This modern and pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath town home offers bedding and living space for up to six people. San De Luna 13 offers an open floor plan living level with comfortable seating consisting of a sofa and sitting chair and for the best in entertainment a 53" Smart TV. The dining area has seating for up to six as well as a breakfast bar seating for up to four. The kitchen has a Keurig and 10-cup coffee maker.

The second level offers a master bedroom with a king bed furnished with luxurious bedding, a 43" Smart TV, and a wonderful on suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally relaxing with a queen bed with nature themed bedding and 32" Smart TV. The modern kitchen is ideal for cooking offering appliances with stainless steel finishes and granite counter tops for an added modern touch. The town home amenities include covered parking, onsite grill, garden tub and complimentary high speed internet.

Property amenities include onsite pool and tennis courts. Convenience and relaxation awaits with just minutes to access nightlife, shopping and dining.

Perfect Beach Home

We came down to visit our son & girlfriend, who is in flight school. We wanted a few days to unwind at the beach and this was perfect. Very quiet surroundings and the views were so nice. They were able to bring their dog and the dog beach was just a few steps away. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Our second time staying here . . .

was just as good as the first. The location is perfect. San de Luna is in a quiet location. It is so close to the gulf and dog beach. We love it here.

Great location

First time to stay at this end of the beach. Easy to get to our favorite restaurants. Lagoon and pool right outside the back patio and gulf access across the street. Nice that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. Since it was hot when we were there, we enjoyed the covered parking.

Great find

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Mattresses are a little soft and old and the guest bedroom toilet ran constantly but we alerted the management company of that. Those are only minor issues and compared to the location, beach access, very nice pool area they would not hinder us for staying in this unit again! Excellent!

On days with onshore winds the sound provides a calm setting. I was able to launch my SUP in calm waters (either Gulf or sound) on a daily basis.

San De Luna 13 was very well decorated and had everything. More that any other place we have stayed on Pensacola beach. Note to the island authority make the dog beach bigger!

Swimming pool and tennis courts in excellent condition. The Dog Beach is within walking distance. The area had very little traffic during the week we stayed. Absolutely no complaints about Unit #13. It was perfect for us.

The kitchen was stocked with all our needs for food preparation right down to the wine bottle opener and plenty of dishes for everyone. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The bay view from the living area is simply gorgeous! Pool was so nice and relaxing!! Easy in and easy out for commuting to sight seeing adventures. We will definitely be back!

We enjoy this complex's proximity to the sound and Ft. Pickens and the ability to bring our dog. The property could use a deep clean and an earlier check in would be nice. I don't love having to go to the office to get the key either.

We take full advantage of having the Sound in our backyard and being able to bring our pup. The house is always clean and very well stocked. We love it here. The only negative would be the condition/comfort of the living room couch. It is a sleeper sofa so I know that’s why but it’s quite saggy especially on the ends. But, overall we LOVE this property and will be back!
