Emerald Beach Resort Unit 1329

This is a Beautifully Furnished One Bedroom, One Bath Condo on the 13th floor. There is a spectacular beachfront view of the Gulf of America and White Sand Beaches. The Condo has a King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa and Bunk Beds in the Hall. (Sleeps 1-6).

Relax on the Balcony and watch the sunset across the ocean. There are 2 Flat Screen TV's and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook a delicious meal. The Condo truly feels like "Home away from Home"!!!!!!

The Sky Bridge Bar is available if you want to relax with a beverage and watch TV/Sports. Valet parking is available if you desire.

Located less than a mile from Pier Park. There is plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment for the entire family! Within walking distance is Fun-land Arcade, Runaway Island Restaurant and Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant.

Awesome rental, plenty of stuff to do around the buildings, Plenty of restaurants within half a mile and 3 or 4 just across the street as well as a small store, starbucks and another restaurant are in the building. Beach was great. Room was clean and stocked with the basics. Building was also clean and friendly staff. Everything was great and would definitely return. Great communication from host.

This condo was a perfect fit for our family! Our host was so nice and always stayed in good communication with us from the time we booked, through our stay, & even as we were leaving! Plenty of space & such a beautiful view. We felt so at home & relaxed our whole stay!

Enjoyed our stay, wish they gave you a map of everything at location, had to ask where all the pools were and etc. A lovely place to stay. The Host was great.

Wonderful accommodations, beautiful balcony views, easy access to beach and pools, convenient to restaurants and activities. Minor things-toilet seat was loose from base and awkward when using. Only 1 extra roll of tp and ran out with only 2 of us in 4 night stay. The tp holder would not stay in slots and kept falling off when unrolling. No tissues available. One kitchen towel/cloth. Need one more for drying Great communication with owner. He is on top of questions which I really appreciated. Highly recommend the stay.

Stayed over Memorial Day weekend, so the elevators were busy but that was to be expected. Very fair rates, nice view, excellent location. We had everything we needed in the room. I’d book again in the future.

10/10 - would absolutely stay here again. The view alone deserves its own five stars… we somehow always end up chasing beautiful spots, and this one might’ve been our favorite yet. Everything was spotless, quiet, and just easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. No complaints - just wishing we had booked a little longer :)

We had a wonderful stay! The property had great amenities, however was slightly confusing and we could have definitely used a map. The condo was perfect and we had no complaints there, the owner was great with communication.

Just stayed for a fathers day get away. Was fabulous! Beds were comfy, it was quiet such a nice place! Host was very nice attentive and responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again.
