This modern and pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home offers bedding and living space for up to six people. San De Luna 13 offers an open floor plan living level with comfortable seating consisting of a sofa and sitting chair and for the best in entertainment a 53" Smart TV. The dining area has seating for up to six as well as a breakfast bar seating for up to four. The kitchen has a Keurig and 10-cup coffee maker.

The second level offers a master bedroom with a king bed furnished with luxurious bedding, a 43" Smart TV, and a wonderful on suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally relaxing with a queen bed with nature themed bedding and 32" Smart TV. The modern kitchen is ideal for cooking offering appliances with stainless steel finishes and granite counter tops for an added modern touch. The town home amenities include covered parking, onsite grill, garden tub and complimentary high speed internet.

Perfect Beach Home

We came down to visit our son & girlfriend, who is in flight school. We wanted a few days to unwind at the beach and this was perfect. Very quiet surroundings and the views were so nice. They were able to bring their dog and the dog beach was just a few steps away. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Our second time staying here . . .

was just as good as the first. The location is perfect. San de Luna is in a quiet location. It is so close to the gulf and dog beach. We love it here.

The kitchen was stocked with all our needs for food preparation right down to the wine bottle opener and plenty of dishes for everyone. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The bay view from the living area is simply gorgeous! Pool was so nice and relaxing!! Easy in and easy out for commuting to sight seeing adventures. We will definitely be back!

Great location

First time to stay at this end of the beach. Easy to get to our favorite restaurants. Lagoon and pool right outside the back patio and gulf access across the street. Nice that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Since it was hot when we were there, we enjoyed the covered parking.

San de Luna townhouse

However, our unit did not supply any kayaks, chairs or paddle boards to enjoy on the bay for guests as some of the other units in the building. Fan in king bedroom could not be adjusted because pull string was broken and if u turned it on at the wall switch it shook loudly and ran only on high setting. Unit was clean and had a good supply of items to use in the kitchen. Owners did not supply a key for the back patio to go in and out towards bay so we always had to go out the front door and around and back up patio stairs to get items we put on the patio for the bay or swimming pool area.

Great location

Overall this is a nice unit. Location is 5* for us. It’s 1 unit away from the west end of the island so there was little traffic. Restaurants are not walkable. If you’re looking for quiet this is a good selection. Cleanliness is 4* we found dirty dishes in the cupboards and mold on the lime squeezer. There was some baked on food on the stove top. It wasn’t bad, but I had to clean it before I could use it. The hot pads were in desperate need of cleaning. With the cleaning fee, I expect the unit and dishes to start clean. It was too cold to sit on the deck, but there was bird poop on the chair cushions. Maybe a cover would make the patio furniture more inviting. The stove is old and most of the markings are gone. I had to guess which knob to turn on and what temperature it was. A spoon rest would be nice to have. The shower in the master is very small. There is a nice big jacuzzi tub. This is the first beach unit I’ve ever rented that had no beach towels. We drove, so throwing in a couple beach towels is not a big deal, but for anyone flying it’s a problem. I listed a lot of problems, but we loved our stay. The property management group was great. They were friendly and responsive. I’m hopeful the owner will correct a few issues to make the unit a little better. We would definitely like to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been vacationing here for 29 years. We have stayed pretty much everywhere on the island, but this was our 1st stay at San De Luna. The location was great. You have gulf views with a very short walk to the beach, and you have bay views, along with pool view. The condo was very clean. I cook a lot, and the kitchen had all the cookware, bakeware, and utensils that you could ever need. The owner stopped by. She is such a kind person, you can tell she wants you to enjoy this place as much as she has. She showed us 3 outdoor closets with all the beach and pool toys she has accumulated over the years, and showed us where the keys were. She even had tennis rackets and tennis balls. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again soon.

Great find

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Mattresses are a little soft and old and the guest bedroom toilet ran constantly but we alerted the management company of that. Those are only minor issues and compared to the location, beach access, very nice pool area they would not hinder us for staying in this unit again! Excellent!

Location!

Beautiful views from the front and back porch! With a toddler and two dogs along with four adults, we had a fantastic stay at this condo. One of the best we have stayed at on the island. Short walk across the street and up the dune to the ocean or take the path down to the bay. Easy access to catch the trolley to ride down to Peg Leg Pete’s for a bushwacker or to the board walk. We will definitely look at booking again for next year!

Amazing Location

We enjoy this complex's proximity to the sound and Ft. Pickens and the ability to bring our dog. The property could use a deep clean and an earlier check in would be nice. I don't love having to go to the office to get the key either.

Pensacola San De Luna #13

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo is perfect. It is across from the public and dog beaches. Love that this property allows us to bring our small dog. He loves the beach too. However, this particular unit is in need of some updating. It smelled musty, the rugs were stained which made it feel dirty, the fixtures and the furniture on the lower level were not attractive nor comfortable. It looked like left over mis- matched items were placed in the unit. It was also very dark. The TVs are old/not smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, etc. The internet/cable company had some issues the week were there, so we had no TV at all. (Kudos to Paradise Homes for making things right on this issue.) The upstairs of this unit was much better. However, the tub in the master bedroom was a little odd. While I was there to enjoy the beach, there is nothing better than coming back to the condo to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Unfortunately, this unit failed in that aspect. I dreaded going back although if I went upstairs, it wasn’t so bad. Many of the other units in this complex appear to be updated and we would stay in this complex again...just not in this unit (unless there were a few updates). I also loved that there was a pool at this complex. It was well maintained and very nice overlooking the Bay. We love Pensacola Beach, and while this unit was not what we had hoped for, it does not deter us from staying in another unit in the San De Luna complex.
