelicans flying by at our level, dolphins, schools of fish, all sorts of birds, etc.With three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, there is plenty of room to hang out.Fishing boats pass by daily, barges, kayaks, and adventurous people kite-boarding in the bay, all create a great picture to watch as you enjoy sitting and standing on the corner balcony.We stayed the entire month of January 2017 and never had any bugs on the balcony. Eating out there and enjoying our morning coffee really made each day.The condo was very clean, lots of towels and a complete kitchen with just about everything you would need to cook. Be sure to bring your own spices, etc if you are making Spagetti sauceThe master bedroom, living room and dining room all have two walls of windows giving you the feeling of being on the back of a cruise ship without the motion of the ship.Publix is a short drive away and is a great grocery store. Floyds, all you eat popcorn shrimp from 4 to 6 daily (9.99), is a short walk across the walkway. Also across the walkway, you will find miles of Beach on the Gulf. Fort Walton Beach and Destin have all the restaurants you need to enjoy your vacation.Some pools are heated and enjoyed year round. The sun shines on the large courtyard. We will come back and relax again in this great rental.
