Beautiful condo right on the beach! Located on the 12th floor of Tower 1, this spacious studio comes with Queen bed and a high end sleeper sofa that opens to a Queen sleeper. This unit also has a kitchenette and washer/dryer. This unit will sleep 4 very comfortably. The kitchenette has a mini fridge as well as a larger refrigerator with freezer, NuWave cook-top, slow cooker, microwave, dual coffee maker (k-cup or regular) and toaster. Features include a large flat screen HDTV/DVR and HD DVD Player. DVD allows for Netflix, Pandora, etc... Long Beach Resort features 3 hot tubs, a beautiful island lagoon pool, and two seasonally heated Polynesian pools. Free parking is available directly in front of the towers and has security 24/7. This is a non-smoking unit, no pets allowed and renter must be 25 years of age or older.

A great little place for two people to spend anniversary, birthday, etc. It’s very cozy and comfortable. Close to the beach with a Great view of the beach from the balcony. Close to a lotta things with Walmart across the way and Pier Park just down the road. We had a great anniversary weekend!

Had a wonderful time! Location was within walking distance to several great restaurants, a Walmart, Thomas drive strip. Would definitely stay in this centrally located condo again!

Excellent Stay

This place had everything we needed and more . The location was perfect and was in close distance to everything we needed . The view was so beautiful and it was not overly crowded at all. While the parking lot was full I literally don’t think that we ran into anyone on the floor that we stayed on.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. GREAT communication leading-up to, and during our stay. Very convenient location (Wal-Mart and dining literally across the street). We were just steps from the beach and were happy to find a few beach chairs and items that we could use during our stay; this was especially helpful since we flew-in and couldn't pack a lot of regular beach "must haves." We happily contributed a few goodies also so other guests may benefit in the future. The lagoon pool was very nice as well. We hope to be back soon :)

D'ville Couple

My husband and I really enjoyed this condo. It is decorated nicely. There were only a couple of minor things that need attention. We will definitely stay here again. We are very familiar with the roads and access to everything so we enjoyed being able to jump onto Middle Beach Road to head in either direction to miss all of the Spring Break Traffic.

EXCELLENT Condo to Rent

Excellent condo to rent. Met all of me and my husband's needs and then some. Great view. Lisa (owner) very friendly and was able to get in touch with at a moments notice if needed. Decorated nicely. Nice to have washer and dryer in condo. View was incredible. Condo had all the luxuries of home. Thanks Lisa!

We love Panama City Beach and especially love Long Beach Resort! We know you will enjoy our condo as much as we do!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We visited Florida and Panama City Beach every year and have stayed in quite a few different condos but always came back to Long Beach Resort. The beach is beautiful and Long Beach Resort has the most spacious beach area due to having the four Towers. Plenty of beach for everyone! The floor plans are the best on the beach! The 3 pools are beautiful and there's no problem finding a lounge chair. There is plenty of parking right in front of the Tower so no streets to cross or parking garages to deal with. There is a guard at the gate 24/7 and secure beach gates as well.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We purchased this unit in April, 2014. We completely redecorated and added all new dishes/linens and do so frequently. There is free WI/FI in the unit, a large screen smart tv with DirecTV, an HD DVD Player. There is also a NuWave Precision Cooktop, microwave, mini-fridge as well as a newly added (2024) large refrigerator with freezer. There is a dual coffee maker (K-cup or regular pot), toaster, and crock pot available to make meals, if desired.
